In case you haven’t heard, publisher Electronic Arts has officially revealed the worst-kept secret in gaming this year, and that’s Battlefield 6’s battle royale mode, which is officially called “Battlefield RedSec.”

To mark the start of the first season of Battlefield 6, and Battlefield RedSec, players will be able to snatch up some stuff via Twitch Drops! Watching your favorite streamer get some frag on will net you some cool in-game stuff.

Dive in to see what rewards you can get and how long you’ll need to watch for each one below.

Battlefield 6 and BF RedSec Season 1 Twitch Drops Can Be Earned at the Same Time

  • Watch for 1 Hour and earn the “Hitchhiking” Vehicle Decal
  • Watch for 2 Hours and earn the “Marauder” Vehicle Skin
  • Watch for 3 Hours and earn the “Highland Hunter” Weapons Package
  • Watch for 4 Hours and earn the “No Mercy” Soldier Skin

Completed Drops will automatically appear in your Drops Inventory, so be sure to claim it within 24 hours. Once claimed, the Drops wil be granted in-game for both Battlefield 6 and in RedSec.

Notice from EA: To earn these Twitch Drops, you should first make sure your EA and Twitch accounts are linked HERE. Then, during Battlefield REDSEC Season 1 launch week – October 28 at 8 a.m. PT to November 4 at 11:59 p.m. PT – head to your favorite creators streaming Battlefield REDSEC to unlock a Weapons Package, a Soldier Skin and more. Once you complete the Twitch Drop objective with your linked account, claim it on Twitch before logging into Battlefield REDSEC to receive your reward. After logging into REDSEC, these rewards will be available both in REDSEC and in Battlefield 6*.

This is the start of what we’re hoping will be Battlefield RedSec’s long period in the spotlight for battle royale games. Hopefully, it will get proper support from EA this time around compared to what happened with Battlefield V’s Firestorm.

In other Battlefield 6 news, the game’s infuriating Assignments and challenges are being reworked, which should be good news for a lot of players.
