Beast of Reincarnation Version 1.0.10 Adds New Options on August 31 via Patch 1.008
Game Freak is back with another title update for Beast of Reincarnation, and this time, it’s not just bug fixes that’s in tow, but a host of improvements and new quality-of-life options too.
Console gamers will see this as Beast of Reincarnation update 1.008, which brings the game to version 1.0.10.

Beast of Reincarnation Adds Quality-of-Life Options to Make the Game Cleaner-Looking via August 31 Update
New Options and Improvements
- Added options for film grain and chromatic aberration on/off.
- Added an option to turn post-processing on/off within movies.
- Added ‘Tainted Seeds’ to each area, which allows you to earn SP.
- Added the placement of ‘Destruction Amber’ in some areas.
- Added a mechanism that automatically converts any excess amount into amber when an item reaches its holding limit.
- The interaction range for regular items has been expanded.
- Lowered the interaction priority for items that have reached the cap.
- You can now perform recovery from a ‘Collapse’ state using the D-pad ↑.
- Adjusted the invincibility time during the jump and when getting up.
- If the supply screen and interact with the same button/key, the interaction will take priority.
- The input for long-range weapon stance has been changed to a hold-type type, and the button is held down to maintain a hold.
- Allows advance input for ranged weapon stances during sliding, rolling evasion, and normal slashes.
- Adjusted so that flying and ranged weapon enemies are more likely to flinch.
▼ Various bug fixes and technical improvements
- If the startup logo takes a long time to load, it will automatically proceed to the next screen.
- Voice language settings are not reset when restarting the game.
- Fixed an issue where, in the boss battle in the Terraced Rice Fields area before the patch was applied, players who lost their first battle before the patch would not progress even if they met the battle end conditions when rematching.
- Fixed an issue in the Second Underground Residential Area where there was a transparent no-entry check halfway up the entrance slope, preventing further progress.
- Fixed an issue where you could no longer ‘talk’ to NPCs under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where entry restrictions would occur in the Nushi battle area under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where you could no longer rest on the Purification Ship under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where, after obtaining certain achievements after “Fast Movement,” the player would fall underground immediately after respawn, and subsequent performance would decrease on that save data.
- Fixed an issue where the sky displayed black under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where Kuu would block your vision.
- Fixed an issue where Ku would not move during camp interactions.
- Fixed an issue where Kuu would land briefly in midair when performing specific attacks on airborne enemies.
- Fixed an issue where Kuu would stop after getting up when he was moving at high speed while down.
- Fixed an issue where Ku would use items when departing from the Purification Ship.
- I adjusted some cameras from the Nushi war.
- Fixed an issue where some of the boss’s attacks would be visible off-screen.
- Fixed an issue where some Nushi’s attacks did not hit.
- Fixed an issue where player attacks would not hit when Nushi started knocking down.
- Fixed an issue where some of the boss’s ‘Cut-off Slash’ would not land.
- Fixed an issue where Emma would lean forward when activating the lift during a leaping slash.
- Fixed an issue where unintended rotation occurred when guarding from step dodge.
- Fixed an issue where, when changing a charm and changing HP, the HP gauge would not be immediately reflected.
- Fixed an issue where some tutorials were not displayed correctly in the “Data” menu.
- Fixed an issue where restraints would not reactivate when activating “Erika: Strangle” after “Red Spider Lily Binding.”
- Fixed an issue where some enemies would not respond when attacked from a distance.
- Fixed an issue where the upper limit value in parameter display was not displayed correctly.
- Fixed an issue where interactions with treasure chests and gimmicks were slow to react.
- Fixed areas where the water damage detection was shallow in some areas.
* We will continue to adjust the submersion detection system going forward. - Fixed areas where the background appearance did not match the transparent entry ban check.
- Optimized performance in some boss battles.
- Some effects have been lightened by rendering processing.

- Adjusting the length of lines and cuts during the event
- Added options to reflect Emma’s outfit and Kuu’s skin in the movie
- Automatic acquisition of drop items from enemies
- Increase in skippable event movies
- Balance adjustments for swordsmanship, blooming techniques, etc.
- Adjustment of submersion detection
- Adjustment of transparent entry prohibition determinations within the area
