Silent Hill 2 Remake Marketing and Promotion Ramping Up “Very Soon,” Says to Bloober Team
While Konami has been quite silent regarding the Silent Hill 2 remake after it was initially announced, that’s about to change soon, as the studio behind the remake, Bloober Team, states that marketing for the game is expected to ramp up “very soon.”
This was revealed by Bloober Team CEO Piotr Babieno, who states, “It is Konami who is developing the promotional campaign (…) we believe that this promotion will start very soon.”
Publisher Konami hasn’t made any mention of the remake, though a recent PlayStation ad does list the Silent Hill 2 remake and Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater as being set for release in 2024.
The last development update we had for Silent Hill 2’s remake was back in November when Bloober Team announced that development was going smoothly and right on schedule.
The Silent Hill 2 remake is set to launch on PS5 first with a PC version expected to follow 12 months after.
