Everything You Need to Know About Battlefield 6 Open Beta – Rewards, Pre-load Info, Schedule, PC Requirements
Following yesterday’s reveal of Battlefield 6, DICE also announced the beta will kick off in less than two weeks. If you have questions about it, we have answers. Not only do we have the complete BF6 open beta schedule (including the early access phase), but we can also confirm that yes, there will be rewards for participants, which will carry over to the final retail game.
For PC players, the Battlefield 6 PC requirements are also out, which I suspect will be similar to the final PC specs needed to run DICE’s latest shooter.
The BF6 open beta pre-load date has also been revealed, and it’s this week!
Battlefield 6 Open Beta Complete Schedule (Including Early Access)
Those who signed up for Battlefield Labs access, you should be getting an email confirming your inclusion in the early access beta phase. Existing BF Labs participants should also be part of the early access phase.
Monitor the Battlefield social media channels, since we’re expecting DICE to unload early access access at some point before it starts.
The Battlefield 6 open beta can be pre-loaded starting August 4 at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET/11 PM HKT/15:00 UTC!
How to play the Open Beta
You can play Battlefield’s Open Beta on:

- Early access opens on August 7 at 8:00 UTC (1AM PT/4 AM ET/4 PM HKT)
- If you signed up for Battlefield Labs before July 31, you don’t need a code. Just log in with the EA Account you registered with Battlefield Labs.
- If you didn’t sign up for Battlefield Labs, you can watch select creators during the reveal streams on July 31 on Twitch to unlock Early Access.
- Weekend 1 opens on August 9 at 8:00 UTC (1AM PT/4 AM ET/4 PM HKT)) and closes August 11 at 8:00 UTC (1AM PT/4 AM ET/4 PM HKT))
- No code needed, available to anyone
- Weekend 2 opens on August 14 at 8:00 UTC (1AM PT/4 AM ET/4 PM HKT)) and closes August 17 at 8:00 UTC (1AM PT/4 AM ET/4 PM HKT))

Not only that, but DICE has also confirmed that we’ll receive rewards for playing the beta that will carry over to the final game. There will be two different beta rewards for the two weekends, so make sure to play in both to get everything.
