Ghost Recon Breakpoint Update 1.10 July 23 Released

Ubisoft has not only performed a server maintenance for Ghost Recon Breakpoint today, but released a patch too! The Ghost Recon Breakpoint update 1.10 July 23 patch has been deployed during maintenance, and given we just got the big Title Update 2.1.0 last week, this is for fixes mainly.

Head on below for the estimated patch file sizes for each platform, downtime schedule and more.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Update 1.10 July 23 patch notes:

Ghosts,

We will be performing a maintenance on Friday, July 24 at 11:00 CEST / 05:00 EDT / 02:00 PDT to deploy a hotfix for the crash issues post TU 2.1.0.

Platforms: PC, Xbox One, PS4, Google Stadia.

Estimated downtime: 1 hour.

Patch Size:

  • PC: 1.36 Gb
  • Xbox One: 217 Mb
  • PlayStation®4 system: 205 Mb

Patch Notes:

  • Fixed an issue that caused the game instance to crash after TU 2.1.0.

Yep, that’s basically it. That said, the patch last week did brought in AI teammates, a new event and lots more. In case you haven’t checked the game out yet, it seems to have progressed quite a bit from our initial review.

If you spot any gameplay-related changes introduced in this patch, share ’em below in the comments and we’ll update the post once we find out if they’re legit changes.

New Call of Duty Warzone Season 5 Teaser Hint at Stadium Changes in Verdansk

Yesterday, we posted teasers Infinity Ward sent to streamers for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 5. Given how Modern Warfare and Call of Duty Warzone are intertwined when it comes to these things, it seems a Call of Duty Warzone Season 5 teaser has made its way out.

Today, YouTuber Jackfrags was sent a package with a letter, and a rook chess piece that housed a USB stick (Rook is a character in Modern Warfare 2). What’s inside the stick? Well, it’s a super short teaser video. You can check out the full unboxing video below (it is a nice package) or check out just the teaser clip as well.

https://twitter.com/jackfrags/status/1286057962998571008

ModernWarzone compiled all the teasers released so far into one video:

While we know this is for Call of Duty Warzone Season 5 teaser, this is a lot of work for just a new season. Chances are, this is for the Call of Duty 2020 reveal as well, which is why streamers and YouTubers are being roped in. It’s not like news of Activision using Warzone to announce this year’s Call of Duty is any secret either.

Whatever the case is, we’re definitely intrigued at what it is, and chances are, we’ll be getting more teases as we get nearer tothe August 5 date.

Do you think this is just for Modern Warfare (and Call of Duty Warzone) Season 5 or something bigger?

Ubisoft Clarifies That Their Next-Gen Game Prices Will Remain $60 When PS5 and Xbox Series Launch

With next-gen consoles releases happening later this year, many had wondered if we would see a price increase in games. Recently, NBA 2K21 saw a $10 increase for their next-gen versions, leading many to think that this would become a new standard. Thankfully, at least for Ubisoft, the company plans on releasing their next-gen titles this Holiday for the same price of $60. This was revealed by the publisher during its quarterly earnings call today.

Speaking during the quarterly Ubisoft earning call, Ubisoft’s chief executive officer Yves Guillemot and Chief Financial Officer Frédérick Duguet replied to a question revolving around the increase in the price of next-gen titles, and if the company was planning on increasing their prices.

“For the Christmas games, we plan to come with the same price than the previous generation of consoles and that’s what we focus on at the moment,” Guillemot said.

They didn’t classify whether or not they would remain the same price throughout the entire generation of next-gen consoles as the question was pertaining to the launch window of next-gen.

In addition to that, Reddit user ag_android has even compiled a list of games that are being discounted in the Summer Sale at their all-time lowest prices. If it’s not in the list below, there’s a chance that Sony can ring up another PSN sale and that game will be cheaper then (case in point: Death Stranding).

Here are the games with the all0-ime lowest prices that’s included in the Summer Sale:

It’s been a good month to be a PlayStation gamer in July so far. Gamers got the excellent Ghost of Tsushima last week, and we even got a look at the PS5 controller in action.

