Battlefield 2042 PC Specs Revealed

Electronic Arts and DICE revealed a lot of new information for Battlefield 2042 today, and one of the biggest ones relate to the players who will enjoy it on PC. As revealed on Twitter, here are the Battlefield 2042 PC specs.

Battlefield 2042 PC specs:

Minimum PC specs:

  • OS: 64-Bit Windows 10
  • Processor (AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Processor (Intel): Intel i5 6600K
  • Memory: 8GB
  • Video Memory: 4GB
  • Graphics Card (Nvidia): Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
  • Graphics Card (AMD): AMD Radeon RX 560
  • DirectX: 12
  • Online Connection Requirements: 512 kbps or faster internet connection
  • Hard Drive Space: 100GB

Recommended PC specs:

  • OS: 64-Bit Windows 10
  • Processor (AMD): AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  • Processor (Intel): Intel Core i7 4790
  • Memory: 16GB
  • Video Memory: 8GB
  • Graphics Card (Nvidia):Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060
  • Graphics Card (AMD): AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
  • DirectX: 12
  • Online Connection Requirements: 512 kbps or faster internet connection
  • Hard Drive Space: 100GB SSD

The game looks to be very friendly even for older PCs, much like the previous Battlefield titles which have been shown to run on the lowest-specced rigs. That said, the 100GB hard drive space is still staggering to look at, and if you want to have a good time loading into matches an SSD would definitely help.

Outriders Update Patch Notes: Here’s What’s New for 1.14 This Sept. 28

People Can Fly has released the Outriders update 1.14 patch (version 1.014 on PS5), and we have the complete Outriders update patch notes! There are changes to the Devastator Impale skill, the Borrowed Time revive bug is fixed, and loads more.

Outriders Update Patch Notes for 1.14 and 1.014:

Important: As previously explained, today’s patch does not include any discussed changes to Moaning Winds, Fortress or Legendary Armor Set changes. These changes are all part of a bigger update that is still a little way away.

  • Fixed an issue that could cause players to stutter when entering the drained lake during the third enemy encounter in the Scorched Lands expedition.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the game to stutter when engaging Crawlers in battle during Expeditions
  • Fixed an issue that would force matchmaking privacy setting to default to “Open”. The privacy setting should now remain “Closed” when set. This should help further reduce AFK matchmaking.
  • Added an AFK status for players on friends lists
  • Fixed a bug that could cause client shots to sometimes deal no actual damage to enemies.
  • Further improved the visibility of the Brood Mothers Surge AOE skill limits.
  • Changed the behaviour of the Devastator’s Impale, so that the game will detect impaled enemies as dead even before they disappear.
  • The Devastator’s “Reflect Bullets” skill will now protect from Sciathan projectile attacks.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause the Pyromancer’s Phoenix Nesling passive to restore 100% rather than 50% of Health while in Multiplayer.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause players to be teleported back into cover if they used Thermal Bomb shortly before exiting cover.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing players from reviving themselves and other players after using the Trickster’s Borrowed Time skill.
  • Fixed a bug that could prevent Devastators from being able to consistently dodge if they had the Auto Reflect mod active.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause the Plague Sower and the Cannonball Legendary Sets to not retain their set bonus after a transition.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause the Technomancer’s Plague Sower set bonus to not proc consistently.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause certain mods like “Grand Opening” to not proc if the player was on their last magazine.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause certain ammo related mods to retain their effects, even after having been replaced, thereby leading to inconsistent gameplay. This issue would previously resolve itself when returning to the lobby. Affected mods included Brain Eater, Clip of Amalthea, Perpetuum Mobile, Vampiric Mag, Toxic Lead, Reforging Bullets.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed the mod “Unstoppable Force” to be stacked with itself.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause shards invested in sidearms/second primary weapons to cause inconsistent behaviour on the primary weapon.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented secondary characters from picking up Journal Entries if they had already been collected on a different character.
  • Crash fixes
  • Other minor bug Fixes

People Can Fly has also outlined some of the fixes they are working on which gamers can read about here.

Dying Light Playerbase Still Sits at Over Half a Million 6 Years After Its Initial Release

A single-player game surviving past two or three years is considered a major achievement in the video games industry today, given the nature of new titles that come out to replace it almost every year. It’s all the more surprising to hear titles that still enjoy a decently-sized chunk of a playerbase past that, and so the story goes for Techland and Dying Light. In an interview with DualShockers, the developer revealed that Dying Light still boasts over half a million unique monthly players, an incredible commendable feat considering the game has been out for more than six years now.

