PS4 update 5.50 is now out in the wild, with closed beta testers getting early access to new features and improvements. While these new changes are supposed to be kept a secret, some users have totally ignored that part of the agreement. Below you’ll find screenshots leaking certain upcoming PS4 5.50 features.
PS4 5.50: System-Wide Supersampling
“Supersampling Mode can improve the image quality of some games on a TV with 2K resolution or lower.
Results may differ depending on the games. In some games, image quality may not improve, or the frame rate may change.”
PS4 5.50: Hide Purchases
“Do Not Show Content Item in [Purchased]”
PS4 5.50: Delete Notifications
Press Triangle to delete notifications from the Notification List.