PUBG Season 8 Patch Notes Listed, Here’s What’s New on PC

PUBG Corp. has unleashed PUBG Season 8 on PC today! This is called the PUBG 8.1 patch and as one might expect, there’s a ton in it. Read on for the PUBG Season 8 patch notes. For console players, this will drop on June 30.

PUBG Season 8 Patch Notes:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfuIdJ4BkbM&feature=youtu.be

Sanhok Remaster – Return to Sanhok

The main feature of update 8.1 is of course Sanhok, which has been reworked from the ground up to look better, perform better, and offer more balanced gameplay. We wanted Sanhok to feel more like a forgotten, overgrown paradise while addressing some of the most glaring balance issues we’ve seen over the last couple of years. We’re happy with what we’ve created and hope you are as well. Read on below for some snippets on what we’ve changed in some of the island’s more prominent areas.

Sanhok Season 8 Key landmark changes

Bootcamp

Bootcamp has been completely reworked. We wanted to keep this a hot drop location, while improving the feel and competitive conflict in the area. There is plenty of line of sight for long range engagements but also lots of cover for players to advance on opponents. There are underground areas for aggressive close quarters combat as well. Overall, we feel the changes have amplified the risk vs reward gameplay players want from a hot drop, while giving everyone more options to best approach different situations.

Quarry

The old version of Quarry was a beloved, yet terribly imbalanced experience. We’ve done a lot of work here to make this unique location fun and fair for those who find themselves in it. The stone blocks are now larger to provide better cover from opponents with the high ground and we’ve added some perilous rope bridges to give players more options for crossing without having to go through or around. All in all, Quarry should now be a meaningful destination for players who want long firefights and non-conventional engagements.

Airfield (Previously Mongnai)

We’ve replaced the farm area in the Northeast with a new Airfield. The farm never quite got the attention we were hoping it would, so we’ve added some incentives for players to drop on this part of the island. The main incentive being that the Airfield, perhaps unsurprisingly, now has a chance to spawn the Motor Glider! This is the only place you can find it on Sanhok, so grab a gas can and take to the skies!

Getaway (Previously Docks)

The old docks were fun, but generally were low in the loot department, especially for a drop that far away. Our replacement is the Getaway, a loot packed resort town designed to separate tourists from their money. Featuring poolside bars, a boardwalk, Sanhok’s premiere dance club, there’s plenty of neon haze to go around. Just don’t let it distract you from why you’re there.

Ruins

While the structure of the Ruins itself was always hotly contested, the areas surrounding it posed a severe disadvantage for anyone walking out without the proper gear. We’ve reworked this area to make ruins the massive, labyrinthine, and deadly destination it should be, with plenty of loot for those willing to raid its treasures.

Mountain

The mountainous area in Sanhok certainly make for topographical diversity, but when it came to actual gameplay implications, there were a number of issues here. Players caught up here with the blue zone approaching were left with few options, one of which was jumping and hoping for the best- a few of you have probably been there. The other is the straight up high ground advantage with little to no counterplay for those caught below. With these thoughts in mind, we’ve added additional pathways to reach it, adding some flanking options for the team with the high ground to defend against.

Cave

We’ve redesigned the Cave to have the fiction we’d always wanted it to have. You can still get your thrills through the scariest vertical pool drop in PUBG, but now there’s a cool subterranean temple waiting for you to explore, should you survive the fall.

River

Our main goal with the River was to give players more options to traverse it. Original Sanhok had very few places to cross without diving straight into the water, so we’ve added more bridges for crossing, additional cover on some existing bridges, and more cover on river banks should firefights open up there.

Pai Nan / Khao / Sahmee / Kampong

These towns have all received some reworking, adding verticality, interesting things to explore, new ways to fight, and most importantly, great venues to battle over the new Loot Truck as it passes through each town. In some cases, the changes are minor, such as simply widening the road so the truck can pass through to bigger reworks to create more interesting ways to battle.

