Rematch New Update 1.200.009 Sorts Out Dolphin Dive, Wall Dribbling Exploits via Hotfix 9

[summaraize]

Annoyed at dolphin divers in the arcade sports game Rematch? Sloclap is too, and the developers have now issued a new patch to mitigate this exploit.

Console players should see this as Rematch update 1.200.009, which the studio calls Hotfix #9. Aside from dolphin diving, wall dribbling is also another exploit sorted out with today’s patch download.

Read on for the complete patch notes, as well as Sloclap’s explanation on the changes made.

Rematch Dolphin Diving and Wall Dribbling Exploits Sorted Out in Latest Update Released on June 27

Content

Exploit/Balancing

Outfield Dive : (aka Dolphin Dive) tweaked values to make the character speed lower during the ability’s recovery period.

  • We are closely monitoring how the game and its meta are evolving day after day, and we are seeing a lot of new mechanics and ways to play being discovered by our players. We think a lot of these are cool and interesting, but some others have a negative impact on the game

  • The ability to spam the dive to instead of sprinting is one mechanic that is a clear balancing issue. It allows players to bypass the limitations of stamina and sprint speeds, and has a negative impact on the look and feel of the game.

  • We have adjusted the speed of the player during the recovery of the ability to make the dive spam less efficient as an acceleration exploit.

  • This is a small enough adjustment but will have an impact on how the ability feels and functions even in legitimate circumstances, so we will be monitoring these effects closely.

  • We are looking at more precise ways of resolving these issues in future updates, but it will take a bit more time and we felt we needed a solution now to this exploit.

Wall Dribbling/Climbing : we aimed to fix some issues that allowed players to “fly” and avoid all interactions with the other players by spamming volley lob taps against a wall.

  • This is another mechanic that is completely at odds with our vision of Rematch as a football game.

  • The fix involves making the ball interactable 5 frames later than it used to be. This also affects abilities other than taps, such as being able to perform a volley shot (or any other volley action) after a volley lob tap on a very high ball.

  • This removes the aforementioned issue but will also have an impact on the rest of the game, specifically by making some solo backboard setups harder to execute.

  • As such we feel this is a good thing for the game. It does not remove the mechanic but makes it more demanding in terms of player focus and precision.

  • We will keep monitoring the effect of this change on the rest of gameplay mechanics, and will rely on player feedback to further adjust the feel of the game.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed cam jitter during goal replays
  • Various fixes on stability issues

Sloclap said they will post a new devblog about emergent mechanics and their intentions on how to deal with them soon.

Phasmophobia Hotfix Update 1.000.018 Applies First Chronicle Set of Fixes

[summaraize]

Following the release of the Chronicle content drop for Phasmophoba earlier this week, Kinectic Games has pushed out the first hotfix for the multiplayer horror game.

Console gamers will see this as Phasmophobia update version 1.000.018, and this applies a short list of fixes to some issues that surfaced with the major update.

Phasmophobia Hotfix Update for June 27 Released and Here Are the Fixes

Here are the confirmed fixes by Kinetic Games:

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented PlayStation users from selecting Asia servers for multiplayer.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Mimic to give D.O.T.S evidence while mimicking a Goryo.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Goryo to give D.O.T.S evidence while the player was on 0 evidence mode.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the final stage Cursed Hollow trophy to appear in all players cabinets. This will now only display if the player earned it during the event.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some players from selecting ‘Skip’ or ‘Next’ when on the debriefing stat screen following a completed investigation.

If you haven’t updated the game with the Chronicle update, the patch significantly changes investigations, how players record media and so much. Kinetic states, “The core of the CHRONICLE update is our complete rework of how Media is gathered and rewarded in Phasmophobia. A brand-new piece of equipment has been added along with two new types of media – videos and sound recordings – as well as revamped challenges and progression systems.”

I recommend reading the entire patch notes to gain a better understanding of what has changed.

There’s more content on the way for Phasmophobia, as the developers have promised support up to 2026.

Helldivers 2 Minor Update 1.003.105 Released, as Players Get a New Cape for Free

Arrowhead Game Studios has released the second Helldivers 2 patch for the week, which players will see as version 1.003.105. This is a super small download clocking in at less than 100 MB on both PS5 and PC.

