During their Gamesom 2013 presentation, Infinity Ward not only made the surprising announcement that Call of Duty: Ghosts would utilize Microsoft’s Cloud service to provide gamers with dedicated servers on the Xbox One, but studio head Mark Rubin also showed off a brand new game mode and map.

You can check out Blitz on the new map Chasm in action at the 2:45 mark in the video below:

Official game mode description: “Use speed and stealth to Blitz the enemy portal to score points. Teleport back to your side of the map and do it again.”

Call of Duty: Ghosts – Dedicated Servers On Xbox One Confirmed, Other Platforms “Unknown”

Gamescom 2013 has finally kicked off and to start, Microsoft and Activision today revealed that Call of Duty: Ghosts for the Xbox One will receiving dedicated servers, via the Xbox One’s Cloud.

No details whether this was an exclusive on the Xbox One, as Microsoft did not mention that the Xbox One would be the only platform to have dedicated servers. It should be noted that Call of Duty titles on PC have had dedicated servers for quite some time now, and while there hasn’t been confirmation about the PlayStation 4 version, it should be noted that the console does support cloud function as the Xbox One does.

We should be hearing more about this later today, but what do you guys think? Pretty big step from the player-to-player connection that the title has been using for years now.

GTA Online To Feature 700 Missions, According To Rockstar Dev

With Rockstar Game’s jaw-dropping first look at GTA Online being officially revealed last week, more details have recently surfaced regarding what we can expect the ambitious online mode to include when it launches October 1.

In a recent interview with 3djuegos, Leslie Benzies, the director of Rockstar North, has revealed that GTA Online is expected to have 500 missions any given time which are renewed constantly, and 700 mission in total at the time of the interview. If that’s not enough to keep you satisfied and are craving even more missions, you can easily go download a few more off of Rockstar Social Club.

Additionally, more details of key features GTA Online will feature have emerged from this interview, which the folks over at the GTA Forums have outlined. Check them out below:

  • The camera will zoom out and pan away to your online character seamlessly. During the animation, a matchmaking process will be in progress.
  • Matchmaking will depend on which friends are playing and players that have ranks near your own.
  • You can do almost anything you can do in single player in GTA Online.
  • Each mission requires a rank depending on difficulty and complexity. The bigger your rank, the more difficult the missions will be.
  • There are around 700 missions in GTA Online.
  • Missions will be ordered randomly as you play Online.
  • For certain heists you might need certain weapons, vehicles or characters such as a sniper or a driver. This will also depend on the mission creator if you download the mission from the Social Club.
  • Some missions are so complex they need plenty of good communication.
  • There will be descriptions to help each character on its heist function.
  • You can change weather, time of day, time you want it to rain or to be a certain weather state, radio station to be tuned at the start of the race or mission in the Content Creator.
  • There is something called “team lives”. If you have 4 team lives and 4 people, if everyone dies there will be 0 lives left, or if you die 4 times, the team will have 0 lives left, which means if anyone dies, it’s mission failed.
  • You can watch races and deathmatches on your apartment TV.
  • There are masks to hide from the cops.
  • The Online will be run on the Social Club servers, data will be stored on the cloud. There are datacenters from NY to San Diego, and more Rockstar studios.

Grand Theft Auto V is set to release worldwide on September 17 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but feel free to check out the spoiler-free achievement list here.

Are you excited about GTA Online and its massive amount of missions? Let us know in the comment section below!

Rumor – Battlefield 4 URLs Suggest Naval Strike, Dragon’s Teeth and Final Stand DLC

With Battlefield 4’s first expansion pack, Second Assault, still far out on the horizon, we may already have the names of the subsequent expansion packs set to release during the game’s lifetime.

A series of inactive URLs belonging to the official Battlefield website seemingly read off DLC names like Naval Strike, Dragon’s Teeth and Final Stand. You can see for yourself below:

Following any of the links will bring you to a Battlefield 4 page that appears inactive. Selecting your language will simply bring you back to the home page.

While we’ve yet to hear names like Dragon’s Teeth and Final Stand, the name “Naval Assault” (close to Naval Strike) was mentioned earlier in a Battlefield 4 survey circling the internet.

Nevertheless, it appears that those URLs exist and that they may indicate the name of future Battlefield 4 DLC. No official announcement has been made by DICE or EA regarding any expansion packs post-Second Assault.

