Suicide Squad Will No Longer Receive Seasonal Updates; Offline Mode Arriving in Season 4 on Dec. 10

[summaraize]

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, widely criticized since its release early this year, has officially confirmed the end of its seasonal updates just 10 months after launch. The developers have revealed details of the next big patch, announcing that, aside from the addition of Deathstroke as part of Season 4 Episode 7 (scheduled for release on December 10), Rocksteady and Warner Bros. have decided to conclude the battle against Brainiac.

“With Deathstroke joining the roster, the Suicide Squad’s crusade against Brainiac is drawing to an end. Season 4 will finish up with Episode 8, which is scheduled to release in January 2025, and that will serve as the last seasonal Episode for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League,” the official statement posted on the game’s website reads. “While Season 4 Episode 8 will mark the final battle against Brainiac, all online features will continue to be available, so you’ll still be able to enjoy co-op with friends, as well as all previous seasonal/episodic content.”

As mentioned earlier, Deathstroke is the next character joining Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. “Known as Slade Wilson, Deathstroke is a cold-blooded mercenary and one the world’s deadliest assassins. As a tactical genius armed with unparalleled swordsmanship, and a few extra toys thanks to a deal with A.R.G.U.S., Deathstroke is a one-man-army with a single objective: put an end to Brainiac’s invasion once and for all.”

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Introduces Offline Mode

suicide squad offline mode

Along with the announcement about the end of seasonal updates, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. also shared that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will finally implement the long-awaited offline mode. “We’re pleased to make this option available as part of the Season 4 Episode 7 release on December 10. Offline mode will allow you to experience content released for the game, including the main story campaign and all seasonal story mission content, without an internet connection.”

In other Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League news, reports indicate that Rocksteady Studios has begun laying off employees due to the game’s underperformance.

When it comes to Rocksteady’s next project, it’s said to be a new Batman game, with Sony trying to nail down console-exclusivity for it.

Path of Exile 2 Update 1.007 Released This December 9 Adjusts Gas Explosion Damage

[summaraize]

Grinding Gear Games has pushed out Path of Exile 2 update 1.007 this December 9, which we can confirm is out on PS5. It should be pushed out soon if it’s not out on PC and Xbox Series X}S.  This unannounced patch implements a change to gas explosion damage, with more changes planned in the future.

Path of Exile 2 Update 1.007 Is Out Now This December 9

The recent announcement from Grinding Gear about this mentions, “Currently, it’s a bit too easy to detonate Gas Cloud explosions when combined with persistent Ignite skills like Flame Wall. We’ll be adjusting the explosion damage of both Gas Grenade and Gas Arrow for now in an upcoming hotfix.

In addition to that, the studio confirms it’ll be changed more in the future, adding, “we want to update it such that the potency of the Ignite or Detonator contributes to determining the damage of the Gas Cloud explosions, that way we would be able to avoid balancing around the simplest and most efficient way to apply Ignites.”

There’s no official patch notes released just yet, but once the studio makes anything known, we’ll add it to the article. As for the known issues, they are still the same as in the previous patch.

Known Issues (PS5)

High-priority problems:

  • In-game shop not showing point balance / Cannot purchase Microtransactions
  • Endless loading screens sometimes affecting players while in a party.
  • Cannot create SSF characters.

Known Issues (Xbox)

High-priority problems:

  • In-game shop not showing point balance / Cannot purchase Microtransactions\
  • Endless loading screens sometimes affecting players while in a party.
  • Client crashes on loading screens.
  • Cannot create SSF characters.

  • Added support for XeSS 2, which will be enabled on supporting hardware with an upcoming driver update from Intel (PC Only)

  • AI Difficulty between 101-110 has been increased to give experienced players a harder challenge

Following feedback from the community, an adjustment has been made to add an extra challenge for those playing at the highest difficulty levels. This change results in around a one tenth decrease in lap time for those competing against 110 AI compared to pre-patch performance. This difference varies slightly depending on the circuit you are racing on.

  • Various UI Improvements

Marvel Rivals Features Console-Only Crossplay and Other Games Can Learn From It

[summaraize]

Rather than hiding the option in the game’s settings, Marvel Rivals makes console-only crossplay matchmaking simple with a tick of a box. This makes us wonder: why can’t other multiplayer games make it this easy?

