With Star Wars Battlefront II out in first trial for the Xbox One and PC, and being available a few days early with the deluxe edition letting owners play a few days early, those who bought Star Wars Battlefront II the actual day of release, which is this past Friday, will need all the help they can in order to catch up.

In this quick MP1st guide for Battlefront II, we offer some tips based on our hands-on experience, and should prove useful for those starting out, and even for those who’ve managed to gain a few levels in multiplayer.

[tps_title]Use Credits for Items First Initially[/tps_title]

Once loading the game and entering your first few multiplayer matches, you’ll gain an initial influx of credits that you can you use to buy loot crates, or Heroes and other items. While it’s tempting to save whatever amount you have to buy Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker right away, don’t.

Unlock more items, Star Cards and more. Trust us, it’ll make things easier, and the game more fun. I mean, how fun would it be to save up on a Hero and being stomped on along the way? Not much, right?

Learn to come to grips with the game mechanics first, and then once you have, then go save up for Vader or something then.

      1. No offense to a lot of reviewers, but most of them do not know how to review an MP game since they themselves aren’t that good at MP. We get a review code before or around launch, but we don’t hurry to get it up since we want to be able to play the MP portion significantly, which means hours of time poured, testing different loadouts, etc.
