Are you looking forward to Techland’s Dying Light 2? Well, if you are, you’re going to have to wait a whole lot longer. While the zombie action sequel didn’t have a specific release date other than “Spring 2020,” Techland has announced that even that is not definite anymore. Check out the letter below why Techland issued a Dying Light 2 release date delayed note to their fans.

Our priority is to deliver an experience that lives up to our own high standards and to the expectations of you, our fans.
Please stay tuned, and thank you to our fans around the world for your continued support, patience and understandaing.

This is definitely a bummer, but at least it’s getting more love and polish, right? People will forget the delays over time but a bad game is forever as they say. Also, given how much love and support Techland has given the first game, I suspect fans will be OK with this news.
While Dying Light 2 has bee delayed, we have oodles of gameplay footage of it already. We also know that the map will be four times bigger than the first one, and we even know how long the game will be.