Marvel Rivals is the latest craze in hero shooters, and while we can’t predict just how popular it will remain in the coming months, one thing is sure: The title has already managed to attract online cheaters and hackers. This was true during the closed beta testing, where the developers shared that they had banned 190 players, all for the use of third-party software and client hacking. It’s not a big number, but now that the game is public, the likelihood of encountering an online hacker is far larger than it previously was. Sure, their anti-cheat measures are probably working around the clock and banning players, but like all online games, the battle against cheaters and hackers is neverending.

Marvel Rivals Console-Only Crossplay Alleviates Cheating Concerns for Most, By Giving Options Accessible From Matchmaking

Marvel Rivals "Hawkeye" Character

So it’s surprising to see a big push for crossplay, not just across consoles but all platforms, which has amounted to some pretty frustrating encounters in some games. Aimbots, wallhacks, god mode, and anything you can imagine exist in almost all online games. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is one of the many recent examples that come to mind, especially when Ranked got switched on, forcing console players to play with PC players. That’s not to say that hacking can’t happen on consoles, as there are ways to do it, but compared to PC, a wide-open platform where these tools are easily accessible, well, there’s a good reason why so many console players are starting to look for ways to turn crossplay off.

But stop me if this is something you’ve done, where you wonder where exactly the option is, and it ends up with you having to search online for the answer, followed by navigating through a bunch of menus to turn the feature off. I know I’ve done that in plenty of games, and I wonder why they make finding the option take so many steps. For something related to matchmaking, you would think that the option to change the setting would be right there alongside the other matchmaking-related menus, but it’s not. You must go through about 4-6 menus to find it, which turns crossplay off entirely, restricting you to only consoles within the same ecosystem. Fortnite is even worse, with our count taking 18-20 items you must navigate before finding the crossplay options.

Now, not to sound like I’m complaining about doing a few button presses, because I don’t mind it; it is what it is, and it only takes seconds to navigate to the setting. Still, that’s not to say that accessing the option can’t improve, and that’s sort of what NetEase thought about when creating the matchmaking options for Marvel Rivals, as they’ve included the option for console-only crossplay right from the matchmaking menu.

It’s a minor yet major quality-of-life feature that is easy for anyone to access. Not to mention, it advertises the feature front and center so everyone knows about it.

There’s some benefits to having it right there too, as again, everyone can see it. It’s advertised, which likely means that the matchmaking pool isn’t completely dead like in some games that hide the option. Of course it’s launch, so matchmaking being as fast as it is, is no surprise, but this could potentially mean it won’t be an issue once player count starts slowing down. Only time will tell there, but having the option there certainly isn’t hurting it.

There are many little menu items that Marvel Rivals does better than other multiplayer games, like instantly queueing up players for the next match and making playing with friends on other platforms super easy by searching for their nickname, and so much more other quality-of-life features other games can learn from. Even if you aren’t a fan of Marvel Rivals, there’s no denying that it has some really good things going for it that I hope other games adopt.

Apex Legends Crossplay Settings Are Still King

Apex Legends Update 1.000.063

Now, one major multiplayer game comes to mind when it comes to handling crossplay the right way, and that’s Apex Legends. Apex has console-only crossplay by default, which means you’ll only be paired with other console players when you matchmake. The only way around this is whenever you invite or join someone on PC, in which case the game opens crossplay between all player types since your party has a PC player.

Otherwise, if you only play with players on consoles, you’ll only get paired up with other players on consoles. It’s an excellent system that’s on by default, though it doesn’t allow you the option to pair with PC players (if you play on consoles) and vice-versa when you solo queue. Many have found this approach to matchmaking fair, as it eliminates the potential of encountering online hackers without having to go into any settings to do so.

All Studios Should Consider Putting Console-Only Crossplay Should Be Placed Front and Center

Marvel Rivals Closed Beta Review

Look, we get it. We’re not saying that all the cheaters come from PCs, but it’s hard to deny that a lot of cheat sellers are used for PCs. For consoles, it’s usually XIMs and other hardware-related hacks, which aren’t just harder to come by compared to buying something on the internet, but these stuff is usually costly as well.

Thankfully, that, too, won’t be a concern for Marvel Rivals, as NetEase has told MP1st that they have designed a system to ward off Cronus/XIM users on consoles.

Will we see future multiplayer games feature console-only crossplay that is as accessible as Marvel Rivals? We sure hope so. The real solution is getting rid of cheaters altogether, but that seems like a pipedream for now. Until then, having console-only crossplay readily available — and easily accessible for gamers — is the next best thing.