Bhan

While a cool locale, Bhan was underused and a pain to loot. We’ve removed Bhan and replaced it with a normal set of houses so that we can focus on using those resources for unique locations elsewhere. Due to the more simplified and familiar building layout, this area should now be a more defensible position to loot and control.

New Feature: Loot Truck

The Loot Truck is a brand new feature that gives players an additional, albeit risky, way to gear up. Trucks spawn in one of several garages around the island and drive along roads, enticing players to attack them. As these trucks take damage, they’ll drop some loot and continue on their way. Players persistent enough to destroy the truck will be rewarded with an even bigger cache of weapons and gear for you and your squad. Be careful when attacking these rolling behemoths, though- they can take a lot of damage and doing so will certainly draw some attention.

  • Up to four Loot trucks are spawned at the start of the match.
  • Each truck is spawned separately inside of one the special garages scattered around the map.
  • When a truck is destroyed, a new truck will be spawned from the garage.
  • A total of 8 Loot Trucks can spawn in a single match.

The Loot

  • Loot Trucks can be damaged and destroyed with weapons/throwables.
  • However, the loot truck takes reduced damage compared to other vehicles, due to its heavy armor.
  • Small or large lootable containers fall from the Loot Truck as it’s damaged.
  • Upon being destroyed, Loot Trucks explode and give access to a large amount of top tier loot, including possible exclusive weapon loot.
  • Exclusive weapons are pre-skinned, specially named weapons decked out with attachments.

Loot Trucks do not currently spawn in Ranked Matches.

Sanhok Balance Update

The Remastered Sanhok will feature mostly similar item spawns compared to previous version of Sanhok.

Although there are some changes:

  • Panzerfaust added to world loot
  • C4 has been removed from Sanhok.
  • Vehicle spawns adjusted, with some removed to facilitate the new Loot Truck routes.

Weather

  • Remastered Sanhok will feature clear day, sunrise, sunset, and overcast weather types.

Other Changes

  • Due to the remake of ‘Getaway’ (previously Docks), Docks has been removed from TDM.
  • Updated Sanhok will be available in both Normal/Ranked matches as well as in Custom matches.
  • Old Sanhok will be no longer available in all game modes.
  • New Sanhok themed lobby and BGM has been added.
  • Adjusted the fade effect of the Blue Zone walls to look more natural.

Survivor Pass: Payback

With the new season comes a new Survivor Pass! Survivor Pass: Payback lets you earn nearly 100 new skins as you explore the remastered island of Sanhok. Complete special missions to unlock unique weapon skins and face paints. We’ve also increased the XP you can earn through playing and surviving, up to 7200 XP per day just by playing the game!

Mission Tab Adjustments

The following 3 mission tabs have been removed:

  • Community Mission
  • Progression Mission
  • Beginner Mission

Changes in Season missions

  • All mission sets are now available at season launch, rather than the previous system of unlocking new mission tracks on a monthly basis.
  • Complete all 4 types of Sanhok related missions to earn 4 unique weapon skins

Challenge Mission

  • These are challenging missions based on survival
  • They are composed of total 16 missions, with the opportunity to earn you 4 face cover/camo items.

Survivor Pass XP

  • Players will now be able to acquire more XP proportional to the time survived in normal/ranked matches.
  • Players can earn approx. 600XP per 1 hour of normal gameplay and up to 7200 XP per day.

Gameplay

Gas Can Improvements

The Gas Can improvements, which were postponed from update 7.2, are now back with some changes!

