Death Stranding Update for April 19

Kojima Productions has released the Death Stranding update for April 19 on PC, and this brings a host of graphical improvements, DualSense Edge controller support and more. Read on for the official patch notes below.

Death Stranding Update for April 19 Patch Notes:

Porters, the latest update for DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT is out now on Steam. This update contains the following:

  • XeSS v1.1 – Introduces improved temporal stability for XeSS DP4a and XMX models
  • Reduced ghosting, moire and flickering
  • DualSense Edge Support

Please note: Players will need to disable Steam Input and connect their controller with a USB C cable in order to use the full functionality of the DualSense Edge.

That’s about it. While there’s no new content for Death Stranding, there is a sequel incoming, which we’re assuming will make its way to PC as well.
