DICE has rolled out a new client update for Battlefield 6 in BF Labs today, and you know what that means: leaks! This time around, we get to see our first look at the largest mao available in the game at launch, Mirak Valley.

A few weeks ago, we reported on a leak that gave us our first (rough) look at some of Battlefield 6’s large-scale maps. This was worth pointing out given how a lot of Battlefield fans were a bit concerned about the small maps featured in the Battlefield 6 Open Beta.

Now, thanks to Battlefield Labs participants in China that don’t give a crap about NDA’s, we now have our first gameplay look at Mirak Valley, whcih is confirmed to be the largest map in the game that will be available at launch.

Before diving in, remember that the footage below is from Battlefield Labs and not the final version of Battlefield 6, so don’t be quick to judge if you see bugs, missing assets and whatnot, as this is from a private test build.

Update: EA has issued a takedown request on the videos, which we’re obliging.

The leaked gameplay comes from Chinese social media site Bilibili, and has since been shared by the 1BF leaker group. Below are more footage from one 30-minute gameplay recording.

While we can’t scour each area of the map — that needs to wait until we get some actual game time on the level, we do have the map layouts for not only Mirak Valley, but even the returning Battlefield 3 map, Operation Firestorm.

Operation Firestorm and Mirak Valley will be two large-scale maps available at launch, with New Sobek City being the third. Based on leaks, the first map set to be released in Season 1 is named “Eastwood” and is another large-scale map, though it won’t be as big as Mirak Valley.

Expect a ton more info about the game to seep its way out now that Battlefield Labs is being played out in the wild.

In other official Battlefield 6 news, DICE has confirmed persistent servers will be available for everyone, as part of the BF Portal. Not only that, but the PC requirements and features have been revealed too.