  • Changes from 7.2 patch
    • Spilled fuel was too easy to be spotted making difficult for players to make ambushes.
    • Fuel now blends much better into the environment making it more difficult to spot.
    • Fuel now splatters in puddles so once its lit, the flaming area is similar to that of a molotov.
    • In Training Mode, we have decreased the number of Gas Cans and reduced how often they spawn.
  • You can now equip Gas Cans in the melee weapon slot.
  • Press “attack” to pour gas on the ground. It takes around 7 seconds to empty the can.
  • Spilled fuel can be set on fire with gunshots, molotovs, and grenade explosions.
    • Fire deals the same damage as a molotov, but burns longer (~20 seconds).
    • Spilled fuel evaporates in about 3.5 minutes.
  • You can also throw the Gas Cans the same way as melee weapons (aim, then press attack), which causes it to release some fuel upon landing, making it easier to ignite and explode.
    • Gas Cans cannot be picked up or reused after being thrown, but can still explode.
  • Changes to Gas Can explosions:
    • Deals less initial damage. Max 40 dmg, which scales down with distance from the explosion.
    • Now sets the nearby area on fire like a molotov, dealing damage over time

Matchmaking Changes – NA, SA, OC Only

Featured Map & Random Map has been enabled.

  • Featured Map: Sanhok
  • Random Map: Erangel, Miramar, Vikendi and Karakin
    FPP/TPP
  • The featured map option will be available in normal matches until 8.2 update, where it will revert to full random. This may occur earlier,  depending on matchmaking times.

Ranked Mode

New Season

A new Ranked Season has begun. Ranked Rewards for Season 7 will be distributed to players shortly after launching into the new season.

  • Vikendi has been added to the Ranked map pool.
  • Player ranks have been reset
    • Players will be given their initial rank after 5 placement matches.
    • RP has been soft-reset, so your initial Season 8 placement will be influenced by your Season 7 rank.
  • Leaderboards have been reset

Game Mode Updates

  • Team placements
    • RP(Ranked Point) acquired based on players performance will have to account for Team placement rather than individual placement
    • When a player leaves a match even though teammates are still alive, placement points will be calculated based on the team placement at the very moment when the player leaves the match. If the player decides to stay with the teammates and the team wins the chicken dinner, the player’s placement point will be considered as 1st place.
  • Bonus kill points
    • When killing an enemy player whose rank is higher than 5 divisions, (ex. Silver 5 killing Gold 5 player) player will be able to earn a bonus RP.
    • The greater the difference in rank tiers, the more bonus RP granted to players.
    • Killing a higher ranked player will grant bonus BP.
  • RP Growth rate adjustment
    • In order to have players reach the rank best matching their skills, we have adjusted the RP growth rate 50% greater.
  • The minimum Survival Mastery level to participate in Ranked Mode has been increased to level 40 (previously level 20).

Ranked Mode Ruleset Update

With Vikendi being added to Ranked Mode, we’ve made some Ranked specific changes to the map and some additional changes across Ranked Mode as a whole.

  • Vikendi is now playable in Ranked mode.
    • Vikendi’s Blue Zone has been adjusted to more closely align with Ranked Mode circles.
    • Red Zone is disabled in Ranked.
  • Item Spawns
    • M249 and DBS are now world spawns in small numbers.
    • Mosin-Nagant is now spawned on Erangel and Vikendi.
    • A small amount of Crossbows now spawn in the world.
  • Vehicles
    • Vehicles can now spawn in the Esports hard spawn locations.
      • However, in Ranked Mode, there is not a 100% chance they spawn in those locations.
    • Motor Gliders now spawn in Ranked.
      • Motor Glider is only spawned on Erangel andMiramar.
      • Motor Glider will have small amount of fuel ready in the tank upon spawning.
  • Flare Gun
    • You can no-longer call in the BRDM-2 with a Flare Gun.
      • It was proving a bit more powerful than we expected.

Survival Mastery

  • Maximum amount of Survival mastery XP available per match is now set to 1500XP.

Performance

  • Optimized unnecessary processes during opening and closing UI such as inventory and maps to reduce hitching.
  • Desynchronized how the game loads inventory icons to reduce hitching during the icon loading process.
  • The game now pre-loads the Blue Zone prior to match start to prevent hitching when the first Blue Zone spawns.
  • Optimized the physical actors (objects) to improve CPU performance.
  • Implemented thread scheduling optimizations to improve CPU performance.