What do you guys think?

Thanks, Battlefieldo, via NeoGAF.

MP Panel – Battlefield 4 Community Choice Field Upgrades, Our Picks

Battlefield 4’s release date is getting closer and closer and this time, EA and DICE are keeping us filled in on all the additions they are making to the game.

Plus the studio is even giving us, the Battlefield community, a chance to shape the final product! They’ve recently released a poll for us to pick our favorite Field Upgrade Path that will be added into the game on top of all the default path choices. In honor of this, we’ve decided to gather up our writers and a mix of YouTube personalities of varying gameplay styles; Mantis701 – the pubstar knifist, Daskro – the e-sports player, BanditoGaming – the weapons specialist, and me, the MassNERDerer, to chime in on which community choice we are voting for and why. Read below to hear the MP1st writers opinions, then click over to the video at the bottom of the post to see the YouTuber’s opinions.

To start, here are the new Battlefield 4 Field Upgrade paths up for vote. Make sure to read up on each!

Community Career Path 1: Shockwave

Specializations: AMMO>ARMOR>GRENADES>SUPPRESSION

This is the career for players who want to wreak havoc at the frontlines. Built to promote offensive play and gung-ho attitude, you’ll need all the extra AMMO you can get. ARMOR gives you that increased protection that means you could walk away from chance encounters at zero range when rounding a corner, while an added GRENADE lets you clear out enemy camps more freely. Lastly, that extra SUPPRESSION boost comes in handy when you find out you’ve run into a hornet’s nest.

Community Career Path 2: Survivor

Specializations: REDUCED FALL>AMMO>QUICK REGEN>COVER

Fortune favors the brave. Or in the case of the “SURVIVOR” career, fortune favors players who have bolstered their survival capabilities by picking the right specializations. REDUCED FALL means you can jump off rooftops when enemies are blasting RPG into your building, while extra AMMO always helps when trying to shoot yourself out of a pinch. QUICK REGEN means you only need a short period of time before your soldier starts to auto heal, while COVER effectively means enemy suppression will not have as much effect on your ability to return fire with accuracy.

Community Career Path 3: Shadow

Specializations: QUICK UNSPOT>SPRINT>REDUCED FALL>STEALTH

Inspired by the fabled shadow warriors of the Orient, the “SHADOW” career grants you the mystical powers you need to infiltrate enemy territory without being seen. Okay, not really, but it grants you some perks that accumulated will give you an edge when going behind enemy lines. QUICK UNSPOT means you’ll disappear more quickly from enemy radars when you’ve been spotted, while SPRINT lets you move quickly from cover to cover. REDUCED FALL lets you jump from your favorite hiding places without taking damage, while STEALTH grants you the ability to remain undetected when passing within range of enemy motion sensors.

Community Career Path 4: Hunter

Specializations: ADVANCED SPOT>SPRINT>AMMO>GRENADES

So you want to be a big game hunter? ADVANCED SPOT grants you the ability to have targets spotted for extended periods of time – they can run, but they can’t hide. While they’re cowering behind cover thinking that they’ve escaped detection, SPRINT up to them and use your extra AMMO and GRENADE to flush them out! Sometimes, playing Battlefield is almost too easy.

You can cast your vote right here, which must be cast no later than August 22 in order to have an influence on what makes it into the final game.

MP1st Staff

 Joel Santana

No matter what the situation calls for, to me, the ‘Shockwave’ field progression offers everything a well rounded player like myself needs. Things like more ammo to rack up more kills or keep the enemy team pinned down with the added suppression are a big plus, especially when you have the ammo to spare, putting the opposing team is in a bad situation. It’ll also be easier to to stay alive a bit longer thanks to the upgraded armor and, of course, flush out any pesky campers from their holes and clear out a high traffic area with the extra grenade you will receive. All in all, ‘Shockwave’ will not only let you stay in the fight for longer, but also keep the enemy on their toes when a prolonged fire fight with you is not in their best interest.

Santiago Garza

This game is all about killing or getting killed, and what better way to do it than with the “Shadow” field progression? Sometimes, we have to accept it; we can get spotted by enemy players who target us for their teammates, and with a quick unspotting configuration, they will rarely know where you are. If they do, you have the ability to sprint towards terrain where you have an advantage. Since you have reduced fall, you can find paths nobody but you can use to flank the enemy, and combined with the stealth, they won’t know what hit them. In general, “Shadow” will not only give you the ability to survive difficult situations, it will also give you the opportunity to kill them from behind or even be a crucial spawn point for your squad to flank, bringing your team to victory.

