GTA 6 Character Bios, Locations, and a Ton of New Screenshots Reveal More Details

[summaraize]

Today is a big day for GTA fans. Rockstar not only released the second trailer for GTA 6, but Rockstar also unloaded a ton of new screenshots and details about the setting, different characters, and plot that was sent alongside the press release for the game’s second trailer.

The studio has kept the game out of the public eye aside from the first trailer, so this is a refreshing change of pace. Read on to learn more about the characters, new locations, and screenshots for Grand Theft Auto 6.

Check out the official screenshots, uncompressed for the best quality possible.

All GTA 6 Character Bios Revealed

Jason Duval

Jason grew up around grifters and crooks. After a stint in the Army trying to shake off his troubled teens, he found himself in the Keys doing what he knows best, working for local drug runners. It might be time to try something new.

Meeting Lucia could be the best or worst thing to ever happen to him. Jason knows how he’d like it to turn out but right now, it’s hard to tell.

Lucia Caminos

Life has been coming at her swinging ever since. Fighting for her family landed her in the Leonida Penitentiary. Sheer luck got her out. Lucia’s learned her lesson — only smart moves from here.

More than anything, Lucia wants the good life her mom has dreamed of since their days in Liberty City — but instead of half-baked fantasies, Lucia is prepared to take matters into her own hands.

Fresh out of prison and ready to change the odds in her favor, Lucia’s committed to her plan — no matter what it takes.

Cal Hampton

Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of Brian’s, Cal feels safest hanging at home, snooping on Coast Guard comms with a few beers and some private browser tabs open.

Cal is at the low tide of America and happy there. Casual paranoia loves company, but his friend Jason has bigger plans.

Boobie Ike

Boobie is a local Vice City legend — and acts like it. One of the few to transform his time in the streets into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio — Boobie’s all smiles until it’s time to talk business.

Boobie might seem like he’s just out for himself, but it’s his partnership with the young aspiring music mogul Dre’Quan for Only Raw Records that he’s most invested in — now they just need a hit.

Dre’Quan Priest

Dre’Quan was always more of a hustler than a gangster. Even when he was dealing on the streets to make ends meet, breaking into music was the goal.

Now that he’s signed the Real Dimez, Dre’Quan’s days of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club might be numbered as he sets his sights on the Vice City scene.

Real Dimez

Bae-Luxe and Roxy aka Real Dimez have been friends since high school — girls with the savvy to turn their time shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence.

An early hit single with local rapper DWNPLY took Real Dimez to new heights. Now, after five years and a whole lot of trouble, they’re signed to Only Raw Records, hoping lightning can strike twice.

Raul Bautista

Confidence, charm, and cunning — Raul’s a seasoned bank robber always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards.

Raul’s recklessness raises the stakes with every score. Sooner or later, his crew will have to double down or pull their chips from the table.

Brian Heder

Brian’s a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys. Still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori, Brian’s been around long enough to let others do his dirty work.

Brian’s letting Jason live rent-free at one of his properties — so long as he helps with local shakedowns, and stops by for Lori’s sangria once in a while.

That’s all for the characters revealed by Rockstar so far. Now, let’s take a look at the locations we’ll explore in GTA 6.

Locations in GTA 6

Vice City

The glamour, hustle, and greed of America captured in a single city. Each neighborhood has something to offer, from the pastel art deco hotels and bright white sands of Ocean Beach, to the bustling panaderías of Little Cuba and the bootleg brands of the Tisha-Wocka flea market, out to the VC Port, the cruise ship capital of the world.

Leonida Keys

Life in this tropical archipelago isn’t flashy but it’s easy. Get your buzz on and pull up a deck chair but look out — you are right on the doorstep of some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in all of America.

Grassrivers

You never know what lies beneath the surface of this primordial expanse. The gators may be the most famous attraction, but there are far deadlier predators and weirder discoveries among the mangroves.

Port Gellhorn

Cheap motels, shut-down attractions, and empty strip malls won’t bring the tourists back, but there’s a new economy in this once-popular vacation spot. It’s fueled by malt liquor, painkillers, and truck stop energy drinks. Jump on a dirt bike and hold onto your wallet.

Ambrosia

In the heart of Leonida, American industry and old school values still reign supreme — whatever the cost. The Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the jobs, while the local biker gang provides almost everything else.

Mount Kalaga

A national landmark up against the state’s northern border, Mount Kalaga offers prime hunting, fishing, and off-road trails. In the lush surrounding backwoods, hillbilly mystics and paranoid radicals live far from the prying eyes of the government.

And that’s all the exciting new details about GTA 6 that we have so far, sure to ease your wait until the game’s release on May 26, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Fallout 76 Update 2.06 Brings Big Bloom Event and Fixes

[summaraize]

As expected given the maintenance that was initiated today, a new patch download is live for Fallout 76 that promises fixes, and it also brings the Big Bloom event, too. Console gamers will see this as Fallout 76 update 2.06, which should be a smaller patch download than your usual ones.

Read on for what’s new in the latest Fallout 76 update released on May 6 on all platforms.

Fallout 76’s New Update 2.06 Ushers in the Delayed Big Bloom Event

Update: Here’s the official announcement from Bethesda:

Today’s update marks the start of our new seasonal event, The Big Bloom, and provides some important stability improvements to support the new event.

The update also provides a fix for players who were stuck on “The Catalyst” questline and addresses instances where players were disconnected from the game while interacting with the Ammo Storage Box.

After downloading this hotfix, those who were stuck on “The Catalyst” quest will need to head to Fort Atlas and pick up the quest “Forging Trust” to proceed through the questline. We thank you all for your patience as our team investigated this issue and apologize for any inconvenience that was caused.

Orignal Story:

While the official patch notes aren’t out yet, Betheda has commented on the event’s delay. Per the game’s community manager, “During Mothman Equinox, your reports of game instability leading to crashes corroborated the data we saw on our end. We started an investigation, found what was causing these crashes around public events, and we now have a fix that is in the process of getting tested and certified. We want our newest seasonal event to kick off with the best experience possible for everyone participating. This is a time to celebrate, and we hope that this hotfix we’re preparing will allow you to focus on enjoying springtime with your friends in Appalachia and obtaining new rewards.

According to Bethesda, “This hotfix will also provide a fix for those who were stuck on “The Catalyst” questline and address instances where players were disconnected from the game while interacting with the Ammo Storage Box.”

