Massive Steam Leak Outs Existence of Unannounced Games and Major Spoilers for Upcoming Releases Due to Valve Screw Up
It seems Steam has been breached or someone at the company has messed up big time, as Steam Achievements for a bunch of unannounced games have surfaced today.
We’re not talking about indie games either, as achievements for Persona 6, an unannounced Warhammer game, and a ton more have made their way online.
Bear in mind, this is not official, and things could change, but given how the data was scraped by a reliable achievement/trophy entity, this seems like the real deal.
Steam Suffers Massive Leak, Confirming New Games and Outing Spoilers via Achievements
Trophy/achievement site Exophas has scraped a ton of data from Steam, outing the following games’ existence and achievements:
- Persona 6
- Persona 4 Revival
- Unannounced Twin Peaks game (placeholder achievements)
- Unannounced Dune game (might be for the single-player part of Dune Awakening releasing later this month)
- Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition
- Horizon Hunters Gathering
- Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival
- Judas (incomplete)
- Kingdom Hearts IV
- Kena: Scars of Kosmora
- Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theves

There are more games being added as I type this, so it seems there’s no end in sight just yet. This rivals the massive Epic Games Store leak that happened in 2024, which outed a bunch of games. While not everything there came to fruition, a majority did, and some could still be announced.
Over on ResetEra, exophase’s owner explained what happened, stating, “Yes I am the owner of the site and this is what appears to have happened. Seems like a possible screw up on Valve’s end, a bunch of games with achievements that should be private are accessible through the API right now and that’s why they got scanned into the site. I usually never see games without an actual name pop up with achievements, yet over the past hour or so a bunch have (when there’s an unknown name we just set it to the AppID).”