David Veselka

Being the aggressive recon that I tend to be, I’m seriously eyeing up that ‘Hunter’ upgrade progression. I tend to Spot like a mad man when scoped in – be it a lack of confidence in my own shot, or a sense of duty to provide my team with the latest intel – so lighting up my enemies for a longer period of time is super beneficial. Sprint and Ammo simply allows me to be as aggressive as possible, or at least as aggressive as a Recon player can be. Being a big fan of the Radio Beacon, and T-UGS (yay for the return of Motion Balls in BF4), especially in game modes like Rush, I like to run up as far ahead as possible to a sneaky spot to lay down a tactical spawn point for my team and get a leg up on the objective. Also, considering the Recon’s lack of Close-Quarter weaponry, the extra grenade just gives you that slight edge when it comes to explosive fire power.

Killzone: Mercenary Public Beta Invites Being Sent Out, Begins This Tuesday

In addition to those who have a PS Plus subscription, or have gotten a Killzone: Mercenary Beta code through PS Hhome, Sony today sent out an emails for those who had registered for the beta from their website.

Screenshot_2

Killzone: Mercenary Public Multiplayer Beta will be available one week earlier to Plus subscribers and invited players, who’ll be able to use their Beta code starting this Tuesday, August 20th, after the PS Store has updated. Concerns were made earlier on multiple websites suggesting that the codes received from PS Home were useless, however, know that this is not the case as it was confirmed via the PS Blog.

Guerrilla Cambridge also outlined some details about the Beta, along with some tips to surviving it.

Surviving the Beta

Mercenary boasts a number of unique modes, innovative gameplay mechanics, and introduces a daily ranking system to make Mercenary the most advanced, addictive multiplayer experience on PS Vita.

What You Should Know

  • All money earned playing the game, in any mode, can be used to purchase new weapons and equipment from Blackjack (arms dealer). These purchases can then be used in both the single-player campaign and the multiplayer suite.
  • Once campaign missions have been completed, they can be replayed with additional contract objectives. These challenge contracts provide a set of objectives based around Covert, Demolition, and precision play-styles. They’re also a great way to earn V$.
  • Each campaign mission contains six pieces of Intel to retrieve. There are two ways of retrieving Intel: interrogate captains (marked on radar) or hacking Intel terminals. Collect all six pieces of Intel to unlock bonus Valor Cards for your Valor Collection.

The Valor System

The Valor system operates by assigning each member of the Killzone: Mercenary community a Valor Card. Your Valor Card represents your earning ability in the game, with Ace being the highest rank and Two being the lowest. You will be issued a new Valor Card once every 24 hours. Your new card will be based on your recent earnings compared to all other players. This means that the value of your card can go up as well as down!

Screen Shot 2013-08-17 at 6.16.29 PM

Screen Shot 2013-08-17 at 6.15.38 PM

In multiplayer, players will drop an instance of their Valor Card when they die. This card can then be collected for bonus V$, and the higher the Valor of the card, the greater the reward. The suit of a players Valor card represents the weapon type they have been using. To change suits a player must make consecutive kills with a specific type:

  • Clubs – make seven consecutive kills with an assault rifle or LMG
  • Hearts – make five consecutive kills with a secondary weapon
  • Spades – make three consecutive kills with a sniper rifle
  • Diamonds – make four consecutive kills with an SMG

Valor Cards collected in multiplayer and campaign (through retrieving Intel) are placed into your Valor Collection. Your Valor Collection is represented as a pack of cards and by making “hands” (four of a kind, flush, full deck) you will gain large V$ rewards.

Controls

When using sniper rifles, you can change the zoom magnification of the scope by dragging up and down on the rear touch pad when aiming down the sight.

8990380129_f4986523fe_z

VAN-Guard capsules are regularly fired into multiplayer maps and some single-player missions. These capsules contain a single-use VAN-guard that the player can deploy.