Once the patch notes are out, we’ll update the article with the info, so sit tight.

Fallout 76 Down for Server Maintenance, as New Patch Drops on May 6

[summaraize]

Bethesda is set to roll out a new hotfix for Fallout 76 on May 6, but before that happens, the servers need to be taken down for maintenance for a few hours.

So, if you can’t log in or are wondering what’s happened, the servers haven’t melted. It’s just Bethesda has taken them down, though it won’t be for the entire day.

Is Fallout 76 Down on May 6?

Fallout 76 Down for Server Maintenance

Bethesda says the servers will be taken down on May 6 at 10 am ET/9 am CT/7 am PT/10 pm HKT. No specific time has been given on how long it will be down, but if past maintenance outages are to be referenced, it’s usually 3-4 hours, and sometimes longer.

Once the patch is rolled out and the servers are live, expect fixes to be implemented, and the start of the Big Bloom event!

Per the developers’ latest acknowledgment, the date change is due to a game stability hotfix the studio wants released in time for the new event.

The game’s community manager shared, “During Mothman Equinox, your reports of game instability leading to crashes corroborated the data we saw on our end. We started an investigation, found what was causing these crashes around public events, and we now have a fix that is in the process of getting tested and certified. We want our newest seasonal event to kick off with the best experience possible for everyone participating. This is a time to celebrate, and we hope that this hotfix we’re preparing will allow you to focus on enjoying springtime with your friends in Appalachia and obtaining new rewards.:

“This hotfix will also provide a fix for those who were stuck on “The Catalyst” questline and address instances where players were disconnected from the game while interacting with the Ammo Storage Box,” they added.

There is no word on whether the patch includes additional fixes, but you can expect the complete details to be available here on MP1st.

GTA 6 Drops Surprise Second Trailer, Revealing New Characters and Story Details

[summaraize]

Fans have been waiting for new information about GTA 6, and the second trailer has arrived unexpectedly. It comes just after Rockstar Games announced the release date, following the news that the game was delayed until next year.

The trailer, which you can watch below, gives us a closer look at the story of Lucia and Jason, the two main characters in GTA 6, and shows new gameplay scenes while revealing more details about the setting, different characters, and plot.

GTA 6 Second Trailer is Finally Here

The trailer starts with a view of a coastal area in Vice City (a version of Miami), where we meet Jason, who doesn’t seem to be doing well. However, he’s happy to see Lucia as she is released from prison. The two share a toast to “new beginnings,” but the idea is that this will lead them down a road filled with trouble, as shown by scenes of crimes in classic GTA style. In addition, we also get a glimpse of some personal moments between Lucia and Jason.

After the first trailer, this second one clearly confirms one thing: GTA 6 looks like a major step forward in the world of video games, particularly in terms of graphics and the representation of such a large game world.

GTA 6 will be released on May 26, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Overwatch 2 and Street Fighter 6 Crossover Leaked by PlayStation

[summaraize]

Overwatch 2 often creates crossover events to keep players interested and to offer new content to unlock. The next one seems to have been revealed early through a leak from the official PlayStation website and involves one of Capcom’s most famous franchises.

An ad for the game mentioned a collaboration between Overwatch 2 and Street Fighter 6, with the event expected to take place during the middle of the current “Stadium” season. This listing was found on the PlayStation store but was later deleted.

Is the Announcement Coming Soon?

Overwatch 2 and Street Fighter 6

However, the leak was saved by the leaker X0XLEAK, who shared the information on X (formerly Twitter). The ad simply stated: “Keep battling in Stadium with a Street Fighter 6 collaboration and Dokiwatch Mythic Mercy Weapon Skin.”

Another leaker, Lamalaxy on X, mentioned that the collaboration was initially expected to launch on April 24, as the filenames were dated “24apr25.” However, it is now expected to launch on May 20.

Right now, no more details have been shared and it’s unclear when exactly the crossover will begin or what content we can expect. However, the fact that this ad appeared on PlayStation’s official store suggests that an official announcement could happen soon, maybe even in the next few hours.

In other Overwatch 2 news, the game has seen a big drop in Twitch viewership after the launch of Marvel Rivals. Overwatch 2’s viewership peaked at just 64,970, a noticeable decline compared to Marvel Rivals’ peak of 275,521.

New The Division 2 Update 2.04 Brings Y6S3.3 Patch for Season Pass Extension and More

[summaraize]

Agents, a new The Division 2 update is now live for Y6S3.3. While the servers remain down, players can now start downloading The Division 2 update 2.04 to be ready once the servers are back up.

This new update addresses several recent bugs and issues. However, the biggest addition is an all-new limited-time event that sees the season pass extended beyond tier 100 with some new rewards.

The Division 2’s New Update Version 2.04 Adds Limited-Time Event for Season Pass Holders

Here’s a breakdown (via Ubisoft) of everything included in today’s update for The Division 2.

Stretch Goals – Season Pass Extension (Limited-Time Event)

Stretch Goals is a new limited-time feature that extends the Season Pass beyond Tier 100, giving you additional rewards to chase after finishing the main progression.

Available from May 6 to May 27, this event adds a special extra page (Page 11) to the Battle Pass with 10 looping reward tiers. Once you reach Tier 110, the loop restarts at Tier 101—letting you keep earning rewards as long as the event is active.

Progress is earned through standard Season Pass XP sources, including Journey, Priority Objectives, Weekly Projects, Manhunt Scouts, and activities like Missions, Descent, and Conflict. However, the 5X Season XP event only applies up to Tier 100—progress in Stretch Goals follows the normal XP rate.

Rewards include:

  • Crafting materials and seasonal gear caches.
  • Exclusive vanity items from the Y6S3 “street style” collection, including a full outfit “Kickflip”, a Scorpio Exotic Weapon Skin “Carapace” and 5 “Brooklyn Activation” Arm Patches.

Stretch Goals is only active during a short window each season. Any unclaimed rewards will be granted automatically the next time you log in.

OTHER

  • The console input for Active Modifiers was reverted to Press DPAD-Up.
  • The console input for Inspect Loot Pile was changed to Hold DPAD-Up.
  • Fixed the issue in Conflict where kill credit was given to the player who eliminated an opponent instead of the one who downed them.
  • Fixed the issue with players not receiving Season Pass XP after completing a Countdown run.
  • Fixed the issue with Descent mode being inaccessible from the BOO entrance on characters created in WONY.
  • Fixed the issue with the stock being misaligned on the TAC-50 C Rifle.
  • Fixed the issue with an incorrect texture appearing on the Pestilence exotic weapon.
  • Added multiple localization fixes.
  • Stability Improvements.