Footstep Sound Re-Design And Remaster

In order to provide better sounds, the following improvements has been made:

Dreams Update 2.16 July 22 patch notes:

What’s New

  • Inside The Box – A showcase for Dreams VR, with examples and inspirations to kick-start community creations, such as games, kits and more. Note that while this content can be played with any of our control methods, the wireless controller with motion sensor function is optimal. Can also be played without a VR headset.

Box Maze – Use the power of grabbing to help the cube bots find their way through the maze.

Box Blaster – Put your sharp-shooting and speed-running skills to the test in this futuristic blaster.

Box Escape – Jump, dive and resize your way outside the box.

  • All Aboard VR – An introduction to VR in Dreams, highlighting the different settings and controls used to play in VR.
  • VR How Tos – Four new How To videos, featuring tips for creating VR experiences and exploring the new gadgets you’ll find in Edit Mode.
    • 10 Top Tips: Creating VR Dreams – 10 great best-practices tips to think about when designing VR experiences in Dreams.
    • How To… Use the Head/Camera Tracker – Learn how to use the new Head/Camera Tracker, a brand new gadget which, in combination with the Look Cursor Sensor, allows you to track a player’s head movements to get even more out of your logic.
    • How To… Use the Hand/Imp Tracker – Learn how to use the new Hand/Imp Tracker, which lets you keep track of the location of your player’s imp, what it’s pointing at and what it grabs. You can even replace the imp with something else!
    • How To… Create 3D Audio in VR – Learn how to use 3D sound within VR, to make your games feel even more immersive, when playing with headphones plugged into the VR headset.

  • VR Filtering Options – Specify whether you want to see VR content in the Dreamiverse.
  • Flip Menu Buttons – If using the left-handed setting and swapping often between motion controllers and wireless controller, turning this on keeps the ordering of buttons in the create menus consistent.
  • Comfort Mode – For VR users. When enabled, camera motion is reduced or removed.
  • VR Experience Ratings – Allows players to rate the level of VR experience for which they feel creations are suitable. This rating will appear on a creation’s thumbnail in search.
    • 1 – For those new to VR
    • 2 – For those with some experience of VR
    • 3 – For those experienced in VR
  • VR Compatibility Labels – Allows creators to specify the suitability of creations for VR.

  • Reel – Once you’ve grabbed onto something with your imp beam, you can use Reel to easily move it toward or away from you.
  • Camera Change – VR only: Right stick moves the camera up and down, rather than rotating it. Useful for VR players to preserve the horizon line for orientation.

Other Improvements

  • Blank Puppets – New tweak for puppets: Camera follows the puppet when sliding down a surface.
  • Updates to Zip – Zip allows users to zoom in to objects in edit mode. In VR it can be used multiple times on the same object to get progressively closer to it. It can also be used on open space to teleport forwards by a fixed amount.
  • Directional Button Controls – These controls are disabled when in VR.
  • Menu (Wireless Controller) – In VR, instead of the menu opening at the top of the screen, it opens in front of the player. It can be dragged up and down to a position where they find it most comfortable. Some elements of the UI, such as the contextual buttons on the right hand side, or the mode icon/thermometer on the left, are now docked onto panels to the left/right of the player, which can also be dragged in/out.
  • Various other additions, fixes and improvements to support VR in Dreams.

Black Desert Online Update 1.49 July 22 Sneaks Out, Brings Hashashin Class & More

Looking for new Black Desert Online content? Pearl Abyss has just rolled out the big Black Desert Online update 1.49 July 22 patch and it brings the Hashashin class, changes to damage calculations and more! Read on below for the full patch notes.

Black Desert Online Update 1.49 July 22 patch notes:

Behind a curtain of red colored ash to the North of Valencia, a sentry stands tall. His curved Sashmir in one hand, the dual bladed Haladie in the other. Aryeli’s Gate is locked in a perpetual war against chaos. The Hashashin stands as one of the few dedicated enough to fight back the hellish monsters that frequently try to escape the area into the civilizations that lie to the south. With the blessing’s of Aal, the ability to control sandstorms is at his command.