Techland elaborated on this further in the interview, stating that the playerbase can’t expect things to be “different this time,” referring to the developer’s upcoming release, Dying Light 2. Part of the reason for Dying Light’s continued success was stated to be their continuous support via in-game events and regular updates.

The game’s sequel, Dying Light 2, will be released on February 4 next year.

Make sure to read our interview with Techland regarding Dying Light 2, as it contains a lot of info.

IO Interactive has released the Hitman 3 update 1.08 (PS5: 1.008) September 28 patch, which brings Title Update 3.70 and the Season of Envy. For the new content and patch notes, head on below.

Hitman 3 Update 1.08 Patch Notes | Hitman 3 Update 1.008 Patch Notes | Hitman 3 Update 3.70 Patch Notes:

The HITMAN 3 September Patch arrives on Tuesday September 28, 2021 and signals the start of the Season of Envy, the penultimate act of the Seven Deadly Sins campaign.

The Season of Envy brings new premium content and sin-themed content for all HITMAN 3 owners. Plus, there’s new and returning Elusive Targets, new unlocks to earn through Featured Contracts and a few extras to round out a busy month of content.

The September Patch prepares the game for that content and also brings fixes and improvements.

HITMAN 3 – September Patch Overview

HITMAN 3 will be updated to version 3.70 on all platforms; PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Stadia and Switch.

Patch Release: Tuesday 28th September 2021, 1pm UTC / 3pm CEST / 6am PT

Maintenance: Starts one hour before the release of the patch on all platforms. The game servers for each platform will come back online once they’ve been checked and verified, as such there is no set end time for the maintenance window. Updates will be posted to the official @IOInteractive Twitter account.

Patch size: Approximately 3-6 GB on all platforms.

Cloud: Stadia and Switch players do not need to download or install the patch. They will get access to the latest version when they launch the game after the above ‘patch release’ time.

HITMAN 3 – September Patch New Content

Seven Deadly Sins Act 6: Envy (Premium Content)

Face off against your ultimate rival and prove your skills in the Envy Contention Escalation, the headline act of this season’s Seven Deadly Sins content.

With a rival assassin hunting down your targets, you’ll need to think fast and make your move. Prepare to outsmart and outmanouevre your rival as you chase multiple targets throughout three stages of an escalating challenge.

Completing the Envy Contention will unlock three new unique sin-themed rewards. First, the Odium Suit, a suit for those who covet the look of high-end streetwear. Or high-end streetwear for those who covet the look of a suit.

Next, The Cat’s Claw, an eye-catching dagger with a distinct wave-shaped blade with a handle made to resemble a sitting cat. While it may not be the most comfortable weapon to wield, it’s certain to be the subject of widespread admiration. Finally, The Jaeger 7 Green Eye features a suppressor, a feline-inspired cosmetic mod, and a black and green fragment design. The perfect weapon for hunters who lie in wait and strike with confidence.

Get access to all of this content either through the Seven Deadly Sins Act 6: Envy or as part of the Seven Deadly Sins Collection, which includes all 7 acts at a reduced price.

Featured Contract Rewards

The Season of Envy brings another milestone reward for completing Featured Contracts. Rack up 60 completions across HITMAN 3 locations and the Hackl Covert “Ducky” Edition is yours to keep.

More unlockables items (that are not related to Featured Contracts) will be available throughout the Season of Envy.

GENERAL ISSUES (3.70)

Language Support
We’ve added full text localisation of all in-game menus and subtitles for the following languages on all platforms: Japanese. All players will be able to access these languages after downloading the 3.70 patch. PS4 and PS5 players will need to own the SIEJ (Japanese version) to access the Japanese localisation.

Shoulder Swap
We’ve added a Camera Shoulder Swap option to the Gameplay Options menu. This is set to off by default, where the camera will always be aligned to Agent 47’s right shoulder. After turning this option on, players will be able to toggle which shoulder the camera is aligned to during gameplay.

Sniper Slowdown
We’ve tweaked the parameters of mouse sensitivity when zooming in with sniper rifles to give a better experience. Previously, the mouse speed was extremely slow, especially when fully zoomed in.

Arkian Unlock
We’ve made further tweaks to correctly unlock the Arkian Tuxedo suit for players that have completed the requirements, or ran into issues after carrying over their progress from HITMAN 2.

