Remember when we reported on that you should NOT update Rainbow Six Siege if you’re gaming on the PlayStation 4 since it can cause crashing issues? Well, it seems it’s Sony’s fault and not Ubisoft’s, and the platform maker has now issued a “fix.”
Over on the Rainbow Six subreddit, an announcement was made for a “fix” and as compensation for the Rainbow Six Siege PS4 crashing issue, Ubisoft will be activating 50 percent Renown Bonus for the next 24 hours.
If you can’t read it, it says:
Hello everyone,
We are glad to announce that, for those users who may have experienced system crashes related to Rainbow Six Siege, SIE has addressed the issue and impacted users should restart their PS4. If problems persist, please contact @AskPlayStation.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
At least it’s fixed now, right? If you’re a Rainbow Six Siege player on the PS4, do let us know if it’s really fixed or if there’s still some crashing issues.
