For those curious how the weapons behave and what the gadgets look like in action in Battlefield 2042, you don’t have to wonder anymore, as one gamer has decided to take it upon themselves to upload a video of the all the Battlefield 2042 weapons and gadgets available in the Tech Test being shown off!

In other Battlefield 2042 news, it seems Battle Pick Ups — powerful weapons that are scattered throughout the map that can be used by any side — are back! Reliable Battlefield dataminer temporyal has unearthed quite a few that can be found in specific locations in multiplayer maps.
Battle Pickups might return in #Battlefield 2042. I was able to track down three corresponding references:

In addition to that, another thing datamined is the name of the Season 1 map! Apparently, it will be called “Ridge,” though we don’t know if this is a codename/placeholder for the real name.
The #Battlefield 2042 files already contain a section for "season 1" content. Here you're able to find the code name for a new map:

Same as with every datamined info, treat all these with a grain of salt, alright? There’s a chance that these are placeholder files that won’t be used in the final version of the game, or they could be completely changed by the time the game ships this October 22.
