While we already know Battlefield 2042 Season 5: New Dawn’s release date and what’s incoming with the new season, it seems DICE has more to share, as the studio has announced that a Battlefield 2042 new dev update is airing this Tuesday, May 30.
It will once again air on the official Battlefield YouTube channel at 3 pm UTC/5 pm CEDT/8 am PDT/11 am EDT/11 pm HKT.
The YouTube clip’s title states it’s about the Season 5 development update where the new map, new weapons and the new Battle Pass will be shown off. The official video description states, “Tune into the upcoming Development Update and get new details on Season 5: New Dawn. Get a first look at game improvements and new exciting content coming to Battlefield 2042.”
Will we see or hear any info as to what’s incoming after Season 5? Let’s hope so. Otherwise, this upcoming season will mark the end of the game’s post-launch live support when it comes to new content.
