Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 Stats Reset Happening, Multiple Battlepacks Being Awarded
While a lot of players are having issues connecting to both Battlefiedl 4 and Battlefield 1, it seems that’s not the only problem plaguing Battlefield players now. Multiple reports have surfaced now of players experiencing Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 stats reset bugs.
My bf1 progress got deleted. I need help! Is anyone else having this problem? I am kinda worried, since i’ve been playing for a long time and a full recovery would be almost impossible (Ps4, Europe)

Before anyone panics, this is almost assuredly a server issue, and once EA’s servers are sorted out, stats and player progression for both Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 should be back to normal.
There is one upside to this, though. It seems, players are being awarded random Battlepacks due to this bug!
Note that other EA-published games are having issues as well, with Apex Legends challenges from the on-going event not tracking.
It’s unknown at this time whether these Battlepacks or the rewards obtained by them will be pulled by EA once servers have been sorted, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they left them as is. I mean, Battlepacks reward cosmetic items only and as such, shouldn’t cause any gameplay-breaking changes.