Marvel Rivals Saw Over 10 Million Players in First Three Days of Release

[summaraize]

To the surprise of no one, Marvel Rivals is a massive hit, as the free-to-play title saw over 10 million players within the first 72 hours of release. Talk about impressive!

Marvel Rivals’ Heroes and Villians Unite for the Launch of the Game

Whether you enjoy playing as the always angriest and strongest Avenger, Hulk, or love being the goddess of Death, Hel, your participation in the opening days of Marvel Rivals has seen the game already become one of the biggest free-to-play launches on consoles and PC. Just how big of a launch was it? NetEase has confirmed that in the first three days, Marvel Rivals garnered over 10 million players!

It’s quite an incredible feat the team pulled off, though we aren’t surprised to see these numbers, considering the popularity of the Marvel IP and how many enjoyed the previous closed beta tests. I guess you could say that anyone saw this success coming, but at the same time, in a year where we’ve seen a few multiplayer games tank, whether upon release or later on, there’s always some uncertainty regarding potentially being a hit.

Now, whether NetEase can continue its momentum in the coming months is anyone’s guess. As long as it maintains good communication with the fans and has a good release schedule for content drops, we expect Marvel Rivals will be here for the long haul.

Marvel Rivals is now available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series consoles.

Marvel Rivals – Moon Knight Meme Becomes Canonized, as Character Confirms That Dracula Owes Him Money

[summaraize]

The Moon Knight meme, which shows the multiple-personality character shouting at the top of his lungs, demanding that Dracula give him back the money he owes, has become canon—at least in the NetEase Marvel universe that  Rivals’ Moon Knight resides in, as the game refers to the fan-created meme.

After All These Years, Dracula Still Hasn’t Paid Back Moon Knight

As spotted by Marvel Rivals players on Reddit, developers NetEase Games have decided to make the hilarious Dracula meme canon to their version of Moon Knight. When asked by Konshu, the Egyptian God of the Moon and Vengeance that grants Mark Spector his Moon Knight powers, about what Mark knew of Vampires, he responds that they suck and that Dracula owes him some money.

Marvel Rivals made the Moon Knight Dracula meme canon
byu/invaderark12 inTwoBestFriendsPlay

For those who are unaware or haven’t seen the meme, that line of money refers to a fan-created panel in which Moon Knight calls Dracula a nerd while demanding his money.

After all these years, you would think an immortal vampire like Dracula would have at least gotten a part-time job or something to pay back Moon Knight, but clearly, that hasn’t been the case.

Joking aside, this is a fun little nod to the panel, something we weren’t expecting any Marvel medium to reference, though we doubt we ever see it happen in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). Now, the bigger question is, if Morbius ever gets added to the roster, will he say his iconic line “It’s Morbin Time” several times, as in (not really, like at all) the Sony movie Morbius? We bet our vampiric ass he will.

It seems the data download is out quite early, as it’s available today, December 8.  Those on PS4 will see this as Grand Theft Auto 5 update 1.52, while PS5 gamers will be able to preload version 1.008 today.

GTA 5 Preload Download Preps GTA Online for “Agents of Sabotage”

Download Size: 2.8GB (PS4), 6GB (PS5)

As one might expect, the official patch notes aren’t available yet, but we do know some of the new features and even enhancements incoming with the update.

Players can expect features such as:

  • Dispatch Work missions
  • New rides
  • Job Creator updates
  • New upgrades for your Benefactor Terrobyte, including a Collectible Scanner to help pinpoint a wide range of treasures whenever they are in close proximity such as Action Figures, Movie Props, G’s Cache drops and more.

For the gameplay enhancements planned, they are:

  • Body Armor stock automatically refilling when launching missions
  • New updates to The Vinewood Club for GTA+ members such as the ability to access Hao’s Special Works, Benny’s Original Motorworks, Drift upgrades inside The Vinewood Car Club Garage’s Vehicle Workshop

Regardiing the update’s plot, it’s about “Former FIB operative turned rogue agent Jodi Marshall has a serious grudge against her former handlers. She’s maintained backdoor access to the Bureau’s files, and is not above exploiting this privileged information for personal gain.”

Once the official patch notes are out, we’ll update the article with the info. In other Grand Theft Auto news, a new listing for “GTA VI” (Grand Taking Ages VI) is now up on the PSN Store, and nope, it’s not a joke.

