Rainbow Six Siege anti-cheat update

Like any live service game, Rainbow Six Siege is no stranger to issues and bugs. Ubisoft recently gave an update on Rainbow Six Siege’s current known issues, and these range from a fix for the Y7S3 Ranked charms to the “Creating Squad” bug.

The official Rainbow Six Siege tweeted out the updates. Here’s the tweet with a text version below for your convenience.

Rainbow Six Siege Known Issues Update List (as of Dec. 21, 2022):

  • A seamless fix has been deployed and Y7S3 Ranked Charms will now be awarded correctly. Please make sure to log back in for this to take effect.
  • We’ve resolved issues resulting in players being stuck on “Creating Squad” and others receiving the error 8-0X00003700.
  • Following a hack on Ban Tickers, they have been momentarily deactivated while a fix is being worked on. Although they are not displayed in the HUD, rest assured that toxicity and cheating sanctions are still being issued.
  • We’ve been made aware of MMR rollback issues affecting some players. We are currently in the process of resetting their Skill level and compensating those players.

If you haven’t played in a while, Y7S4 is out now with a new map and operator among other things. Check out the full content overview here to bring you up to speed.
