Sony Unveils PS5 Pro Enhanced Games Available at Launch
This Thursday, November 7, marks the official launch of the PlayStation 5 Pro, bringing a new era of gaming with advanced graphics enhancements like ray tracing, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR), and smoother frame rates of 60 or 120 Hz, all powered by an upgraded GPU.
In a PlayStation Blog post, it was revealed that PS5 Pro will feature more than 50 enhanced games at launch, including big titles like Alan Wake 2, Black Ops 6, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and much more. These titles are optimized to fully utilize the PS5 Pro’s boosted capabilities, showcasing the console’s potential for stunning visuals and immersive gameplay.
Interestingly, some titles that seemed almost certain, like Gran Turismo 7, are missing from the list, while others not previously mentioned, like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, have been added. The list includes around fifty games, a solid lineup, though still fewer than the roughly 90 titles that surfaced through unofficial sources. This suggests it may not be a complete list.
Additionally, even games that don’t have specific upgrade patches will benefit from the PS5 Pro’s PSSR technology, automatically improving image clarity and detail through AI-powered upscaling.