“Grand Taking Ages VI” Now Listed on PSN Store; Parodies Game Development and Endless Wait for Highly Anticipated Games

[summaraize]

The wait for Grand Theft Auto VI has been unbearable for some, with Rockstar Games’ slow trickle of info making the wait even harder. Some creative people have taken this wait and seem to be making a game about it. Enter “Grand Taking Ages VI,” which, as you can see, is not the GTA VI you’re looking forward to.

GTA VI Is Listed on PSN and Makes Fun of Grand Theft Auto 6

This “GTA VI” is already up on the PlayStation Store, and the publisher is named as “Violarte.”  The “game’s description reads:

“The Most Anticipated Game About Making The Most Anticipated Game!

YOU’RE NOW IN CHARGE OF THE BIGGEST GAMING DISASTER… OR MASTERPIECE?

Run your dream game studio while juggling angry fans, corporate chaos, and endless delays. Fight your way through gaming conventions, dodge ruthless journalists, and master the art of creative excuses.

As you can see, it’s an unmistakable parody of Grand Theft Auto 6, and even the game’s fan base. What game would be complete without features, right? Grand Taking Ages VI has features — oh, yes!

KEY FEATURES:

  • LIVE THE DEV LIFE: Your gaming empire starts in a tiny apartment. Build, expand, and dominate!
  • EPIC BATTLES: Take on rage-quitting fans, rival developers, and social media warriors
  • BUILD YOUR STUDIO: Design workspace, hire dream team, manage coffee supplies
  • ENDLESS DRAMA: Handle leaks, crashes, cryptic tweets, and “surprise mechanics”
  • REAL GAME DEV TYCOON: Balance hype vs delays, promises vs reality

It adds, “Inspired by real gaming industry events, GRAND TAKING AGES VI delivers a satirical take on game development and the endless wait for certain highly anticipated titles. Coming Soon™ (But actually releasing before October 2025).”

Path of Exile 2 Paid Early Access Sees Over 500,000 Concurrent Players on Steam; Over 1 Million Early Access Redemptions

[summaraize]

Despite the full release being free-to-play, Path of Exile fans seem eager to try out Path of Exile 2, as early access has already seen over half a million concurrent players on Steam alone.

Path of Exile 2 Isn’t Even Fully Out, and It’s Already a Massive Hit

Early access for Path of Exile 2 is officially out, and in less than 24 hours, it has already reached 533,601 concurrent players on Steam (via SteamDB)! Moreover, while the game is planned to be free-to-play, the only way to play it right now is if you pay for any early access editions, with the cheapest option being $30. That means the game has already managed to pull in at least half a million copies in sales. That is based on concurrent, as in, how many are playing now, and not the total of people who have played/purchased the game. That means sales are likely way higher, especially since Path of Exile 2 is also available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

Furthermore, the studio confirmed that over 1 million early access redemptions (including some of the free keys Path of Exile players received) have occurred since the game’s early access release.

I think it’s safe to say that Path of Exile 2 is a major hit. The first game was a big success, so naturally, the sequel, which brings many improvements, upgrades, and new stories, would be a bit of a hit amongst fans. Still, the numbers are impressive, even though the game isn’t fully released yet.

No date has been set for the title’s official release, though it is expected to be within the next year.

  • We have revised our Terms of Use due to the upcoming Early Access of Path of Exile 2.

PC players should have recently received a patch that fixed multiple client crashes. This patch was pushed out without restarting the game’s servers.

Even in its early access state, GGG has listed some of the known issues plaguing the game, and are currently being worked on.

Known Issues (PS5)

High-priority problems:

  • In-game shop not showing point balance / Cannot purchase Microtransactions
  • Endless loading screens sometimes affecting players while in a party.
  • Cannot create SSF characters.

Known Issues (Xbox)

Street Fighter 6 Update 1.17 Fixes Buffer Input Issue on All Platforms

[summaraize]

After the massive balance patch released just a few days ago for Street Fighter 6, Capcom has pushed out a new patch for the game on all platforms that players will see as Street Fighter 6 update 1.17 (PS4/XB1), and version 1.017 on PS5/XSX.

While this is a minor patch, the community should welcome it, as it significantly affects gameplay in certain situations.

Street Fighter 6’s Update 1.17 Resolves Buffer Input Bug

Per Capcom, this patch should, “fix a bug that prevents the buffer input from working on the player’s wake-up when they are knocked down after a Perfect Parry.”