Given we just got a patch earlier this week that balances Leviathans, don’t expect anything major from this title update for June 27.

Helldivers 2 Gets Its Second Patch for the Week as Version 1.003.105

Oddly enough, Arrowhead has not said anything about today’s patch. The studio did announce a new cape has been issued (pictured above), with the announcement stating, “In honor of their unquestioning commitment to the defense of Managed Democracy, the Helldivers have been awarded a commemorative cape. The new uniform piece will be available in all Super Destroyer Armories as soon as the rollout is complete.”

Arrowhead says the cape will be awarded to all existing players, though expect it to be rolled out within the day. If you don’t see it, just be patient.

When it comes to known issues, there are quite a few that haven’t been resolved yet, though there is a chance that today’s patch has fixed some of these.

New

  • Stim Pistol and Quasar Cannon are missing some sound effects,
  • The Gunslinger armor passive slows animations instead of speeding them up.,
  • Helldiver does not re-equip weapon after bringing up chat window,

Technical

  • Keybinds do not save after restarting the game using the AZERTY and French keyboard settings,
  • Players that are using the Microsoft IME languages are unable to type Korean, Japanese and Chinese symbols in chat.,

Gameplay

  • Explosives can cause Helldivers hidden behind terrain to ragdoll,
  • Firebomb Hellpods can no longer destroy larger enemy types such as tanks,
  • Weapon scopes may have incorrect FOV that doesn’t match the weapon,
  • Picking up the Entrenchment tool results in other support weapons being held like the Entrenchment tool,
  • Interrupting the reload animation of the StA-11 SMG may result in the magazine being consumed without reloading it.,
  • Eruptor lacks animation for loading the second-to-last bullet in the chamber.,
  • Right gauntlet of SR-64 Cinderblock armor is misaligned,
  • Capes don’t display in Armory tab and instead show a blank grey cape,
  • Stimming while having a stratagem ball prepared unequips stratagem,
  • The Banners for the Servants of Freedom warbond will be displayed in low resolution when viewed in the Armory,
  • Weapon customization doesn’t correctly display stats for sway and reload times,

If we get a proper changelog from Arrowhead, expect this article to be updated.

Death Stranding 2 Update 1.005 Addresses Issues With Cargo Delivery

[summaraize]

Kojima Productions has released Death Stranding 2 update 1.005, which is a small download that addresses a specific issue. This is the second post-release patch for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, after the version 1.004 rollout a few days ago, though both have been minor hotfixes.

Unfortunately, some of the nagging bugs the game is suffering from remain unresolved, which we’re hoping will be sorted out soon by the first major patch.

Read on for what officially got fixed with Death Stranding 2’s latest patch.

Death Stranding 2 Patch #2 Version 1.005 Now Available

Clocking in at just 397 MB, the patch for Hideo Kojima’s latest masterpiece targets “an issue when delivering certain pieces of cargo that would cause the game to crash,” according to the official PlayStation Studios XDev Twitter/X /X account.

For those unaware,  multiple PlayStation first-party studios chipped in Death Stranding 2’s development. That seems to be the only issue that has been resolved with this patch that’s been documented so far.

When it comes to nagging issues, the community has outlined some of the bugs and problems affecting the game such as:

  • Map and HUD visibility issues
  • Performance Mode locking at 1080p
  • Trains flying

There are also crashing issues reported though the actual cause of it hasn’t been determined yet. We’re keeping our eyes open and we’re expecting a heftier update to be released soon. If you want to make sure you don’t miss it, bookmark MP1st since we’ll have the patch the moment it’s out.

Resident Evil Requiem Concept Is “Addictive Fear;” Leon a “Bad Match for Horror” Claims Devs

[summaraize]

Will we see Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil Requiem? While rumors have repeatedly mentioned that Leon will play a major part in the upcoming Resident Evil game, Capcom hasn’t confirmed or debunked his involvement…at least until now.

This time around, the developers have seemingly confirmed that Leon won’t be in RE Requiem, or at least won’t play a major part in the horror sequel.