Most touch controls are also mapped to physical buttons:

  • Switch weapon = d-pad right
  • Deploy VAN-Guard = d-pad left
  • Grenade = d-pad down
  • Interact = press Triangle
  • Sprint = tap Circle when moving

The only enforced touch screen interactions are for Brutal Melee, hacking, levers, and some VAN-Guards.

Good Luck

The team at Guerrilla Cambridge put in a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to make Mercenary’s multiplayer package the most advanced experience to-date on PS Vita. We’re very excited for launch, but we think the Open Beta will definitely hold you over until September!

So, go ahead and check your emails now, and hopefully you’ll be able to join the fight this 20th. Otherwise, you can look forward to participating in the Beta on the 27th.

In Create-A-Soldier, you’ll be able to spend up to 8 points on perk usage, some of which cost more than others. To add to that, giving up your secondary weapons and equipment will allot you even more points to spend – up to 11 points total.

So, what to they all do?

A new image that has recently been circling Reddit (thanks, plokijuh1229) lists every perk in Call of Duty: Ghosts and describes what each does, along with showing you the icon. Now, the build which you’ve seen us playing is, of course, nowhere near the final version of the game, so we suggest taking the list with a grain of salt. Things could change by the game’s release on November 5.

Nevertheless, it’s best to start planning your loadouts ahead of time, so check out the list below.

Note that most perks in the Elite tier cost more points than perks in the other tiers. Perk costs are not included in the list above.

Xbox Live Arcade Review – Charlie Murder

With Microsoft’s yearly Summer Of Arcade promotion now upon us, you can be sure the company will be releasing some pretty big and unique arcade titles throughout the month of August. This week’s title, ‘Charlie Murder’, now available for 800 Microsoft Points/$9.99 USD, is no different.

Ska Studios, whom have created titles in the past such as the Dishwasher series, have crafted yet another memorable game in Charlie Murder, an 8-hour, drop-in drop-out, four-player co-op, punk-rock-styled, beat ’em up, side-scroller. The game has Charlie and his four playable band members (Lester, Kelly, Rex and Tommy, all playable in 4-player co-op) battling hordes of evil creatures on their journey to confront Lord Mortimer, their ex-band member and now front man to Charlie Murder’s rival band, Gore Quaffer. You see, he made a pact with satan to take you out, which brought apocalypse unto the world.

At first glance, it may seem that Charlie Murder is just another typical beat ’em up title. But under it’s hood, it offers tons of depth as it combines RPG elements, such as character progression and unique character skills like being able to summon demons to help you and your fellow band mates with the ‘Anar-chi’, which serves as this games ‘mana’.  It can only be collected by visiting a tattoo parlor and can offer you different powerful skills, depending on the artist who’s inking your body.

Charlie Murder also features various loot drops, such as shirts, hats or gloves, that not only allow you to customize your character cosmetically, but also changw your attributes to make you stand out from the crowd. You can add Wolverine-esque claws on your hands which buff up your characters melee attack speed, for example. So, be sure to always be on the look out for items that can fit your play style.

Of course, no real beat ’em up game would be complete without an arsenal of weapons and items that you can use to slay anything your way and, boy, does Charlie Murder have a wide variety of items that you can use to turn anything into a gory mess of red mist. You can even use limbs or organs from your decapitated foes, including arms or brains, as well as firearms such as a flare guns and a shotguns, or even slap some foes down with some fresh produce in surprisingly smooth yet chaotic gameplay.

If you find yourself  needing a break from all the gore and and various missions like taking on witches as an uzi-totting broom flying rocker, you can easily enjoy the surprisingly vibrant art style and indulge in some PVP action by visiting one of the PVP arenas where you and your fellow band mates can finally settle whose band this really is. As well as become a beer brewer. In this game, beers are like potions that can only be completed if you have the right ingredients which randomly drop from enemies, rewarding you with special attributes or “buffs”.

But with every good thing, there’s always the bad, and in Charlie Murder, it can sometimes be rather apparent. Checkpoints seem far and few, making your death that much more painful as you will have to clear the whole stage all over again and, once more, defeat any previously defeated enemies, leading to some time consuming and frustrating moments.

Additionally, Charlie Murder’s version of a smartphone, which is used to spend any skill points you received from levelling up in four categories (attack, speed, magic and defense), or to gain new abilities such as being able to perform a powerful attack with one of your bandmates. The thing is, it can be a hassle to access or even read what’s being displayed. It takes aways from interesting features like ‘Squ.iddl.us’, their version of Twitter, except that the more followers you earn, the higher the level you will be, as followers grants you experience points in the game.

