NBA 2K26 New Update 1.017 Released on March 3
Visual Concepts has released an unannounced title update for NBA 2K26, and this is a minor patch that deals with issues and doesn’t add any new content as far as we’re aware.
Console gamers will see this download as NBA 2K26 update 1.017 (complete version 1.017.000), and this doesn’t solve every issue reported by the community, but deals with a big one.
NBA 2K26’s March 3 Update Released as Version 1.017
No patch notes have been released by the developers so far, but based from the community, it seems it was rolled out on current-gen platforms to remove exploits/cheats.
Some of the exploits said to be removed include:
- VC glitches
- Auto green/ lag switch
When it comes to recently resolved issues, Visual Concepts has noted the MyTeam bug where ” Some players who earned the 97+ OVR NBA Premium Pack from The Exchange received a WNBA Player Card from it,” and has marked this one as resolved.
The community is still sharing new issues/bugs in the game’s official Discord server and the latest ones include:
- Issue connecting to 2K servers
- Missing VC after purchase
- Unable to turn off location-based tracking
- Crew reward can’t be collected
- Customize HUD settings are resetting randomly