That’s all for today! As a reminder, The Division 2 Battle for Brooklyn DLC is launching on May 27, so it won’t be long before we get our next major content drop.

The Division 2 Servers Taken Down on May 6 for Y6S3.3 Patch

[summaraize]

While we’re waiting on the big Y7S1 patch to drop, Ubisoft is inserting another patch today for all players of The Division 2. Before that happens, players will be taken offline, which is why if you see The Division 2 servers down messages, don’t panic, it’s part of the planned maintenance for the game.

Agents looking to get back online ASAP, MP1st is here to help with the schedule of server downtime, as well as what got changed in today’s Y6S3.3 patch by the developers.,

The Division 2 Servers Are Down to Implement a New Patch

Per Ubisift, the downtime starts on May 6 at 9:30 am CEST/3:30 am EDT/12:30 am PDT/3:30 pm HKT.

Expect it to run for at least three hours, though there have been multiple instances where this downtime when on for much longer.

As for what’s on the way, Ubisoft has also released the patch notes, which we’ve included below for reference.

The next major patch is out later this month, as we’re getting the Battle for Brooklyn DLC, and Y7S1! The DLC will include a bunch of new stuff, which we think might warrant its price tag.

Preload for Apex Legends New Update 1.000.097 Is Now Live; Here’s What’s Coming

[summaraize]

Ahead of tomorrow’s launch, EA and Respawn Entertainment have begun rolling out the preload for Apex Legends’ new update, 1.000.097, which is a major one as it introduces the new Legend, Sparrow.

Here’s a look at everything dropping tomorrow in Apex Legends.

Apex Legends Update 1.000.097 Patch Notes

ANTI-CHEAT

Before we jump into the seasonal updates, here’s a quick progress check-in on anti-cheat. We’ve been focusing on many iterative improvements across an array of efforts including internal cheat detection, automated detections, and third party solutions. Our ongoing work against teaming has continued to have a positive impact on bad behaviour, primarily in Ranked.

We’ve also ramped up efforts combating bot activity performed by automating certain devices, and a decrease in nefarious bot activity should already be noticeable in your matches by the time you read this. This population may be small, but their actions can still disrupt your time in the Outlands and we’re continuing to target actions against these players to ensure that every match is worthwhile.

There’ve also been a plethora of improvements that we’re looking to actively update ranging from bug/exploit fixes to hardening existing prevention measures; we hope to share more on these in the future. Finally, we wanted to thank you for the feedback on our mid-season addition of Report Action Feedback. Please continue to submit in-game reports as they do work both in identifying cheaters and the impact they’re having in your matches.

AUDIO

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve audio reliability, we have implemented a system that will allow us to improve how we diagnose audio issues for our PC players. We will now look out for common symptoms of audio issues (ex. footstep audio events being dropped excessively) throughout your matches.

When we detect an abnormally large amount of these situations with in-game audio, we will occasionally offer you the option of uploading a detailed report containing everything our audio engine did throughout the course of your match. Since the scope of this diagnostic information is limited to our audio systems, the uploaded data is completely anonymous; the recording is purely game related audio, and does not contain voice chat nor any information that can be tracked back to you.

In-game screenshot of audio pop-up that offers the chance to upload an Audio log after an unusually high amount of audio dropouts were detected.

MATCHMAKING

This season, we’re tackling matchmaking quality through region population management, leveraging skill values in Ranked, and by increasing queue wait times for high-skilled lobbies.

Population management comes in the form of a system improvement that allows auto-merging of players into higher population regions to expand the pool of available players for closer skill matchmaking. Since the available pool on each platform, in each region, and at any time of day can vary quite a bit, we are testing ways to get those players together without sacrificing too much latency. The next two major changes this season focus on matchmaking quality in Ranked.

The first change is how players are reset each season: initial Rank and tier placement is based on the player’s tracked skill value and not how much RP they had at the end of the season. This will group like-skilled players together, even if they haven’t played in a while. Players new to Ranked will receive their initial placement based on their performance in Apex so far.

The second change is part of our seasonal tuning for matchmaking which this time around means asking our Platinum, Diamond, and Masters (including Predator) players to wait a bit longer while we try to find them opponents that are closer to their RP value. Skill and RP aren’t the same thing, but they are closer than they have been in the past.

LTM: ARENAS

Arenas returns at the start of the season to test your skill and cunning in a round-based 3v3 Deathmatch. Experience the classic mode with the latest weapons and Legends. Prepare a loadout at the start of each round, fight your opponents in intense squad battles, and learn your opponents’ weaknesses to prevail. On May 20th prepare yourself for a refresh that puts the focus on firepower over heals, trying out new weapons, getting around the maps in exciting new ways, and boosting those Care Packages. Be sure to come back half way through the season to check out our 1v1 variant—“Arenas: Duels.” Welcome back to Arenas, Legends.

DEATH BY DESIGN

Screenshot of the death by design skins for legends in Season 25.

Deadly limited-time cosmetics are ready for the taking as you progress through Death By Design from May 6 to June 24, 2025. Each item received counts towards bonus rewards that are automatically unlocked at milestones along the way. Make the most of your time in the Outlands when you take on Launch challenges and earn two Death By Design packs alongside even more rewards.

All items will be available in Death By Design Packs†’ pool of items, with each pack having an opportunity to unlock Pathfinder’s “Belva Bruisers” and the Legendary “Crested Vanguard” reactive for the G7 Scout. Each Death By Design pack contains one collection item (no duplicates in packs) and two standard items.

STORE UPDATES

EXOTIC SHOP

Missed out on some of Apex’s most iconic Reactive weapons? We’re giving players another chance to grab them. Starting soon, the Level 100 Battle Pass Reactive skins from Seasons 11 through 21 will be available in the Exotic Shop for exotic shards—including fan favorites for the R-99, Hemlock, Spitfire, and more.

LEGEND LOCKER

We’re also expanding the Legend Locker to include some of your favorite Legend and Weapon skins from past seasons all the way through to Upheaval. We’ll also let you know in the Locker if a skin you’re eyeing is also featured in a live offer elsewhere.

