NBA 2K26 New Update 1.015 Dribbles Out on January 27
Visual Concepts has released NBA 2K26 update 1.015 (complete version 1.015.000) on January 27, and this seems to be for consoles only.
This is an unannounced update as part of the Season 4 rollout, so don’t expect any new content from it.

NBA 2K26 Receives New Update on Januar 27
- One Reddit user states that after the update, there have been more pases that hit people’s body/head, and this is something another user chimed in on, too.
- Bump steals are back (unproven)
As for recent issues fixed, here’s what Visual Concepts had listed in the official NBA 2K’s Discord:
- We are aware that some players on Xbox may be encountering issues with making purchases, such as buying VC or Level Skips. (Resolved)
- Players may encounter an error message when redeeming Locker Codes from the Season 4 Twitch Drops. (Resolved)
Expect stabilty improvements and other backend fixes to be part of the update, though we’re not expecting Visual Concepts to release any changelog. If the devs do, we’ll update the article with the info.
