Ready or Not New Update 1.001.005 Released on May 19
VOID Interactive has released a new game update for Ready or Not on May 19, and this is another patch aimed at fixing issues.
Console gamers will see today’s patch as Ready or Not update 1.001.005, and we’re not expecting anything major from this game update.
Read on to know some of the known issues that should be fixed once this patch has been applied.
Ready or Not Updated on May 19 as Console Version 1.001.005
Oddly enough, VOID Interactive has not said anything about today’s patch, which is unusual for the studio. As part of the Boiling Point content, VOID Interactive has outlined the known issues they are targeting to fix.
- In singleplayer, ‘Player left the game’ message is displayed upon completing a level
- After using coffee machine weapon or equipment will disappear
- The rubber ducks on ‘No Good Deed’ can cause major performance issues.
- The performance on systems can be significantly worse on start-up
- Changing graphic preset from fidelity to performance or vice versa temporarily and then switching back can fix the issue on each game launch.
- Incorrectly low quality lightmaps across the v1.4 DLC levels
- Artemis Vest – Clipping Seen With Numerous Trousers Cosmetic Options
- VOIP sometimes stops working after a loading screen
- ATAK-R 1-12X and SDR 1-4X reticle behaves abnormally on specific maps
- LOD issue on keyboards present throughout the level
While the studio released a follow-up patch two weeks ago, it didn’t fix all the problems. The list of fixes in the patch from two weeks ago included the following:
Multiplayer
- Fixed instances of users being stuck on EOS authentication process.
Achievements
- Fixed “My Eyes, It Burns” achievement not correctly unlocking.
- Fixed “Getting Your Sea Legs” sometimes unlocking before unlocking all other Dark Waters achievements.
- Fixed “The Heat is On” achievement unlocking even when failing the mission.
- (XBox & PS5) Fixed milestone meta-achievements (e.g. Getting Your Sea-Legs) getting stuck if partial progress toward them was earned offline.
Once the developers release the official patch notes, we’ll update the article. Chances are, the known issues listed above should be the fixes applied today.