LEGEND SELECT ANIMATIONS

Unique Legend Select animations are always fun to spot ahead of a match. We’re expanding Legend customization with a new “Animations” tab in the Legend Menu, where you’ll be able to equip certain future Legend Select animations with any of those Legend’s skins.

Apex Legends Prodigy Balance Changes

BALANCE UPDATES

Care Package Rotation

  • Bocek Compound Bow and Havoc return to the floor (details below)
  • Triple Take enters the Care Package (details below)

Gold Weapon Rotation

  • Bocek Compound Bow, Hemlok, Longbow, Mastiff, Wingman

GAME UPDATES

Arsenals

  • Added VO for pinging and interacting with Arsenals
  • Before Loot Bin resets:
    • Light, heavy, and energy Arsenals now give two blocks of ammo with each pick-up
    • Ammo at all Arsenals now takes 20s to respawn (was 10s)
  • After Loot Bin resets:
    • Enhancing your weapon will now give at least two attachments
    • Added a slight flare to the model to show the Arsenal has reset
    • Ammo at all Arsenals only takes 10s and grants a full stack of the ammo

Dev Note: We’re really pleased with Arsenals and are excited with how players have weaved them into their gameplay. These adjustments are designed to smooth out the early game by providing a little more ammo without fully replacing the need to scavenge the area and increase their relevancy in the later stages of the game.

LEGENDS

Assault Class

  • Battle Surge
    • Removed scan on shield crack
    • Healthbar now lingers for 3s (was 4s)
    • Move speed boost now only applies while sprinting during the active window

Dev Notes: Assault Legends have remained popular and powerful throughout Takeover. There’s a lot of utility stacked on this class, and the scan on shield crack specifically felt like a step too far in a world where Sparrow will be bringing in a powerful scan ability.

Skirmisher Class

  • Charged Knock: removed Tac charge gained on knock

Dev Notes: We like rewarding Skirmishers for playing aggressively with health regen on knocks, but found the extra Tac charge had uneven results. It didn’t help some Legends and interfered with upgrades that provide extra charges for others. Ultimately, we felt that this belongs better in the upgrade tree (like Pathfinder’s new Level 3 upgrade!) rather than in the class perks.

Sparrow

  • New Recon Legend
  • Abilities
    • Passive: Double Jump
      • Press jump while in the air to jump again
      • Pressing jump while climbing will launch Sparrow up the wall
      • Carry additional arrows and explosive arrows for the Bocek
    • Tactical: Tracker Dart
      • Shoot a tracker from your gauntlet that will reveal enemies who walk within its line of sight
      • These darts can also be used to activate Survey Beacons from afar
    • Ultimate: Stinger Bolt
      • Shoot a large arrow that will anchor where it lands. After it charges up, it will shock anyone within its range, causing damage and slowing any opponent it hits.
  • Upgrades: Level 2
    • Extra Traps: gain an additional Tactical charge and +2 traps in world
    • Hunt Target: Sparrow gains a speed boost when running towards a marked enemy
  • Upgrades: Level 3
    • Alternate Mode: Ult now has 3 charges that fire fewer pulses in a smaller radius
    • Life Siphon: Sparrow’s health and shields are recovered if enemies are damaged by his Ult

Ash

  • Predator’s Pursuit: removed Death Box minimap locations/pings
  • Previous hotfix
    • Increased Ult max distance travel time to 2.5s (was 1.4s)
    • Increased Ult min distance travel time to 0.5s (was 0.3s)

Dev Notes: We love that players are having fun with Ash and we want to tweak her balance without removing the parts of her kit that players are enjoying. Predator’s Pursuit feels redundant now that she has her new dash passive and is another form of intel-gathering that competes with Sparrow.

Conduit (Previous Hotfix)

  • Increased Tac health regen per tick to 4 (was 3)

Mirage (Previous Hotfix)

  • Increased the number of decoys created during Ult to 6 (was 5)

Pathfinder

  • Grappling Hook: cooldown now variable, ranging from 10-30s depending on distance traveled (was flat 30s)
  • Zipline Gun
    • Integrated Zipline Zen upgrade into base
    • Damage mitigation increased to 50% (was 25%)
  • Upgrades: Level 3
    • Feeling Zippy: gain a second Zipline Gun charge (replaces Zipline Zen)
    • Grapple God: gain a second Grappling Hook charge (replaces Grapple Cooldown+)

Dev Notes: “Remember me, friends. I may kill you.”

Seer (Previous Hotfix)

  • Decreased the time for Tac to hit targets to 0.8s (was 1.4s)
  • Decreased the time for Tac to finish to 0.9s (was 1.0s)

AMMO & ATTACHMENTS

GOLD SNIPER STOCKS

  • New stock tier added: usable with all Sniper and Marksman weapons
    • No movement penalty while a weapon with a Gold Sniper Stock is drawn

SNIPER STOCKS

  • Marksmans Only
    • Improved ADS in and out speed bonus for all levels
    • Improved raise and lower speed bonus for all levels

HOP-UPS

  • Boosted Loader removed from floor loot
  • Skull Piercer added to floor loot
    • Can be equipped by 30-30 Repeater, Longbow, Wingman
  • Gun Shield Generator
    • No longer usable with Devotion and L-Star
    • Can now be used with Hemlok
  • Accelerator
    • Removed from P2020, Volt, and Wingman
    • Added to Bocek Compound Bow, Devotion, Mastiff, and Sentinel
    • Previous Hotfix: Ult charge from knocks and assists reduced from to 20% (was 30%)

WEAPONS

AR

Havoc Rifle [Floor Loot]

  • Damage decreased to 19 (was 21)
  • Increase hipfire spread
  • Recoil increased
  • Selectfire removed

Hemlok Burst AR (Previous Hotfix)

  • Increased headshot damage by 2
  • Increased mag sizes
    • Base increased to 21 (was 18)
    • White increased to 23 (was 21)
    • Blue increased to 27 (was 24)

LMG

Devotion LMG

  • New perk: equipping a purple tier barrel, stock, and mag will turbocharge the Devotion, reducing its spin-up time
  • Improved the scaling with high tier barrels
    • Blue: improved stability and recoil control (equivalent to old Purple)
    • Purple: advanced stability and recoil control
  • Improved the scaling with high tier stocks
    • Blue: improved handling and reload speeds (equivalent to old Purple)
    • Purple: advanced handling and reload speeds
  • Increased purple mag capacity to 52 (was 48)

Dev Note: The Devotion has been feeling a tad clunky and a bit too slow in this meta, so we’ve taken a big swing at how it scales with attachments. It now continues to live up to that late game monster fantasy it’s always had. By embedding the turbocharger feature behind a fully decked out Devotion, we’ve made its loot chase more exciting and rewarding than ever.