Resident Evil Requiem Devs Don’t Think Leon Would Fit Well Into a Horror Setting

Recently, Capcom aired the latest Capcom Spotlight showcasing some of the recent developments of the publisher’s games. Unquestionably, the biggest draw here is Resident Evil Requiem, which the developers talked about for a bit.

As part of the Creator’s Message, game director Koshi Nakanishi discussed Leon and how the star of RE2 and RE4 may not fit well with a horror setting, contrasting with Resident Evil Requiem’s confirmed protagonist, Grace Ashcroft. “We always thought about making Leon the protagonist, but making a horror game based around him is difficult. He wouldn’t jump at something like a bucket falling. No one wants to see Leon scared by every little thing, so he’s actually quite a bad match for horror.”

What Nakanishi makes sense given how Leon can pretty much just kill anything and everything he comes across, though I don’t necessarily agree the character is a bad match for horror given both RE2 and RE4 starting Leon handled horror quite well.

Now here’s the odd thing here: Nakanishi name-dropped Leon out of nowhere, and it’s strange to see why. My guess is, he is difussing the rumors that Leon is the main protagonist of Resident Evil Requiem along with Grace Ashcroft.

However, reliable leakers like DuskGolem have doubled down on this and said he is “100% sure Leon is the protagonist still.” Also of note, Nakanishi doesn’t actually say Leon isn’t in the game, but that the character is just a bad match for horror.

DuskGolem also mentions how RE: Requiem isn’t marketed as just a pure horror experience. In Capcom’s own press release, they mention Requiem as “combining deeply terrifying aspects of psychological horror with pulse-pounding action that franchise fans know and love.” Not only that, but Capcom also says the new Resident Evil game “will feature high-stakes cinematic action that will take the series in a bold new direction.”

DuskGolem believes Capcom is baiting the fanbase, which wouldn’t be out of line given how the devs even did that with the reveal at Summer Game Fest by pretending we wouldn’t hear about Resident Evil: Requiem until much later.

Resident Evil: Requiem Is Leaning Into “Addictive Fear” at Its Core

In a much longer Creator’s Message video that aired after Capcom’s Spotlight, the developers shared their core concept for Resident Evil: Requiem is what they call “addictive fear.”  Wondering what that means, exactly? Nakanishi explains, “Addictive fear” means that even though fear is at the core, you still can’t stop. You want to see what comes next. Even if you die, you think, ‘Maybe it would have gone better if I tried this.’ You want to try again. And the sense of accomplishment you get after overcoming that fear. makes you want to play more, to the point it becomes addictive. Creating this kind of gameplay experience is what Requiem aims for.”

I have to admit, I am digging this design principle, though one can argue that the Resident Evil franchise always had that “addictive fear” design baked into it.

For more on RE: Requiem, check out the first story and character details revealed by Capcom.

Resident Evil: Requiem is set for release on February 27, 2026, on thejPS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and is easily one of our most anticipated games of the upcoming year already.

Palworld Latest Update 1.075.453 for v0.6.1 Fixes Pal Team Presets Issue

[summaraize]

Following yesterday’s Tides of Terraria content drop for Palworld, Pocketpair Inc. hbas released the first, of what we presume to be many, patches aimed at bug fixes.

Those on consoles, this will show up as Palworld update 1.075.453 or otherwise known as the v0.61 patch. This was released to fix the Pal team presets issue.

Palworld’s First Tides of Terraria Hotfix Fixes Pal Team Presets Bug

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where an error would occur when overwriting the Pal team presets in the Pal Box and then returning to the title screen when there were blank spaces in the player’s Pal team.

Important to note that Pocketpair is awarded of the auto-save issue affecting PS5 and Xbox Series owners. Expect a patch aimed at fixing this to be released at some point.

While the complete patch notes for the Terraria collab are already out, here’s a quick look at the new content in case you haven’t played the game in a while and want to know what’s in the latest content drop.

Terraria Collab!

Terraria Dungeon

  • A unique dungeon featuring enemies from Terraria has been added! Collect materials in the dungeon to create equipment from the world of Terraria!

Terraria Equipment

  • 6 new weapons and 7 new armour pieces from Terraria have been added!

The terrifying “Moon Lord” raid boss has appeared!