Gold Upgrade
We’ve tweaked the inventory image for the Goldballer so that it better represents the in-game weapon. In other words, we’ve made sure that the unlock image for the gun actually looks gold.

Localisation Tweaks

We’ve made several changes to various subtitles, menu text and in-game signage (in multiple languages) to improve their localisation and translations.

Stats: DGS
We’ve updated the icon for the Dartmoor Garden Show in the Statistics menu to represent Dartmoor. It was previously incorrectly using the ICA Facility location image.

Deadly Sins Campaign
We’ve added the Seven Deadly Sins content as a campaign under the Side Missions menu, and put it front of the queue.

Suit Categories
We’ve added two new suit categories to the Inventory menu; Deluxe and Deadly Sins. These categories will include the suits unlocked via the Deluxe Pack and Seven Deadly Sins content packs respectively. This will free up the Themed category as well.

Stability Improvements
We’ve resolved several issues to improve the game’s stability, including an issue that could cause players to encounter disconnection issues when completing a mission.

Water Worries
We’ve resolved an issue where PC players using certain AMD graphics cards would not see water rendered properly in certain locations. This issue was fixed by AMD in recent patch notes.

Credit Where It’s Due, 3.70
We’ve updated the in-game credits to reflect work done since the last patch, including new members of the team that have joined.

Location Changes: Dubai, UAE

Rise Up
We’ve resolved an issue where some players could not unlock the Rise Up trophy in Dubai, despite fulfilling the requirements.

Location Changes: Dartmoor, England

Gas Mark 9
We’ve resolved an issue where it was impossible to create gas leaks in one of the kitchens in Dartmoor because the stoves would explode immediately after creating a leak.

Dartmoor Garden Contracts
We’ve resolved an issue where Featured Contracts created on the Dartmoor Garden Show sublocation did not count towards progress for the Featured Contract Milestone challenges.

Location Changes: Berlin, Germany

Biking Bad
We’ve resolved an issue where it was possible for some NPC to see through walls near the food delivery area.

Location Changes: Chongqing, China

Wall Hack
We’ve resolved an issue where Agent 47 could be spotted through walls, notably when hanging on roof ledges.

Gluttony Guard
We’ve resolved an issue where a specific guard didn’t count as a target in the Gluttony Gobble Escalation, despite dropping the same items as all other targets.

Eats, Shoots and Leaves
We’ve tweaked the name of the Maximalist Shotgun (Gluttony content unlock) to be correctly spelled.

Wrong Location
We’ve resolved an issue where the descriptions for two Agency pickups were misleading and did not describe where the actual pickup was located.

Face Time
We’ve made a few tweaks to the targets’ behaviour so that they will react accordingly depending on Agent 47’s actions.

Location Changes: Mendoza, Argentina

Snipers Up
We’ve fixed an issue where it was possible to acquire a Sieger 300 Tactical in the Mendoza location with drastically different properties than intended after performing certain actions.

Mr Maker
We’ve resolved an issue that could cause a crucial NPC in the ‘Private Tour’ Mission Story to suspend their routine and block progress.

Corvo Can’t Dance
We’ve resolved an issue where it was impossible to exit the Mendoza campaign mission if players reached the only available exit in a specific disguise.

Hop On, Hop Off
We’ve resolved an issue where it was possible for Agent 47 to fall into infinite space by vaulting over a railing after completing a specific Mission Story in Mendoza.

No Wine For You
We’ve resolved an issue where a target in Mendoza could suspend their routine depending on player actions, leaving them waiting for wine that Agent 47 can no longer pour. Apparently, even he has his limitations.

Private Tour
We’ve resolved an issue that could occur during the ‘Private Tour’ Mission Story, where a key NPC could stop moving if a player performs specific actions.

Lawyer Up
We’ve made sure that Agent 47 can only talk to NPCs as the lawyer, when he’s actually dressed as the lawyer. NPCs will now be more aware of

Location Changes: Carpathian Mountains, Romania

Too-Quick Cinematic
We’ve resolved an issue where it was possible for a guard to trigger a cinematic instead of Agent 47. Contractually, only the protagonist (47) can progress the story of HITMAN 3.

Legacy Location Changes: HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2

Sapienza: Card Read
We’ve resolved an issue where the keycard reader between the main square and a kitchen was not functioning.

Paris: Door Prompts
We’ve resolved an issue where several doors in Paris had a prompt to ‘open’ that Agent 47 couldn’t reach, meaning that only NPCs could open the doors. The prompts are now back within reach.