L-STAR EMG (Previous Hotfix)

  • Increased vertical and horizontal movement in the recoil pattern
  • Significantly reduced projectile size

MARKSMAN

Bocek Compound Bow [Floor Loot]

  • Can also be found on Sniper Arsenals
  • Added Sniper stocks as an accepted attachment
  • Uses its own reserve of 40 arrows, similar to a Care Package weapon
    • Arrows shot into the world can be retrieved to replenish supply
    • Arrows shot into players can be retrieved from top of Death Box (4 max)
    • Arrows cannot be found in floor looting
  • Max charge damage decreased to 55 (was 75)
  • Decreased rate of fire
  • Shattercaps removed
  • Frag Grenades can be used to energize the Bocek with explosive arrows
    • Must fully draw in order to fire an explosive arrow
    • Explosive arrows will stick into the world or a player on hit
    • Explosive arrow on hit damage reduced to 40 (headshot: 64)
    • Explosive arrows will explode in a 5m radius, dealing 25 extra damage after a 2s delay

Dev Note: Explosions are cool.

Triple Take [Care Package]

  • Damage per bullet increased to 23 (was 22)
  • Increased rate of fire
  • Choke speed significantly increased
  • Gun Shield Generator added

PISTOL

P2020

  • Previous Hotfix: Decreased damage to 24 (was 25)
  • Magazine size reduced at all tiers:
    • Base: decreased to 8 (was 10)
    • White: decreased to 9 (was 11)
    • Blue: decreased to 10 (was 12)
    • Purple/Gold: decreased to 11 (was 14)

Wingman

  • Slightly increased rate of fire
  • Added laser sights as an accepted attachment

Dev Note: Lasers are cool.

SHOTGUN

EVA-8

  • Greatly increased rate of fire at base and all bolt tiers
  • Damage per pellet reduced to 6 (was 8)

Dev Note: The EVA-8 has been a particularly strong secondary weapon recently, but instead of just nerfing its damage we wanted to take this opportunity to realign with its identity as the fast auto-shotty. We’ve re-worked its damage profile into rapid fire blasts with reduced damage.

SMG

All SMGs (Previous Hotfix)

  • Increased headshot damage by 1

Volt SMG (Previous Hotfix)

  • Improved hipfire values by normalizing it to the other SMGs

SNIPER

Charge Rifle

  • Increased limb damage to 0.9 (was 0.7)

Longbow

  • Increased limb damage to 0.8 (was 0.7)

Sentinel

  • Increased limb damage to 0.9 (was 0.7)

Dev Note: We found the recent nerf to sniper limb damage to be a bit too punishing. Landing those long range shots should feel rewarding so we’re bumping back up the limb damage to help snipers feel more consistent and useful.

MAPS

Pubs & Ranked

  • Olympus
  • Storm Point
  • World’s Edge

Mixtape

  • May 6-June 23, 2025
    • Control: Lava Siphon, Thunderdome, Labs, Production Yard

MODES

LTM: Arenas (May 6-May 19, 2025)

  • Arenas returns, play the classic mode on fan favorite maps Overflow, Drop-Off, and Encore
  • New round tunings, first team to win 3 rounds wins the match
  • Original tunings and mechanics but updated to include weapons and Legends that released since Arenas was last active

LTM: Arenas (May 20-June 23, 2025)

  • Arenas refresh with updated tunings and mechanics that allow players to focus on combat, firepower, and fresh strategies
  • Overflow, Drop-Off, and Encore maps return with updated traversal options to get you moving
  • Every player is given the meds they need for the round free of charge, Supply Bins have been removed from the maps
  • Each weapon can only be purchased once, try new combinations and plan your loadouts accordingly
  • Rounds 2 and 4 feature discounted weapons to help you experiment with powerful new loadouts
  • All Legends have a 1 Round cooldown on their Ults, and store economy and Ring have been tuned
  • Care Packages have been boosted with Armor, select Boost Kits, and a couple surprise weapons

Bot Royale

A difficulty selector will be available to all players shortly after the release of S25, allowing players to test their skills against various levels of Apex Bots. Access and adjust this setting during the match to update the Apex Bots difficulty level.

  • “Auto” option attempts to adapt the Apex Bots to what is known about your skill and is the default setting at the start of every match
  • The difficulty selector can only be updated by the squad leader
  • The difficulty selector can be accessed via the “Customize Bot Royale” tab in the player’s inventory menu OR via the Customize Bot Royale button in the in-game menu

RANKED

Start of Season Placement

  • The starting Ranked tier and division is now based on your hidden skill value from previous Ranked seasons
    • If no skill value exists for Ranked, the Unranked Trios skill value is used to set initial placement
  • The rule that reset any player that skipped a season of Ranked back to Bronze IV has been removed and all initial placements are based on skill value

Ranked Ladders (coming later this split)

  • When a Ranked Ladder is active, all players in Ranked will compete on a personal skill-based leaderboard for bonus rewards
  • Your best 10 RP scores during the Ladder will be counted for your leaderboard position, which will determine your final placement and rewards when the Ladder ends. Your lowest score will always be replaced by a higher RP score, so additional matches are beneficial
  • 10 Ranked matches must be completed to be placed on the leaderboard and to qualify for Ladder rewards
  • All Ranked play continues as normal, allowing promotion and demotion as normal

Apex Legends opened to the Compete tab showcasing Ranked Ladder stats.

Ranked Challenges (rolling out over this split)

  • Reward requirement: all players must now play a minimum number of Ranked matches before they can earn end-of-season Ranked rewards based on their highest tier earned.
  • Ladder Champion: players who reach champion a minimum number of times in the same split will gain access to the Ladder Champion Dive Trail for a limited time:
    • Granted at the start of the next split and can be used for the rest of that split
    • Removed at the end of the split unless the challenge has been completed again

Dev Notes: Tight matchmaking is still a primary focus for the team, especially in the context of Ranked. The new way in which we assign starting tier and division is a step towards stabilizing the start of each Ranked season and ensuring that higher-skilled players have extremely limited access to lower-skilled lobbies. A player’s skill and their RP value can be very misaligned and are moving more towards getting and keeping those values much closer. Work will continue to address mid and late season lobby skill-mixing.