  • The Moon Lord has invaded Palworld! Work together with your friends and Pals to defeat the greatest threat the islands have faced!

This is just the new Terraria content, but there are a ton more added, such as fishing, a salvage system, new islands, and more.

I suggest checking the complete Terraria patch notes to know the various improvements made.

Dying Light Update 1.49 Applies “Retouched” Patch; Improves Graphics and Performance of 10-Year Old Game

[summaraize]

While most developers are incentivized to support their games when it becomes a hit, Techland takes that to a whole new level with the first Dying Light. Released 10 years ago in January 2015, the zombie game just got a new update today that applies improvements to the game’s visuals, overall performance and even audio.

Even with mult-million selling games, it’s very, very rare to see a primarily single-player-focused game to be supported for more than a few years. But 10 years? That’s unheard of.

Well, Techland has done it with Dying Light 2’s version 1.49 update, and if you have The Following – Enhanced Edition, this will show up as version 1.42. Techland calls this patch the “Retouched Update,” which is fitting.

Dying Light Gets Updated in 2025, 10 Years After Release

Per the press release, here are the key features of the Retouched Update:

  • Enhanced Graphics & Performance: Enjoy increased and upscaled texture quality, a new “Ultra” 8k shadow quality level, improved physics based rendering on metallic surfaces and water, and extended LOD ranges. The Retouched Update is about squeezing out even more from the Dying Light you already love. It’s not a complete overhaul or remaster.
  • Improved Audio Experience: Immerse yourself deeper with a remastered soundtrack by Paweł Błaszczak, the original composer, who meticulously recreated the retro-tape sound by recording on actual tape. Expect new tracks and ambient themes throughout the game, and improved hit reaction audio for even more visceral combat feedback.

Here are some of the key items Techland listed as things players should notice have improved:

  • Higher resolution textures
  • Upscaled skyboxes & clouds
  • “Ultra”-level quality shadows
  • Fully remastered soundtrack from the original composer, Paweł Błaszczak
  • New tracks and ambient themes added to the game

For a more detailed and technical look, read on for what Techland had to say about this upgrade.

It’s not just Dying Light that got updated, as Dying Light 2 received its Summer patch today, and it introduces a new collaboration, the UGC Fest event and more.

Looking ahead, Dying Light: The Beast is all set to chomp its way out this August on consoles and PC. If the first Dying Light is any indication, DL2 and The Beast are in very good hands.

Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots Uses Generative AI for Tree and Leaf Textures; Causes Dissent Among Gamers

[summaraize]

Last March, Bandai Namco announced Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots, the latest entry in the long-running arcade golf series. The game will return to PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch on September 5, 2025. However, confirmation of a specific detail has stirred some discontent among fans.

Due to new policies introduced by Steam, each company is required to disclose whether generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) is used during the development of their games.

Use of AI in Minor Aspects of Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots Leads to Controversy Among Fans

Everybody's Golf Hot Shots Ai

In the case of Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots, the developers revealed that AI was used exclusively for creating certain environmental elements, specifically tree and leaf textures, with supervision and revisions made by the development team.

The AI was used only for minor important parts of the game, but the news wasn’t welcomed by players. This sparked a lot of discussion on forums like ResetEra, with many users stating they would not purchase the game despite initially showing interest.

In case you didn’t know, the gaming industry uses specialized tools like SpeedTree, which have been widely used for years to accelerate the creation of vegetation elements. In this case, however, Bandai Namco relied on AI to further refine the textures, a decision disclosed as part of Steam’s required details. This revelation has sparked a renewed debate about the use of artificial intelligence in the gaming world

In related news, EA’s CEO stated that without AI, the company wouldn’t have been able to achieve the level of quality seen in College Football 25, even with “many, many years” of development time.

Space Marine 2 Update 1.008 Unleashed for Siege Content

[summaraize]

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 update 1.008 is here, and this brings the Siege content drop to all players. This new PvE mode will test the mettle of Space Marines everywhere with wave after wave of enemies where boss battles will be scattered throughout your campaign.

Expect balance adjustments and an update on the prestige perks.

Read on for a detailed overview of Siege in the patch notes.