The Hashashin is a class that is designed to be played easily, with combo’s that flow almost seamlessly. Yet in the hands of a player that knows the class thoroughly, the Hashashin will prove to be an incredibly formidable foe on the battlefield. Find out more in the GM notes: HERE

The Rich Merchants Ring feels like nothing more than a rumor, a whisper on the Valencian breeze. Yet it’s existence is in fact real, and it is an item that is currently obtainable within Black Desert. With its incredible scarcity, we are rolling out a new way to obtain pieces of this item once new regions make their way to Black Desert Console.

What is the Rich Merchant’s Ring
The rich merchants ring is a ring that gives you Market Silver Collection +5% (essentially tax reduction). It is the rarest of all treasure items in Black Desert, with its acquisition methods still up for debate.

Using the Rich Merchant’s Ring will apply an effect permanently onto your family, which will be visible in the Central Market Window. Once used, the item will remain even though the buff does not require it to be worn.

To obtain the Rich Merchant’s Ring pieces you need to decipher the following clues:

First Piece
Search the fingers of a specter wandering the forest of death where even spirits dare not tread.

Second Piece
Search the soul of a boss gone berserk after being possessed by the Black Spirit.

Third Piece
Search the gracious bounty of the goddess of the Great Ocean, Oquilla.

Fourth Piece
Search the valley filled with cries in an inaccessible and arid land.

Final Piece
A spotted pattern, currently undecipherable.

Gather Corals of seas long embraced by the sun and heavens. Ready stones of fiery passion and azure truth until they shine resplendent. Then all that remains is the finishing touch, the heart of the ring: The resplendent gemstone of resurrection.

The first piece can be acquired after Ash Forest releases.
The fourth piece can be acquired after the O’dylita region launches.

To give adventurers a taste of what is to come, the Old Moon Trade Pass has been added to the game. Take a Shimmering Piece of the Old Moon to an Old Moon manager and you will receive an Old Moon Trade Pass. Using this item will consume it, and you can see the effect on your central market window. The Old Moon Trade Pass does come with limitations, but it has the same effect as the Rich Merchant’s Ring.

– Old Moon Trade Pass effect can only be applied to one item, this includes cases where the same item is sold in a stack.
– Withdrawing listed items will negate the effect and it will be consumed.
-The effect will be applied even if you use the Partial Collect function.

This latest update has added Russian as a language for adventurers to play the game in. If you have your system set in the Russian Language, Black Desert will now open and show menus, quests and more in the Russian language.

We are reducing the frequency of Shai main and off-hand weapon drops in Tshira Ruins, Blood Wolf Settlement and Sherekhan Necropolis. We will be reducing the frequency of Shai equipment drops by around 50%, while increasing the drop rates of Dragon Scale Fossils by around 25%.

Over in Pila Ku, the Chief Warden has had a bit of a change of heart, so the quest ‘Frenzy-infested Jail is now a little easier than before:

Before: Take down Sordid Deportee x100
After: Take down Sordid Deportee x20

In Balenos, Daphne DelLucci of DelLucci Farm requires your help. Balenos Forest is overrun with bears, wolves and all kinds of other critters continually attack the DelLucci farm. Although she does not want to trouble great adventurers with killing these pests, she wants Hunter Seals to give to the local hunters to do that work for her. She is therefore offering great rewards in exchange for the seals.

Quest Name Item Exchange Reward
[Daily] How to Scare Boars I Hunter’s Seal x40 Sharp Black Crystal Shard x1
[Daily] How to Scare Boars II Hunter’s Seal x200 Sharp Black Crystal Shard x5
[Daily] How to Scare Boars III Hunter’s Seal x600 Sharp Black Crystal Shard x15
[Daily] How to Scare Bears I Hunter’s Seal x20 Hard Black Crystal Shard x1
[Daily] How to Scare Bears II Hunter’s Seal x100 Hard Black Crystal Shard x5
[Daily] How to Scare Bears III Hunter’s Seal x300 Hard Black Crystal Shard x15

-‘Hunter’s Seal’ Item description has been changed to include that you can take them to Daphne DelLucci to exchange them for Hard and Sharp Black Crystal Shards.