Stadia Changes

Crystal Ball
We’ve resolved an issue where the ‘Series of Unfortunate Events’ achievement does not unlock despite fulfilling the requirements.

LOC Check
We’ve made tweaks to several localisation issues for various languages.

VR Changes

Quick HUD
We’ve resolved an issue where the VR Quick HUD does not appear after performing a save/load cycle, unless the game is paused.

Known Issues and Bug Reports

We’re always listening to feedback and tracking the issues that get reported. If you’ve encountered an issue with HITMAN 3 and want to tell us about it, please first check the official Known Issues list through the HITMAN 3 Player Support Hub for an updated list, where you can also submit a bug report.

That’s about it for the patch.

Here is what to expect in the latest update:

  • A fix for a progress block on Rotten Coast: Survive Hitler’s Trap
  • A fix for a progress block on Dead Zeppelin – Heartbreaker objective
  • Enemies will now continue to spawn in the Night on the Town chapter
  • Players will now correctly receive the None More Hard achievement for completing evry mission on Nightmare Mode
  • The FG 42 SMG Stat Card now reads correctly when upgraded

  • The Trench gun weapon can no longer be observed on the floor when the ‘Eggers Bomb Lance’ is swapped with another secondary weapon throughout the game
  • ‘Painted’ skins for the ‘M1911’ Pistol now have the appropriate textures
  • Season 2 – Chapter 3 – EP03 – Zeppelin Bay 1 – Zombies are no longer blocked behind the organic pipes when the Characters throws zombies with Divine Blast.

Season 3.3 content:

You can now give the heroes of Alpha Squad a new look and some new weapons as the latest content drop has just hit Zombie Army 4: Dead War. Including new character outfits for Shola and Werner, a new SMG as well as weapon skins and charms, the latest content is all included in the Season 3 Pass and also available to buy separately.

Desert Rat Shola Outfit

Shola sports khaki shorts and sandy accoutrements inspired by various British divisions, including the Desert Rats, famous for their role in the North African Campaign. It might seem like a recipe for a grazed knee but the shorts and rolled sleeves are perfect for the hellish climate…

This pack includes:

  • Desert Rat Shola Outfit
  • 3 Hats for Shola (Desert Rat Cap, Desert Rat Beanie + Desert Rat Scarf)

‘Hermann Wolff’ Werner Outfit

Clearly one of those people who can’t walk by a hat without trying it on (even if it’s mysteriously covered in blood), Werner discovered this uniform in a Resistance safe house. Judging by the personal effects in the pockets, he senses something of a kindred spirit in this fellow deadhunter, one Captain Hermann Wolff.

Pack includes:

  • ‘Hermann Wolff’ Werner Outfit
  • 2 Hats for Werner (Officer Cap + Chicken Wire Stahlhelm)

MAB 38 SMG Bundle

Designed for the Royal Italian Army, and popular with elite units due to its high build quality, the MAB 38 became one of the most effective firearms of WWII. The perfect heavy tool for hammering your way through the hordes!

This Weapon Bundle contains:

  • The MAB 38 submachine gun
  • 2 Charms (Roman Fasces + Roman Centurion Helmet)
  • 2 bespoke Weapon Skins (Strange Brigade ‘Royce’ + Italian Camo)

Zombie Wrapped Weapon Skins

You’ve heard of fighting fire with fire, but maybe the same logic applies to… zombies? Apply a grisly Zombie Wrapped finish to your guns with these weapon skins for the Gewehr 43, M1 Garand, Mosin-Nagant M91/30, M30 Drilling, MP44, Thompson, Trench Gun, C96 Pistol, M1911 and Webley MKVI.

Story Charm Pack

Ghoulish keepsakes with a story to tell, which will remind you of the battles you’ve fought through – the Z5 core from Schweiger’s occult machine; the tome he used to save Alpha Squad; a haunting skull mask worn for sinister rituals; and Baron Umbra’s monocle, as cracked as its owner!

Contains the following charms:

  • Z5 Core
  • Baron’s Monocle
  • Occult Tome
  • Horned Skul

Once there’s new content, we’ll let our readers know.

Elite Dangerous Update 1.57 Flies Out for Fixes This September 28

Frontier Developments has released the Elite Dangerous update 1.57 patch for consoles this September 28, and this brings in a host of new fixes. The full patch notes can be seen below courtesy of the dev team.