Space Marine 2 Siege Update Patch Notes via Version 1.008

New Features

New PvE Mode — Siege

Siege Mode expands on our PVE operations, emphasizing endless enemy waves that challenge even the strongest teams. When overwhelmed, players may call reinforcements for assistance. Engage in intense battles across three distinctive sectors, each requiring strategic adaptation. Side objectives emerge during combat, providing essential resources used to summon elite Space Marines or a formidable Dreadnought, drastically shifting battlefield dynamics.

The Battlefield

The battle unfolds within a fortified Imperial stronghold on Kadaku, relentlessly attacked by endless waves of Tyranid and Thousand Sons enemies. The fortress has three rotating sectors: Defensive Positions, the Arsenal, and the Control Room. In each sector, you will face five waves of enemies before your squad advances to the next sector, ultimately cycling back to reinforce earlier positions.

Survival Against Waves

Face increasingly challenging enemy waves, with direct assaults from Tyranids and cunning sabotage by Chaos forces. Brief (1 minute) intermissions between waves offer strategic opportunities, clearly indicated through UI notifications.

Side Objectives

Dynamic tasks such as capturing strategic points or retrieving Data-slates from fallen allies deepen tactical gameplay and supply critical resources essential for continued survival.

Shop and Reinforcements

Earn Siege Mode resources through successful combat and Side Objective completion. You can spend these resources at the fortress Shop. You can:

  1. Buy ammunition, medicae stimms, equipment, armour boosts, guardian relic (these items have the same exact behaviour as in Operations Mode).

  2. Summon specialized Space Marines providing targeted support and bonuses. Each player can have only one summoned Space Marine.

  3. Deploy Cadian Troopers to provide additional firepower.

Note about reinforcements changes from the PTS: guardsmen are now cheaper.

4. Collectively pool your resources to unleash the devastating power of a Dreadnought.

Boss Encounters

Every fifth wave introduces formidable boss battles, occasionally facing multiple elite foes simultaneously. Triumph in these encounters to progress to new fortress sectors.

Infinite Waves

If your resolve endures through fifteen brutal waves, prepare for endless combat of increasing difficulty, reduced resources, and shorter preparation times. Even the Primarch of the Ultramarines understands that ultimate victory here is unlikely — but your bravery will echo through the halls of eternity.

Marvel Rivals New Update 1.000.029 Makes It Easier to Surrender as Hero Bug Fixes Are Applied

[summaraize]

NetEase has a new Marvel Rivals update this June 26, and this is more than just adds a new cosmetic, as this also makes it easier to surrender Competitive/Ranked matches.

Additionally, several bug fixes have been applied to heroes, affecting gameplay in this update, which players will notice as part of the Marvel Rivals update 1.000.029.

There are also new in-game store items you can purchase if you have the dough.

Marvel Rivals New Update for June 26 Applies Hero Bug Fixes

Marvel Rivals down april 11

New Additions and Adjustments

We have reduced the number of votes required for a surrender. The new requirements are as follows:

Team Size Votes Required
6 5
5 4
4 3
3 3
2 2

Fixes

All Platforms

1. Fixed an issue where the replay list displayed for searched Factions during the Closed Qualifiers showed matches from the Open Qualifiers instead.

Heroes

1. Winter Soldier’s Winter Woes: We’ve fixed a bug where Bucky’s Ultimate Ability could be abnormally interrupted if Captain America initiated their Team-Up Ability at the same time. Now, when the Winter Soldier unleashes his fury, nothing will freeze him in his tracks!
2. Magneto’s Magnetic Mayhem: Resolved a glitch where Max’s Ultimate Ability Iron Meteor could take a detour when destroyed by enemies during high latency conditions, causing it to jump around like a rogue Sentinel. Now, when the Iron Meteor gets taken down, it stays down.
3. Mister Fantastic’s Elastic Errors: Fixed a rare misfire where Reed’s Distended Grip ability would sometimes register a hit without actually connecting at extreme distances, causing him to stretch himself too thin. Now his hits are as reliable as the Fantastic Four!
4. Iron Fist’s Flying Fists: Corrected an issue where Lin Lie could still move while snagged by Squirrel Girl’s Squirrel Blockade while using Jeet Kune Do in the air. Now, the only thing that should be flying is his fists, no more acrobatics under squirrel control!
5. Doctor Strange’s Sorcerous Shenanigans: Fixed a bug where Stephen might miss out on Ultimate Ability Energy from terrain KOs if enemies passed through multiple portals before being eliminated. Now, the Sorcerer Supreme will always reap the rewards of his mystical maneuvers!

