If you’ve somehow managed to avoid one of the most satisfying first-person shooter experiences out there, you’ll be happy to learn that there’s a Rainbow Six Siege free weekend planned for November 16-19. This is happening across all platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

In addition to the free trial weekend, the game will also be getting a price slash of 50%. Ubisoft has confirmed that “players who try the game during the free weekend will carry over their progress and continue to play uninterrupted.”

If you’re already a veteran player, and have gotten yourself involved in the PC Technical Test Server, then you’ll be excited to hear that Operation: White Noise content will be ready for testing on November 20.

Here’s a reminder of what the upcoming expansion includes:

Operation White Noise features a new map set in a sky high observation tower above Seoul’s skyline in South Korea. Three new operators are joining the fray, including two members of South Korea’s 707th Special Mission Battalion and a new Operator from Poland’s GROM.

Good news for players, old and new! Let us know if you’ll be trying out vanilla Siege, or the upcoming White Noise content.

In other Rainbow Six Siege news, here’s how the developers explain ping abuse and the steps to fixing it, and take a look at the recently implemented “Mid-Season Reinforcements” update.