However, despite the few issues that the smartphone presents, it does feature a cool little mechanic: If you were to find a QR code in your time playing the game, you can press down on the d-pad to bring up your phone’s camera to take a picture of it. Doing so will grant you a free item such as new clothing and food.

4 / 5

Despite Ska Studios making some rookie mistakes in a beat ’em up game, Charlie Murder still manages to deliver a very fun and addicting game experience thanks to the depth of customization, RPG elements and its high replay value due to a surprisingly lengthy campaign and things to do to kill time if you don’t feel like playing the story. Charlie Murder gets 4 stars out of 5 and is worth the purchase if you have some currency laying around.

Battlefield 4 – Factions, Classes, Gadgets, Suppression and Field Upgrades Detailed

Battlefield 4 developers DICE have released a ton of multiplayer info about the game today, showing off the new look of Battlefield 4’s factions and classes, as well as detailing each class, improvements to gadgets, tweaks to suppression and how field upgrades work.

Let’s start by taking a look at the three factions being introduced in Battlefield 4; China, Russia, and the US. Over on the latest Battlefield Blog, the studio posted these high-resolution character renders of each class from each faction. Check them out!

Classes

Developors also went in-depth with each class, describing some of the changes made to the Engineer, Support, Recon and Assault since Battlefield 3.

Engineer

This time around the Engineer has a lot more variation in anti-vehicle weapons. We’ve also revamped the way we do vehicle disables and guided weapon systems to give the Engineer a broader set of tactics at his disposal. This includes everything from high damage weapons that may be more challenging to use (like RPG-7V2) to fire-and-forget smart weapons with low damage (like the MBT LAW), and the fan favorite Wire Guided Engineer Missile (the FGM-172 SRAW) that you might recognize from Battlefield 2.

Support

The Support kit has a few more offensive options, and thanks to community feedback will retain his C4 and Claymores from Battlefield 3. The XM25 gives him some nice indirect suppressive fire, a redesigned remote mortar allows him to use indirect fire from a distance, and the ability to equip carbines and DMRs gives him an added versatility in combat roles.

Recon

Recon has gotten a much needed boost to mobility, as well as the return of the Spec Ops play style from Battlefield 2. Pack a carbine, C4 (or Claymores), and Motion Sensors and you’re good to go behind enemy lines. Fans of more traditional sniping roles will enjoy our revamped sniping mechanics with rebalanced Sniper Rifles, the ability to zero your sights (set an aiming distance), and additional optics and accessories. Finally, the Recon players can still utilize the MAV, T-UGS, and Radio Beacon to help out their team.

Assault

Assault is still the frontline run-and-gun kit that also serves the role of combat medic. This was one of the major changes in Battlefield 3 compared to Battlefield 2, and one that players have really appreciated. Assault is still the go-to kit with med kits and defibrillators but has picked up some additional mobility with the First Aid Pack, which heals a single soldier over time, or the 40mm Flash Bang rounds to help clear rooms.

Gadgets

DICE also mentioned in the blog that Kits, Gadgets and Specializations will now help squads to remain more mobile, as opposed to having to remain stationary to operate a gadget, for example.

Some new gadgets include:

  • Portable Laser Designator – “a SOFLAM for the Recon on the run – allowing you to quickly laser designate targets without the longer setup time of a SOFLAM (with the tradeoff of not being able to deploy it and have it auto-designate targets for you.)”
  • First Aid and Ammo Packs – “allow Assault and Support players to top off a single teammate’s health or ammo on the move, while the traditional Ammo Box and Med Kit keep their stationary area heal and resupply roles.”

Suppression

Suppression has always been a big point of contention since Battlefield 3. Here’s how DICE is tweaking it for Battlefield 4.

We’re increasing the suppression effect of Light Machine Guns, exclusive to the Support kit, while other weapons are less suppressive. Additionally, we’ve decreased suppression at close range to ensure that close quarters battles always focus sharply on player skill. Besides changing the visual effects of suppression, we’re also replacing the accuracy penalty in Battlefield 3 with a scope sway effect – similar to what snipers get in Battlefield 3 while suppressed. A skilled, focused player can keep his aim on target and get hits, even while under the effects of Suppression.