BUG FIXES

  • Blocked doors should no longer occasionally open towards the player
  • Certain POIs should now list the correct Arsenals
  • Control: weapons should no longer occasionally swap after upgrading
  • Dropship countdown will no longer end before players get in
  • Fixed an issue with the 2x-4x sight on the G7 scout Reactive skins
  • Gold Loot Bins once again spawn loot as they should
  • Sprinting out of mantle should no longer cause inconsistent sprint speeds depending on settings
  • Storm Point: fixed some issues with the ring VFX sometimes disappearing

LEGENDS

  • Alter
    • Fixed rare issue where you could shoot while phased after using a Void Siphon
    • Portal should no longer be created for an enemy that died while being summoned by the Void Nexus
  • Conduit: fixed crash with Passive when allies disconnected in certain states
  • Lifeline: D.O.C. should once again deploy sans the broken targeting state (Previous Hotfix)
  • Loba: Heat Shade skin is no longer too visible at a distance
  • Mirage
    • Cloak while healing should no longer occasionally end early when exiting a Lifeline Halo
    • Ult cloak should no longer end early when immediately reviving an ally
  • Wattson: Passive once again recharges extra shields given by Controller class perk

QUALITY OF LIFE

  • Firing Range: Meow…
  • Legend Locker
    • Added additional info panel to some screens
    • Added sorting ability to some screens: default, rarity, owned, and alphabetical
  • Lifeline: reduced the intensity of D.O.C.’s teleport trail to reduce visual clutter
  • Previous Battle Pass Reactive items are now available in the Exotic store
  • “Progressed and Complete” challenges in Match Summary now show up to 15 challenges (was 5)
  • Reduced the size and frequency of the Accelerated Weapon screen effects to be less obstructive
  • Slightly reduced the amount of time you are locked out of ADS after charging a Sentinel
  • Vantage: moved energizing Sniper’s Mark’s sniper with an Ult Accelerant to “reload”

AUDIO

  • Fixed rare cases where “Gameplay Volume when Spectating” would be applied during regular gameplay
  • Fixed a rare issue where players situated uphill would briefly have occlusion filtering applied
  • Reduced volume of Pathfinder grapple for player (enemy audio not affected)
  • Revenant wall climb footsteps clearer in the mix
  • Slight reduction of Thermite volume over time at distance
  • Slight reduction in volume for Horizon’s Black Hole relative to FOV

GRAPHICS

  • Storm Point updated to use a modern GPU-driven terrain rendering system.
    • Players may not notice the difference since the overall map content has not been changed, but this system improves CPU rendering time, fixes lighting artifacts throughout the map, and allows for much greater texture fidelity through virtual texturing
  • Xbox One and Playstation 4 have been migrated to the Rendering Hardware Interface (RHI), which is now being used on all platforms. As a result, Xbox One and Playstation 4 leverage the same multithreaded rendering architecture as PC and current-gen consoles.
  • PC
    • Additional improvements to the framerate stability with texture streaming enabled
    • Fixed an issue that could cause freezes or black screens for some players
    • Fixed an issue that could lead to incorrect GPU timings for a small number of players, which would cause blurry resolutions when “Adaptive Resolution FPS Target” is enabled
    • Improved performance of loading asset data onto the GPU (this can fix stutters and issues with missing models for some players)

That’s a lot of new content and changes that are coming tomorrow. Luckily, if you are on the PS5, you can begin preloading the update ahead of release so you can jump right into the action.

Battlefield 2042 Update 1.000.072 Patch Notes for Version 8.7.0 Implements Improvements and Fixes

[summaraize]

DICE is dropping the latest major update for Battlefield 2042, and this slots in a host of gameplay improvements and fixes related to gameplay. Alongside this, the Dead Space event is coming back as well. Console players will see this as Battlefield 2042 update 1.000,.072, with PlayStation gamers able to preload the download ahead of its activation.

For those still on last-gen, this will show up as BF2042 new update 1.69, and while the two console generation have differences when it comes to available players per match, that won’t affect the changes made.

Battlefield 2042’s New Update Brings Dead Spce Limited-Time Event and Weapon Improvements

Battlefield 2042 Update 7.4.0 Patch Notes

The full slate of improvements by DICE are available below.

Returning Time-limited event: Battlefield 2042 | Dead Space

During this event, players will get to reexperience Outbreak. A 4-player squad PvE experience where you will fight waves of Augmented Targets. Starting on the western end of Redacted, players fight through eight sectors while completing objectives until they call an elevator to exfiltrate out on the far eastern end of the map.

Outbreak Areas of Improvement

  • Dead Space skins were added to certain weapons when purchasing from the Armory Station; other weapons also have skins.
  • The starting weapons now have the Dead Space skin.
  • Enemies are now allowed to enter the extraction elevator while you’re fighting over it. Players now also take reduced damage from melee and incendiary damage when inside the elevators.
  • Added a loading screen tutorial.

Outbreak Changelog

  • Polished and improved the HUD.
  • Increased the time between Juggernaut batches.
  • Decreased the spawn rate for regular waves and added more time before Geists die at the end of the wave.
  • Updated Armorey Station arsenals by replacing the MCS-880 with the NVK.
  • Resolved an issue where players occasionally could not customize their character loadout before spawning in Outbreak.
  • Fixed a visual bug when closing the Armory Station.
  • Fixed a bug where both objectives in one of the sectors would have the same name.
  • Fixed a bug where the Armory Station icon would be visible randomly on the map even if no Armory Stations were active in the sector.
  • Fixed a bug where the extraction elevator doors occasionally did not close when the entire squad entered it.
  • Fixed a bug where Geists would show the wrong icon when pinged.
  • Rebalanced the Juggernaut-only waves to ensure the Juggernauts spawn first.
  • Tweaked the combat area to fix certain places incorrectly out of bounds.
  • Fixed a bug where players occasionally could not purchase new weapons after dying.
  • Polished and improved the HUD.
  • Fixed a bug where the “Push forward” HUD message would be visible on screen after respawning if the user died out of bounds in the previous sector.

