Rocksteady’s latest title has been out less than a week, and while they’ve revealed plans for future content via seasonal launches, most of that content has been kept under wraps. Today, however, a player seemingly discovered the next Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League upcoming character via a piece of accidental dialogue.

Over on the r/SuicideSquadGaming subreddit, user ZeronityPlays shared a clip of Braniac calling them a name incorrectly:

While the player is getting attacked by an onslaught of enemies, Braniac quips, “I didn’t expect you to be the weak link in this chain, Freeze.” This line doesn’t add up with what’s happening on-screen, as the player is currently controlling Harley Quinn. So why might Braniac call her Freeze?
Well, as we noted in our breakdown of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’s ending, the post-credits image teases several upcoming characters for the game’s roster. While Joker has already been confirmed, the other characters are silhouetted. You can see the image below:
The second silhouetted character can now almost definitively be confirmed to be Mister Freeze. That would certainly explain the strange line of dialogue from Braniac in the clip. The chilly background and icy-blue highlights on the character’s outline would also line up with Freeze’s frosty motifs, which isn’t a hard thing to guess, since there’s not a lot of DC characters that favors the ice and cold like Mr. Freeze.
As for the other characters, we still don’t have any confirmation as to who they might be. We’ll be sure to let our readers know as soon as we learn more.