Field Upgrades

Field upgrades are being re-introduced to the series, but with a bit of an overhaul. DICE explains how they will be integrated into the gameplay.

Each of the playable kits: Engineer, Recon, Assault, and Support, have four upgrade careers to choose between. Two of these are global and usable for any kit – one of them focusing on Offense and one on Defense. Offense starts with SPRINT and goes through AMMO, MORE GRENADES, and REDUCED FALL. These give you quicker sprint speed, more available ammo magazines, one extra hand grenade, and allows you to fall from greater heights without taking any damage, respectively. This universal upgrade path is great for players who enjoy being at the front lines and leading the charge.

Meanwhile, the Defense path will net you ARMOR, COVER, FLAK, and QUICK REGEN. These grant you increased protection from shots to the chest, a decreased rate of being suppressed, decreased damage from explosions, and a shorter time span before the out-of-combat health regeneration kicks in. If you are more defensive-minded, perhaps playing as Support from the sidelines, this can be an excellent choice.

Besides the two universal Offense and Defense Field Upgrade careers, you will also be able to choose between two upgrade paths that are unique to your class and allow an increased specialization in specific combat roles. So while the Assault kit has the unique Combat Medic and Grenadier upgrade paths, Engineer can choose between specializing in the roles of either a Mechanic or Anti-Tank soldier. The first of these is all about repairing your own vehicles, while the latter deals with taking out enemy armor.

Lastly, DICE wants you to vote on a third upgrade path that they are putting up to a poll on the latest blog. The winning selection will actually make it into Battlefield 4 multiplayer, so you’ll definitely want to choose wisely. We’ll leave the description of each below, but be sure to visit the blog right here to cast your vote

Which one are you voting for?

Also, let us know in the comments what new tweaks to Battlefield 4 multiplayer have you most excited!

Details Emerge on PC-Exclusive Legacy of Kain: Nosgoth, May Come to Other Platforms

Nosgoth’s existence was revealed accidentally last month, but there were few details regarding the first multiplayer entry in the Legacy of Kain series. Thanks to a new Q&A session with community manager George Kellion, we know more specifics on what Legacy of Kain: Nosgoth is and isn’t.

Considering the setting, Nosgoth seemed to be a shoe-in for the MOBA or MMO genre. Turns out that is not the case for Nosgoth as Kellion clarified:

Nosgoth is not an MMO. It’s a competitive online multiplayer experience (…with a bit of a twist). Nosgoth will not be an MMORPG and Nosgoth doesn’t look or play anything like DoTA2 or LoL.

While Nosgoth is unlike any other competitive online multiplayer game that I’ve played or am familiar with, the closest comparison is probably Unreal Championship 2. Not sure if Nosgoth is all that similar, but I suppose it’s closer to that than a traditional LoK game, an MMO or a MOBA.

Nosgoth is a third-person game; there’s no first-person camera available.

Kellion also stated that Nosgoth is currently intended for PC only and not for the mobile market, but it could expand to other platforms in the future. An interesting post over on NeoGAF by Mama Robotnik not only contains plenty of artwork for the cancelled single-player entry Legacy of Kain: Dead Sun, but also speculates how the multiplayer only Nosgoth came about. Dead Sun was intended to be a PS4 launch title and was set to include a multiplayer component. With Dead Sun cancelled, it seems the multiplayer component was pulled from the ashes and made into Nosgoth. Considering the series strong attachment to Sony consoles, it seems likely Nosgoth could eventually be released for the system it was being built for.

Kellion was quick to point out that Nosgoth was revealed a bit earlier than intended. Those looking for screenshots and videos, much less a definitive release date, will have to wait.

Q: Is there any specific date (or season) that you are all planning on revealing Nosgoth?”

A: Yes, but I can’t reveal what it is yet. We announced the game early and gave details on its context, but I’m afraid there’s gonna be a bit of a gap between now and the time we release screenshots etc.

Right now, we’re all heads-down and nose to the grindstone in the preparation phase, getting all the various materials in place etc, and we want to make sure that the game feels right before speaking about it more plainly and openly.”

Kellion seemed to place a particular emphasis on the variety of weapons that will be included in the game. While no bullets will be present, expect to see swords, crossbows, and flamethrowers.
