Fortnite Update 2.49 (v11.30.1) Released, Here’s What It Does

While Epic Games just released a new Fortnite patch earlierr this week, the studio has pushed ou a weekend update to the game, and it’s live now. Fortnite update 2.49 or called v11.30.1 by Epic Games, should be out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. While there are no specific Fortnite 2.49 patch notes, we do know what it’s for.

Fortnite update 24.9 changes:

We’ve released patch v11.30.1 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC to address stability issues.

Yep, Fortnite update 2.49 is primarily for updates. PC players however, should know that DirectX 12 beta has been stopped too.

We have temporarily disabled the DirectX 12 beta. Thank you for participating — we’ve gained valuable information. We’re going to make some improvements and re-open the doors in early 2020.