New In Store

1. Thor – Majestic Raiment Bundle
2. The Punisher – Daredevil: Born Again Bundle
Available from: 2025/6/27, at 02:00:00 (UTC)

Preview

Although this is a minor patch, we can expect to hear news about Season 3 very soon. Once we know more about that, expect it here on MP1st.

Throne and Liberty Update 35.103.414 Adds a 12-Player Raid

throne and liberty screenshot

Altar of Calanthia: 12-Player Raid

Vanquish Calanthia before her dream becomes a nightmare for all of Solisium. Fearsome bosses will attempt to stop you on your way to the altar. Upon your arrival, you’ll face the Command Marshal General of the Arkeum Legion.

  • Complete the Two Wings of Sylvaeth Codex part I and II to enter Altar of Calanthia. Entry portals and related crafting NPCs can be found in the north end of Herba Village.

  • Party Matchmaking and Party Board listings for the Altar of Calanthia can be accessed through the Raid UI at the entry portal. The standard Party Matchmaking UI will not show the raid. Matchmaking can only be used to enter Normal difficulty.

  • The Raid matchmaking system will form two parties consisting of one tank, one healer, and four DPS roles. Pre-formed Vanguards do not have role restrictions on party formation. Teams can structure their Raid group as they prefer.

  • Normal mode requires players to be at least 5,000 Combat Power.

  • Difficult mode requires players to be at least 6,000 Combat Power. Difficult mode has increased boss stats, mechanics, and phases.

  • Players can complete and receive rewards from both Normal and Difficult mode each week.

  • Checkpoints: Defeating a boss in Altar of Calanthia counts as a checkpoint. Groups will be able to re-enter and pick up from checkpoints at a later time within the week. Players are not locked to specific group progress and can join multiple groups in a week. Defeating previous bosses again will not offer additional rewards until the week resets.

  • When a team is fully defeated on any boss in Normal Mode, all players will receive a damage and HP buffs for additional attempts. This buff stacks up to 10 times and can only be applied once every 3 minutes.

  • Rewards: Each week, killing Calanthia on any difficulty guarantees a Heroic Armor or Weapon. Difficult mode offers higher chances for Weapon drops or Selection Chests instead of random drops. Heroic Accessories will be available alongside an even more difficult version of the Raid in the future.

  • Altar of Calanthia introduces two new materials: Entropy Shards and Chaos Prisms. These materials are used to make Heroic enhancement materials, Heroic Skill Core management items, and Heroic gear.

Solisium Style Pack

Transform your look with our biggest style update yet when the Solisium Style Pack comes to the Shop on June 26! Discover new hairstyles, hats, helmets, plus Dye and Sewing Thread to further personalize your favorite outfit.

The Solisium Style Pack includes:

  • 30x Illusion Scroll

  • 100x Dye

  • 40x Sewing Thread

  • Hairstyles: Polished, Free Spirit

  • Hats: Leather Bush Hat, Admiral’s Bicorne

  • Helmets: Crested Centurion, Basic Bruiser

Heroic Gear

  • The Altar of Calanthia raid introduces a new grade of equipment drops: Heroic grade.

  • Characters may only equip one Weapon and one Armor of Heroic grade at a time.

  • Heroic grade is a higher grade than existing Epic gear. A base powered Heroic item is equivalent to a max enhanced Tier 2 Epic item.

  • Heroic items have primary and secondary stats as well as three slots for traits, similar to other gear grades. They also have a Heroic Trait that enhances one of the 5 base stats.

  • Heroic Weapons do not come with passive skills. Instead, you can extract the passive skill as a Skill Core from any Tier 1 Arch Boss Weapon or any Epic Tier 2 weapon and apply it to your Heroic weapon.

