New Battlefield 5 Upcoming Weapons and Gadgets List Unearthed via Game Files

battlefield 5 next patch

While we posted a list a few weeks ago revealing some of the Battlefield 5 upcoming weapons and gadgets set to be released in the future by DICE, it seems the latest patch has brought in a new list of weapons and gadgets that will soon become available (hopefully) in the shooter.

Once again unearthed by Battlefield dataminer temporyal, check out the full list of new Battlefield 5 weapons and gadgets which are included along with images. Note that some of the gadgets seem to only be available in the upcoming 5v5 game mode.

New ingame descriptions shed some light on the purpose of equipment we already know by name – especially the new flare guns. So make sure to read them and not just scan through the weapon and gadgets names.

Please keep in mind that some items (like the Radio Jammer or Firecrackers) can only be used in the upcoming 5v5 game mode (read more about it here).

And here we go…

Weapons & Gadgets

Karabin 1938M (alternatively “Kbsp wz. 1938M”)

“The Kbsp wz.38M self-repeating rifle Model 38M was a prototype Polish 7.92mm semi-automatic rifle used by the Polish Army during the Invasion of Poland of 1939.” (Wikipedia)

Model 37 Shotgun

“Tactical shotgun. Alt-fire loads a single slug round in the chamber infront of the normal buckshot rounds.” (Ingame)

M1935 PG (formerly called “Breda PG”)

“The first burst assault rifle of the era. Fires an accurate and deadly 4-round burst.” (Ingame)

Note: They renamed it and included a description.

RMN50 Rifle Frag

“More hand mortar then grenade launcher, the RNM 50 fires standard 50mm mortar shells from a converted Mosin-Nagant that will explode after a timer, even in midair.” (Ingame)

Model SLd Flare Pistol

“A double barrel flare gun that features two unique projectiles. On detonation the primary will breifly spot eneimes in a small area, while the alt-fire will temporarily blind and confuse.” (Ingame)

Note: Spelling check probably done by the “Das Sturm Jager” guy.

“The Kampfpistole fires heavy Anti-Personal charges indirectly at medium and short distances.” (Ingame)

Note: This will be pretty similar to the already existing “Sturmpistole” (Support) but without the vehicle focus.

Stationary MG34

“A deployable MG34 Stationary emplacement. Re-deploying will tear-down the previously deployed emplacement.” (Ingame)

Note: Support classes in the upcoming 5v5 competitive game mode can deploy this equipment.

TN-17 Radio Jammer

“Friendlies spotted near the Radio Jammer trigger fake spots for the enemy team’s information systems.” (Ingame)

Note: A gadget for scout classes in 5v5.

M-80 Firecrackers

“Used to similate the sounds of gunfire to confuse the enemy and their information systems.” (Ingame)

Note: A gadget for scout classes in 5v5.

Demolition Grenade