Areas of Improvement

Weapons:

NVK-S22

  • Upgraded the pocket size on soldier outfits to accommodate more shells!
  • Buckshot: Pocket doubled in size to 20 → 40 shells
  • Flechette: Quiver stretched to 10 → 20 shells
  • Slug: Bucket tall enough to double to 10 → 20 shells

Developer Note: These changes are inventory-based only. No visual changes are present on magazine models.

AI:

AI Soldiers are now less effective at landing their shots with vehicle weapons when targeting fast-moving or direction-changing vehicles.

Changelog

Modes:

Stadium – Conquest

  • Removed a small unintended out-of-bounds area between Sector B and the team HQs.

Exposure – Hazard Zone

  • Some rubble was placed to block off a door that shouldn’t be accessible.

Breakaway – Domination

  • Reduced the vertical combat area in Breakaway Domination to prevent players from reaching unintended areas.

Maps:

  • Removed invisible collisions above certain solar panels out in the farming fields on Renewal.

Vehicles:

  • The vehicle deploy menu text was changed from “ALL DEPLOYED” to “UNAVAILABLE” to remove confusion about why vehicles can’t be spawned.
  • Fixed an issue with two C4 not destroying Bradley and BMP’s weak side when using the active armor upgrade. This perk was not meant to protect against explosive damage.

Weapons:

Assault Rifles

M16A3:

  • Fixed an issue where damage dropped by 1 point and rose again at a specific range. The M16A3 now maintains consistent damage across the full range interval (using the higher value).

AK5C & AN-94:

  • Fixed an issue where heavy barrel attachment didn’t apply correct modifiers in hip fire.
  • Recoil penalty was slightly lower than intended; it should now climb ~15% more compared to the Vanilla barrel.

AN-94:

  • Realigned the rail for attaching scopes to the center for better alignment with the iron sight pin.
  • Fixed an issue where equipping a silencer to the AN-94 would affect how the GP-30 grenade launcher showed on the minimap when firing it. Now, the attachment should not behave as if it has a silencer on it, even if the primary gun has one.
  • Audio now correctly reflects the Hyperburst feature (faster first two shots in full-auto mode).

ACW-R:

  • Corrected the slightly misaligned laser on the LS-1 attachment, now gunfire does not start too far behind the lens and correctly shows where you’re meant to aim.

Shotguns

12M Auto:

  • Fixed an issue where the fire rate would be faster for semi-auto with a short barrel than in full auto. Now they are both set to the same fire rate.

Pistols

L9CZ:

  • Corrected the slightly misaligned laser on the LS-1 attachment, now gunfire does not start too far behind the lens and correctly shows where you’re meant to aim.

Melee

Taser Baton:

  • Fixed an issue where pressing the melee button once wouldn’t return you to your previous weapon, unlike other melee options.

Don’t forget, we should be hearing more about the next Battlefield game soon, as it’s currently being tested in BF Labs.

Gears of War PS5 Debut Won’t Require an Microsoft Account Unless You’re Looking for “Full Cross-Platform Functionality”

[summaraize]

Today, Microsoft has finally put the rumors to rest, as it announced that Gears of War will finally be coming to PS5 this August with the release of Gears of War: Reloaded, a re-release of the first Gears game with added performance enhancements.

For those wondering if you need a Microsoft/Xbox account to play Gears of War on PS5, it’s been confirmed that it’s not required unless you plan to utilize the game’s “full cross-platform functionality.”

Gears of War Won’t Require an Xbox Account Even for Crossplay

Microsoft has confirmed that Gears of War: Reloaded, which features the campaign and multiplayer, won’t require an Xbox account even if you enable crossplay. Gears of War: Reloaded features two-player co-op for the campaign (split-screen or online) and Versus Multiplayer of up to eight players, and both modes will allow players to squad up regardless of platform with no Microsoft account required.

What requires a Microsoft account is “full cross-platform” functionality that ecinomapsses the following features:

  • Cross-progression (for Campaign and multiplayer)
  • Sending invites and playing with friends across platforms (Xbox to PlayStation, Steam to Xbox).

It’s a fair trade-off if you think about it. At the very least, Microsoft isn’t forcing players to sign up just to be able to play the game, which is something Sony tried to do before and backfired hard.

Per Microsoft, the Gears of War: Reloaded game description reads: The iconic original, faithfully remastered. Experience the origins of one of gaming’s most acclaimed franchises like never before. Featuring 4K resolution, up to 120 FPS support, and the ultimate multiplayer experience with cross-progression and cross-play, across all platforms, this is the definitive way to experience the game that started it all.

Gears of War: Reloaded launches August 26 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

That effect is granted per Monster or Ally in a 20 meter range up to 3 (+ 1 per stack). The range no longer scales with additional Lanterns.
  • Unstable Transmitter now grants 60% barrier on activation (up from 35%). It has also had its internal cooldown changed from 45 seconds to 1.1 seconds, for those of you that choose to hoard several Transmitters at a time.

Known Issue

  • Sometimes one or both logos will not appear during the splash screen ‘boot-up’. This has a planned fix in an upcoming update.

Bug Fixes

  • Players who have completed the “CHEF’s Wok” recipe but never received the “Order Up” achievement (and were therefore unable to unlock CHEF) will now be able to complete the achievement.Developer note: If you are a player that completed the CHEF’s Wok’s recipe but never received Chef’s “Order Up” achievement, then just booting the game after this update and reaching the main menu should grant you the achievement. If you are an Xbox user and don’t get the achievement upon reaching the main menu when unlocking CHEF moving forward, this might be related to missing save data. The solution for this is just to start a run with any survivor and that should grant the “Order Up” achievement”. We are going to continue looking out for any save related issues so keep the reports coming.
  • Issue with missing music and sound when many other sounds are playing (primarily on Nintendo Switch) should now be resolved – Many other smaller scale audio issues should also now be resolved across all platforms.