  • Craft Skill Core items at the Skill Core NPC near the Altar of Calanthia Raid portal.

  • Heroic gear is leveled using the new craftable Heroic Growthstones as materials.

Ascended Arch Bosses: Queen Bellandir and Tevent

  • New upgraded difficulty versions of arch bosses Tevent and Queen Bellandir are now on the weekly schedule:

    • Ascended Arch Bosses take place at 4:00pm local server time on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The regular Queen Bellandir previously scheduled on Saturdays will now take place on Friday.

    • These new Arch Boss versions drop materials used to upgrade your existing Arch Boss weapons.

    • Tier 2 versions of the Tevent and Bellandir Arch Boss Weapons can now be crafted at any Weapon Crafter.

    • Crafting a Tier 2 Arch Boss weapon requires a Tier 1 Arch Boss weapon of the same type as crafting material.

    • For the consumed Tier 1 Arch Boss weapon, all traits will be reset and do not carry over to the Tier 2 weapon.

    • Tier 2 Arch Boss weapons have an enhanced weapon skill compared to their Tier 1 counterparts.

Arena Season 2

  • Arena Season 2 will end at the start of maintenance.

  • A month-long 6v6 Arena event season will begin after maintenance completes.

General

  • Markers: Ground markers can now be placed in the world to indicate tactical locations for your party.

    • By default, the Party Leader has access to place ground markers, but permissions may be managed through the Party UI.

  • Observer Mode expansion: Observer Mode can now be activated on PvE content such as Raids, Guild Raids, Dimensional Trials, and more. Manage Observer mode settings through the Party Management UI.

  • UI: Item Quickslots have been expanded from 4 slots to 8 slots.

  • Weapon Mastery: Tooltips for Weapon Mastery nodes now show the current stat benefit applied from the node, the value gained by the next level, and the value gained at max level.

  • Siege: Tax Delivery and Castle Siege now take place back-to-back on the same day instead of split across 2 weeks. The alternate week is now scheduled for Interserver Siege battles. These 2 events will cycle on a biweekly schedule.

  • Siege: Increased the duration of Fonsine’s Blessing spawn protection provided when spawning during Sieges.

  • Chat: A variety of pre-set chat messages have been added that can be assigned to the ring menu for quick selection.

  • Chat: Message triggers may now be set to send pre-written chat messages based on activity triggers, like logins or party joins.

  • Riftstones and Boonstones: Increased the stat bonuses provided by Riftstone and Boonstone owner buffs.

  • Riftstones and Boonstones: Decreased the preparation timer at the start of Riftstone and Boonstone battles from 5 to 2 minutes.

  • Nebula Island: Adjusted the portal location for the boss portal in Seal Sanctuary to be further south.

  • Nebula Island: Grimturg: Adjusted some cases where Grimturg unexpectedly moved during mechanics.

  • Urstella Fields: Adjusted mob density in some areas.

  • Dungeons: 3 and 4-Star Dungeon reward chests may now be opened two times per run.

  • Nebula Island: The corruption debuff from Exodus will now be removed upon moving to a safe zone.

  • Contracts: Fixed an issue where interactable bottles in Talandre for the ‘Collect Letters in a Bottle’ contracts were only visible while within 5m of range.

  • Food: The buff granted by Enticing Cream Pudding now matches its description.

  • War Games: Players on different teams can no longer form a party together.

  • Crafting: Fixed an issue where the quantity button was inactive when supplementing materials from a selection chest during crafting.

  • Adventure Codex: Chapter 4: Fixed a case where the Rescue Operation codex could sometimes not be progressed.

  • Siege: Fixed a case where players could swap weapon types without incurring an intended ability cooldown.

Throne and Liberty Update 14.200.671

Longbow

  • Flash Arrow: Increased area of effect by 2 meters. Now always attempts to hit, but the effect can be resisted by the target. On hit, applies a ranged evasion debuff to the target. Cooldown reduced from 60 seconds to 36 seconds, damage increased from 150% to 250%.

  • Brutal Arrow: Now increases damage by 40% against stunned or bound targets.

Greatsword

  • Fixed an issue causing Death Blow and Guillotine Blade to be canceled if used a 2nd time while it’s being charged.
