We’ve been lucky enough (thanks to Ubisoft) to dive into the remake early, and while you’ll be able to read our full review later this week, we couldn’t wait to share a glimpse into this revitalized classic with an exclusive first look at the game’s opening 30 minutes.

Although we can’t share our impression of the remake just yet, based on our video above, this is perhaps one of the best-looking remakes we’ve ever seen. PC gamers especially are in for a real treat, as this time around Ubisoft really went the extra mile on optimization. It’s certainly much better than the way Assassin’s Creed Shadows ran at launch, and that’s with everything set to max, including its ray-tracing features.