  • Carried Warbanner will no longer clip through Captain’s model
  • Mercenary’s swing/slash animation will now properly play when performing a primary attack just after performing Blinding Assault.
  • Missing healing orbs from Monster Tooth should now appear again on console.
  • Model/Environment wireframe should no longer be visible when the camera is dipped below water on PS4.
  • Stage will correctly lose saturation when False Son (boss) uses Prime Devastator on Xbox.
  • Dying as Seeker during Meditate will now correctly allow you to spectate other players in multiplayer.
  • Leaves on Treeborn Colony have had correct collisions added to prevent players getting stuck.
  • Multiple small out-of-bounds gaps which could lead to players falling through the map have been patched up.
  • Removed/Replaced several instances of incorrect dev-text being visible to players.
  • Gaining Twisted Elite effect via Wake of Vultures should now function correctly as a player.
  • War Bonds now correctly triggers when encountering Mithrix within the Simulacrum.
  • Mithrix will correctly drop a red-tier item when defeated in Simulacrum while holding Sonorous Whispers.
  • Chance Doll can no longer drop when using Artifact of Sacrifice (as no Chance Shrines spawn.)

  • MUL-T can no longer charge & trigger Luminous Shot from its Alt Primary during Power Mode (it now only charges Luminous Shot.)
  • CHEF’s Goobo Jr clones are now considered mechanical and are thus immune to Void Infestors (but now benefit from Spare Drone Parts!)
  • When Mithrix is boosted into the air with Breaching Fin he will now correctly display the visual indicators of his Forbidden Pizza attack. Yes, that is the official name.
    Developer Note: No, it isn’t.
Community Manager Note: Yes, it is.
  • Fixed issue where False Son (Survivor) Laser Burst would not do damage in multiplayer.
  • Fixed visual issue with Seeker’s barrier when benefiting from the Warped Echo effect.
  • Players will no longer retain a charge of Unstable Transmitter if revived after being killed during the active-effect.
  • In multiplayer clients will correctly have their equipment disabled during the False Son Boss Fight when affected by Prime Devastator.
  • Fixed multiplayer Prime Devastator issue where players could have locked equipment remain locked if revived during the fight.

  • Seeker’s Sojourn will no longer consume all charges when used while benefiting from Hardlight Afterburner.
  • False Son Boss’s hitbox has been extended below the knees. Rejoice, short kings!

Given the scope of the patch, don’t be surprised to see a follow-up update be released to fix any issues that surface. Gearbox has a deeper explanation on the changes made here if you’re inclined to read what the developers think.

Gears of War Headed to PS5 Summer 2025 as “Gears of War: Reloaded” and It Brings New Features

While rumors of a Gears of War Collection have been rumored repeatedly, Microsoft has put a stop to that by announcing “Gears of War Reloaded,” the first game in the franchise. Aside from Xbox Series X|S and PC, it’s also confirmed for PS5!

Gears of War: Reloaded, released on August 26, is a remaster of the original, though with new enhancements and even cross-progression and crossplay functionality.

Gears of War Debuts on PlayStation With Re-Release of First Game

Gears of War: Reloaded, originally released in 2006, is being developed by The Coalition in partnership with Sumo Interactive and Disbelief. Priced at a reasonable $39.99 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC, it will also be available day one on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

For those wondering, Reloaded will feature multiplayer! The re-release will house all the post-launch DLC. which includes the bonus Campaiogn act, all multiplayer maps and modes, and a full roster of classic characters and cosmetics unlockable through progression.

Here’s what to expect when it comes to enhancements to the first game’s release almost 20 years later.

Gears of War Reloaded Graphical Enhancements

  • 4K resolution
  • 60 FPS in Campaign
  • 120 FPS in Multiplayer
  • High Dynamic Range (HDR)
  • Dolby Vision & 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos
  • 7.1.4 3D Spatial Audio
  • Variable Refresh Rate (VRR)
  • 4K assets and remastered textures
  • Enhanced post-processing visual effects
  • Improved shadows and reflections
  • Super resolution with improved anti-aliasing
  • Zero loading screens during Campaign

Microsoft adds that as a token of their gratitude for long-time fans, Gears of War: Reloaded will be a free upgrade who purchase the digital version of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before today’s announcement.

It’s not quite the collection, but this will do for now for PS5 gamers, I rekcon. Hopefully, this is the start of the franchise seeing a remastered release on multiple platforms.

Indie developer Mureena has released the first post-launch patch for Bionic Bay, which the developers call v1.3.5.2! Console players should see this as Bionic Bay update 1.000.008, and this brings a small list of fixes to the platformer.

Those playing the game might have noticed that there’s also a new level dedicated to former PlayStation boss Shuhei Yoshida

Bionic Bay’s First Update Fixes Minor Issues

Players can also earn the “Shu” skin by beating the exec’s time in Shuhei’s Gauntlet!

Beating Yoshida’s record will net gamers his exclusive outfit, and of course, the bragging rights you bested the former PlayStation boss.

If you’ve yet to play the game, the sci-fi platformer might surprise you, as it did us. Our review even mentioned, “In the end, Bionic Bay stands out as a deeply atmospheric, mechanically clever platformer that trusts its players to think, feel, and experiment.”

Arc Raiders Players Are Dying by the Thousands to a Giant Robot

[summaraize]

The Arc Raiders playtest is ending later today, and while the test itself was by invite only, it seems the title has already managed to pull off some impressive feats. as revealed by some playtest stats.

However, players aren’t the only ones pulling in numbers, as it seems that one of the game’s most formidible enemies, the Queen, is obliterating raiders by the thousands.

The Rust Belt Is Proving to be a Much More Dangerous Place Than Players Anticipated

Arc Raiders

With the Arc Raiders playtest ending soon, developers Embark Studios has decided to share a bit of information around the playtest. Specifically, “fun facts” in the form of player statistics that have revealed some, well, fun facts, about achievements pulled off during the limited closed playtest.

As seen in the image above, here’s a breakdown of what players have done:

  • Arc Enemies Destroyed – 7 Million
  • Raiders Who Upgraded Scrappy to Max Level – 1
  • Rounds Played – 4 Million, which equates to more than 1.7 million hours played.
  • Queens Defeated – 58, with the Queen killing 17,000 Raiders.

It’s pretty impressive for a closed test, but looking at the Queen, a giant, almost spider-like machine capable of firing a massive laser and other things, it seems that players are having quite a challenge beating it, as only 58 of them have been defeated over the three-day playtest.

To put this into perspective, based on the stats given here, it means that 1 in every 68,965 rounds a player has managed to kill a Queen, with her kill/death ratio nearly 300. Holy moly, though we can’t say we’re surprised, as when we attempted to defeat it ourselves, it didn’t go too well.

It’s going to be interesting to see how the Queen stacks up once the game releases, though at the moment, Arc Raiders has no release date.