Elite Dangerous Update 1.57 Patch Notes:

  • A fix has been implemented for engineered weapons dealing extreme amounts of damage.
    • Console players can no longer go Supersize for an extra ‘X credits’ (McDonald’s references? Come on, Sally…).
    • Other issues with values/damage multipliers across regular weapons have also been addressed.
  • A fix has been implemented to address an issue whereby extremely large value combat bonds would be displayed incorrectly, preventing hand-in.
    • This issue actually looked more like you were being swindled by Interstellar Factors for an overinflated number of credits. This was actually an issue with how the game was choking a bit on really high numbers.
  • Top bounties now display correctly in each system.
    • No more ‘fake news’ with crime stats.
  • Improvements have been made to material fragments when they are mined from deposits.
    • This will reduce the likelihood of fragments getting stuck inside asteroids.
  • Fix for a server crash.
    • Again, one of those infamous blips which in ‘server land’ definitely aren’t random, but they’re a bit complex to run through in the notes here

The last patch, which was released last week, include major fixes for both the PC and console versions. Check it out here.

Tekken 7 Update 4.22 Kicks Out This September 28

Bandai Namco Entertainment has released the Tekken 7 update 4.22 patch this September 28, and this is out on all platforms. Check out what’s new below.

Tekken 7 Update 4.22 Patch Notes:

File Size: 170MB (PC)

So far, Bandai Namco has not acknowledged the patch just yet, and chances are, this is for stability fixes, rather than bring any fighter balance changes.

Over on the game’s subreddit, one poster has said that they haven’t been able to feel any stuttering and such after the update.

Feels like an actual netcode and stability update. Haven’t had that stuttering and my connections feel a LOT more stable. I was able to play my friend in Japan and it felt like a night and day difference than before.

We’ll post more info once Bandai Namco releases anything official. Even the Japanese site, which usually dishes out updates on everything related to fighter balance, hasn’t been updated, so don’t expect any major changes in this one.

Battlefield 2042 Open Beta & Early Access Beta Dates Outed by Origin API

Following yesterday’s leak of the Battlefield 2042 beta date by Chinese streaming site B-Site, it seems that date is legit, as the EA Origin platform has been uploaded with the same Battlefield 2042 open beta and early access beta dates!

Battlefield 2042 Open Beta & Early Access Beta Dates:

Here’s a screenshot and what’s listed in the Origin API:

Official description: “Adapt and overcome in the near-future, all-out war of Battlefield™ 2042. Join the fight on Orbital with a diverse selection of Specialists, cutting-edge weaponry, and vehicles to choose from. Open Beta between October 8-9, 2021. Early access is available on October 6-7, 2021, 07:00 UTC, for all players who pre-order the game or are current EA Play members. Preload is available on October 5, 2021, 06:00 UTC. “

Players can use this to change the dates and time to their own timezone.

Don’t forget, this has NOT been announced officially (yet), so take it with a grain of salt for now. Mind, the BF2042 beta client has been uploaded to the Origin API last week as well, so this seems like plausible dates.

Chances are, the official announcement is right round the corner, and we’ll be sure to let our readers know the moment it’s announced.

If these are the dates, the only thing I’m not a fan of is how short it is. I mean, it’s essentially what? four days? I was hoping for more playtime, but we’ll take what we can get.

Thanks, daniluk400!

Report: Chinese Site Leaks Battlefield 2042 Beta Date and Duration

While EA has not announced the official Battlefield 2042 beta date yet, it seems Chinese streaming social site Bibili (otherwise known as B SIte), pre-maturely announced it.

According to the site, the BF2042 beta starts on October 6, and runs up to October 9. Mind, given the timezones, this could be a day late, or day ahead — granted this is not offiical in any way. Check out the screenshot below in case the website pulls the page:

We’ve reached out to EA regarding the website, and will update the article if we get a reply.

Mind, this is in no way official, though we suspect an official announcement is coming very, very soon, and we wouldn’t be surprised if October 6 is indeed the beta date.

Everything old is new again for Resident Evil players looking to replay one of the series most beloved entries, as Resident Evil 4 VR hits the Oculus Quest 2 this October 21 and brings the Capcom title into the world of virtual reality!

As for how VR will play and look with this well-known installment in the RE series, take a look at the gameplay trailer below and see for yourselves!

