Unreal Engine 5 Demo Recreated in Dreams
A few days ago, Epic Games published an Unreal Engine 5 tech demo, giving us an impressive look into the next-generation of Unreal. While that was a tech demo running on the PlayStation 5, an ambitious PS4 Dreams creator has decided to recreate the demo using nothing but the toolsets found in the PS4 exclusive, Dreams.
The recreation was made in just two short hours, and while it doesn’t feature all the bells and whistles shown in the Unreal Engine 5 demo, it is, to say the least, a very impressive feat. created on the PlayStation 4. Have a watch of it down below!
Talk about stunning! Creators in Dreams have certainly been pushing the game to its limits, and these near life recreations just prove that. One can only imagine with this being created using the PlayStation 4, what would be possible if Dreams were to release on the PlayStation 5? Probably something crazier.
You may have remembered early this year, a user also recreated Ghost of Tsushima. While not as graphically impressive as the Unreal Engine 5 creation, it was still a pretty damn good job on the user part.
Dreams is now available, exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