That’s about it in terms of fixes. Given the balance patch included universal character changes, we’re not surprised at this smaller update, as it’s more of a hotfix than anything else.

Expect the next patch for Street Fighter 6 to be released sometime in January of 2025, and once we know more about it, we’ll let our readers know.

[summaraize]

Nexon has been rather busy after the massive Season 2 patch, as we just got another hotfix for The First Descendant on all platforms. Console gamers should see this as The First Descendant update 1.37 on PS4/XB1, and version 1.037 on PS5/XSX. If you’re keeping score, this is the third patch for the game in a span of two days, since we got hotfix 1.2.0b earlier today.

This title update adjusts the damage of the new Descendant Keenan’s Void Corrosion, makes the Recording Devices inside the Void Vessel easier to spot, and also adds bug fixes.

The First Descendant Update 1.37 Houses Content Improvements Affecting Gameplay, and Technical Elements

Content Improvements

(1) Content Adjustments

– Enhanced the visibility of various Recording Devices left inside the Void Vessel.

– Changed the NPC for entering Void Vessel Story Mode (Recording Device) from Seneca to the Void Vessel Operations Terminal.

ㄴ Currently, Void Vessel Story Mode is accessed via NPC ‘Seneca,’ while Normal and Hard modes are accessed via the Void Vessel Operations Terminal. To simplify the entry process and avoid confusion between Story and Normal modes, the entry NPC has been unified to the Void Vessel Operations Terminal

(2) Descendants

– Adjusted the additional damage of Keelan’s skill ” Void Corrosion” at Level 4.

Level Attribute Previous Adjusted
Lv4 Additional Damage 120.7% 122.9%

– Adjusted the explosive damage and additional damage values for Keelan’s “Onslaught” skill when equipped with the “Focus on Prey” skill module.

Level Attribute Previous Adjusted
Lv1 Explosive Damage
Additional Damage 148.7% 141.6%
Lv2 Explosive Damage 546.1% 841.2%
Additional Damage 148.7% 140.2%

Additional Damage 148.7% 143.5%
Lv4 Explosive Damage 546.1% 876.6%
Additional Damage 148.7% 146.1%

(3) UI&UX

– Improved the icon for the Flame Keeper skin sold by ETA-0 to make it easier to identify the corresponding Descendant.

– The reward acquisition list for Void Vessel Container now shows rewards consolidated by difficulty.

Bug Fixes

(1) Content

– Fixed an issue where ‘Vulgus War-Slave’ in Defend Albion resource: Special Operations Hard Difficulty incorrectly had shields.

– Resolved an issue where Fellows could be targeted by the commander monster Nazeistra’s Absorption skill.

– Addressed the incorrect progress tracking of Battle Pass weekly challenges “Detonator” and “Warrior of Toxins.”

– Fixed an issue preventing some Descendants from entering Void Vessel Hard Difficulty despite meeting the unlock conditions.

– Fixed an issue where monster stats became excessively stronger in missions such as Infiltration Operations and Void Vessel.

(2) UI&UX

– Fixed an issue where purchased Fellows were displayed as unowned in the inventory management screen after purchase via the buy button.

– Resolved an unnatural display issue when entering the customization screen through the ring menu.

(3) Shop

– Fixed an issue where discounts were not applied when purchasing Fellow bundles with partially owned items.
ㄴ Descendants who purchased Fellow bundles before Hotfix 1.2.0c will have their consumed Calibers refunded. Detailed instructions will be provided in a separate notice.

(4) Miscellaneous

– Resolved an issue where Fellows rotated without motion during interaction.

If any significant bugs affect the looter shooter, expect another patch from Nexon to be released again.

Throne and Liberty Gets Hotfix 1.10.1 on All Platforms; Brings Performance and Gameplay Improvements

[summaraize]

As expected, given the size of The Call of the Spear patch, NCSoft has pushed out Thone and Liberty hotfix 1.10.1, which console gamers will see as download version 28.100.936. This brings performance improvements, fixes to skills, and more.

Throne and Liberty’s Latest Hotfix Fixes Client Crashes and Performance Issues

All Platforms

  • Stability: Addressed some performance issues introduced in 1.10.0 that occur when large groups of players are gathered together.
  • Stability: Resolved a cause of client crash after large combat events, such as Arch Bosses.

PC and Xbox Series X|S

PlayStation 5 clients received these fixes during the 1.10.0 maintenance and already have them applied.

