Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

Ubisoft has officially announced the delay of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora to 2023-2024 in its first-quarter 2022-23 sales report. The game was originally announced to launch sometime this year but Ubisoft never specified a release date or reveled any new trailers in over a year.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will now release in 2023-24. We are committed to delivering a cutting-edge immersive experience that takes full advantage of next-gen technology, as this amazing global entertainment brand represents a major multi-year opportunity for Ubisoft.

Alongside the game’s delay, Ubisoft has also revealed that both the Assassin’s Creed franchise and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege have performed better than expected in Q1. It also reaffirmed that the future of the Assassin’s Creed brand will be revealed sometime in September. Don’t forget, AC Valhalla Year 2 content has been promised and it’s quite a significant expansion being added to all players.

Finally, the sales report also reveals that Ubisoft is targeting approximately an ambitious €400 million in non-IFRS operating income.

The future of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora remains uncertain with no official release date in sight. Ubisoft is now targeting a release date sometime in 2023-2024.