As players can expect, Capcom and Oculus have fully converted Resident Evil 4 and its action-packed gameplay into a new virtual reality experience that will immerse you into the world of survival horror! The story and beats of the game remain unchanged and is still set in 2004 — six years after the events of Resident Evil 2. Leon S. Kennedy is a fully trained government agent who is assigned to rescue the president’s daughter Ashley Graham from a cultist group known as the Los Illuminados. Unfortunately his mission takes him to a rural part of Europe where strange things have happened to a group of villagers, leading to a high-stakes adventure that reignites memories of Raccoon City and redefines bioterrorism in a while new way.

If Resident Evil 4 VR isn’t your cup of tea and you prefer holding a controller on hand, try out the newest installment in the series with Resident Evil Village — which you can read our review on here.

Resident Evil 4 VR will be released for Oculus Quest 2 this October 21.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut Has a Clever and Creepy PT Reference

Hideo Kojima has once again outdone himself. The recently released Death Stranding Director’s Cut has a clever and creepy PT reference, and fans will spot it right away when they make Sam Porter Bridges rest inside a ready room!

Here’s the scene in question if you’re curious and want to see it right away. Obviously spoiler alert is in effect, and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart!

As some fans may notice from this little sequence, the figure that’s inside the shower capsule looks similar to one of BT enemies Sam encounters in the game, except that it stands ominously still until Sam slowly approaches it and then its body starts to contorts wildly — reminiscent of how the ghost Lisa moves and shakes in the PT demo! After the shaking stops, the figure’s form changes to that of Metal Gear Solid’s Psycho Mantis — and then it bursts out of the shower and you can see its gooey face which looks awfully like Hideo Kojima himself! After that, Sam wakes up from his nightmare, and we are left wondering what exactly inspired Kojima to add this little nod to a project that could have been the next Silent Hill game.

While PT is still in the minds and hearts of fans who love survival horror games, the demo has long been delisted and PS5 backwards compatibility has been removed for PS4 owners who are lucky to have it.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut is now available for PS5.

HB Studio has released the PGA 2K21 update 1.12 September 27 patch, and this adds custom courses coming to multiplayer playlists! Read up on that and more below.

PGA 2K21 Update 1.12 Patch Notes:

No official patch notes have been released just yet, but here’s what 2K announced earlier this month:

In celebration of PGA TOUR® 2K21 surpassing 2.5 million units sold-in around the globe*, 2K and HB Studios announced today the theme for the all-new custom courses coming to multiplayer playlists in September**, as well as a collaboration with lifestyle brand and gaming collective 100 Thieves. For players who missed their tee times, there’s no better time to hit the virtual links alongside legions of other players as they seek to claim FedExCup glory, take on thousands of custom courses, race opponents to the cup in a round of Divot Derby, and deck out their MyPLAYERs in the freshest fits.

Each month, several new courses, created by a group of international content creators including American Mattf27, Canadians Crazycanuck1985 and Arctic Furyb101design from the United Kingdom and New Zealander Energ1zer, will be added to multiplayer playlists, with each month featuring a distinct creative theme. September’s theme will feature multiple “Dream Courses,” including a collaboration with lifestyle brand and gaming collective 100 Thieves. Accomplished course designer Crazycanuck1985 will work with 100 Thieves Founder & CEO Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, a passionate golfer and avid PGA TOUR 2K21 player, to create his dream 18-hole golf course for players around the globe to enjoy.

Once the official patch notes are released (presuming they do), we’ll update the post.

Battlefield 2042 Character Skins, Hazard Zone Details, and BF Mobile Maps Info Unearthed

With Battlefield 2042 set to feature Specialists and a Battle Pass, it’s no surprise that we should be getting skins that players can purchase. While EA and DICE have been quiet on that front so far, we have our first details on the Battlefield 2042 character skins!

Thanks once again to reliable Battlefield dataminer temporyal, here’s a quick list of some of the skins and camo patterns that have been datamined:

In addition to the Battlefield 2042 character skins, more info regarding the still-to-be-officially-revealed Hazard Mode has surfaced too! It seems the mode will use a “scanner” to locate intel on the map.

Outside of Battlefield 2042, temporyal has managed to unearth data from Battlefield Mobile (first gameplay look here!) as well! Check out the list of weapons and gadgets in the mobile shooter! There are also files referencing Operation Metro and Damavand Peak!

Just a little disclaimer, bear in mind that all the info listed here are datamined, and there is no guarantee that these will be in the final version of the game. These could be leftover code, deleted content, and the like,

Battlefield 2042 will be out this November 19, 2021 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC; while Battlefield Mobile is being tested in Southeast Asia for a still-unrevealed release date.