  • Skills: Fixed an issue that could cause skill presets to reset when leaving dungeons.
  • Mystic Globes: Corrected the missing display of Mystic Globe and Mystic Portal icons on the map, as well as Mystic Portal opening announcements.
  • Morphs: Removed some unreleased Morphs from the list.
  • Fishing: Corrected the unlocalized strings in the Fishing menu.

In case you haven’t downloaded The Call of the Spear, it adds a new weapon, a new two-star dungeon, a new rune system and loads more. While that might be the last major update of the year, don’t be surprised to see another hotfix rolled out yet again.

Zenless Zone Zero Update 1.4 Arrives Dec. 18; Includes PS5 Pro Support, New Agents, Features, and More!

[summaraize]

The next major update for Zenless Zone Zero is almost upon us. HoYoverse revealed today that Zenless Zone Zero update 1.4 is coming in a few weeks, and it’s loaded with content. Here’s a breakdown of all the major features and content arriving with update 1.4.

New Agents, Hollow Zero Updates, PS5 Pro Support, and Much More Is Coming to Zenless Zone Zero on December 18

First up, Zenless Zone Zero update 1.4, or as it’s officially called, “A Storm of Falling Stars,” will mark the beginning of Chapter 5. As with previous chapters, you can expect plenty of new story and side commissions, along with some brand-new agents, such as Hoshimi Miyabi (Frost Anomaly agent) and Asaba Harumasa (Electric Attack Agent). Those saving up Encrypted Master Tapes will be glad to know that Asaba Harumasa, an S-rank Agent, will be given away for free!

The new chapter will also introduce two new locations, Port Elpis and Reverb Arena.

Moving on, we have a major Hollow Zero update coming in 1.4 that will introduce a new mode that sees players venture off into the Lost Void, battling it out against some dangerous Ethereals. Completing missions in this new mode will grant your traditional rewards and a new A-level Brawlerboo.

One of the biggest changes and features coming with this update is the newly revamped TV Mode. 1.4 will introduce a new experience that is available through the prologue, up to Chapter 3, which will allow players to experience the game from a more traditional exploration viewpoint. That means that if you aren’t a fan of TV Mode, you’ll now have the option to switch to this new mode, which has been described as “narrative stages.” You’ll still control Eous, but it will be in 3D environments like combat is now.

And finally, PS5 Pro support. That’s right, Zenless Zone Zero is getting PS5 Pro, and it’s quite the support as it’ll add ray-tracing, VRR, HDR, and improved lighting and rendering. Here’s what was detailed on the PS Blog

“To deliver stunning visuals, version 1.4 of Zenless Zone Zero introduces exciting engine features, particularly ray tracing, newly optimized specifically for the PS5 Pro. The PS5 Pro version resolves reflection issues for off-screen objects and enhances indirect highlights for significant improvements in reflections on mirrors, water surfaces, puddles, and other metallic or glossy materials. We’ve also improved the rendering of strong light in darker areas, the real-time response to indirect diffuse lighting, and added occlusion effects between objects. Along with support for HDR and VRR, the graphics now offer higher rendering precision and enhanced tessellation, making your journey through New Eridu even more immersive.”

Of course, there will be a lot more included in this update that isn’t listed here, but in terms of highlights, these are the biggest included in the 1.4 update. And judging from this sneak peak, 1.4 seems to be shaping up to be one of, if not the biggest, updates for Zenless Zone Zero since its launch, and it’ll all be available for free starting December 18.

Xûr, Agent of the Nine, is a strange vendor who appears weekly in the Tower. Xûr sells Exotic equipment and only takes Strange Coins in exchange for them.

TL;DR: He’s the Santa Claus of Destiny and every weekend is Christmas. Sometimes he brings you what you want, sometimes he brings you coal. Mostly it’s coal.

When does Xûr visit?

Xûr visits every Friday at 17:00 UTC and departs at Weekly Reset (Tuesday 17:00 UTC). If you would like to see all the live conversions of Time Zones, please follow this link here.

Strictly speaking about the visuals, I must say the campaign looks pretty sick and is one of the more impressive shooters we’ve seen visually running on Unreal Engine 5. ALongside that teaser, Team Jade also announced the Delta Force mobile version will also be released in January 2025, as pre-registrations are now open.

Delta Force Open Beta is now available to play on PC. The mobile version will arrive on January 20, and the console version is planned for release in Q1 of 2025.