Black Desert Online Update 1.49 July 22 Other Quest Changes
● Awakening quests will now appear in the Main Quest window of the Black Spirit quest window once a character reaches level 56. (This change will also apply to Shai Talent quests).
● You will now be able to accept the quest ‘[Special III] Confronting Ancient Puturum (1/w)’ from the Black Spirit. Accept the quest after completing part one of the Valencia main quests and gain the knowledge of the ‘Reanimated Ancient Puturum’. To complete this quest, just talk to the Black Spirit and you will get the Ancient Puturum Summon Scroll x1 as the reward.
– You can gain knowledge of the ‘Reanimated Ancient Puturum’ through the quest [Special III] Divine Power (1/w). Once you have the knowledge, you can no longer accept ‘[Special III] Divine Power (1/W)’, but can accept [Special III] Confronting Ancient Puturum (1/W) instead.
● You can now talk to Freharau at Port Epheria after completing the Calpheon main quest ‘Looking for Adventurers’ to get the knowledge ‘Monarch of Darkness, Belmorn.’
● Added a conversation option to obtain knowledge of the following NPCs if you failed to do so after your first encounter with them:
Elinke Visamin, Ramlo, Lebyos, Marsella, Atui Balacs, Merrel, Arteedman.

Black Desert Online Update 1.49 July 22 [Item Changes]
To entice more people to craft and sell craftable costumes, we have increased the max price of certain craftable costumes. These price increases apply to all class costumes of that type (i.e Lahn Garnier Troupe Garb has increased, as has the Musa Garnier Troupe Garb.)

Costume Name Previous Max Price New Max Price
Serendian Smith Garb 840,000 1,800,000
Termian Casual Wear 920,000 2,400,000
Ahon Kirus’ Armor 2,100,000 6,000,000
Serendian Formal Suit 1,870,000 2,490,000
Orwen’s Travel Wear 1,350,000 2,700,000
Jarette’s Armor 3,000,000 6,000,000
Delphe Knight Armor 2,400,000 6,000,000
Shroud Knight Armor 2,030,000 2,900,000
Black Leopard Armor 1,650,000 3,200,000
Garnier Troupe Garb 920,000 1,500,000

We have also fixed the following issues:
● Fixed an issue where the Sailor renewal contract was available through the amity store. This item is no longer purchasable at this time.
● Changed the tool tip for the ‘Golden Seal [Imperial Training]’ so it now correctly states it requires 5 seals to exchange for the Fine Horse Trainer’s Clothes

Black Desert Online Update 1.49 July 22 [UI Changes]
● The ship information window exterior slot icon will now show an appropriate icon for each type of boat.
● Items in stock at Trade Managers will now update immediately when goods are placed in the shopping cart.
● Added commas to separate the numbers in the prices on the trade menu Quotation Board
● The UI of the Altar of Blood relic damage gauge has been changed.
● Moved the name of the Altar of Blood relic to the bottom of its circular gauge.
● Fixed an issue where the Guild Auction window could not be opened after the auction was over.

One of the biggest changes in this update is the class-based damage ratio each class would have against others. Since we are overhauling these numbers, we will be revealing the damage ratio to each class, and how they have changed in this update.

These damage ratio numbers affect the end damage done to a different class, and by closing the variance of the damage ratios, we are evening out the battlefield while keeping class identities intact. We will continue to work on balance, and this is a necessary step along the way.

There will be some hefty balance changes to the PvP damage in skills, but with the changes in the class damage ratio, these numbers will not be as impactful as they are at first glance.

We have also looked at all classes Black Spirit Rage skills. In particular, the 100% and 200% Black Spirit rage skills have been adjusted, either toning down the damage or increasing it to match the intended ‘lethality’ of the skills.

[All Classes]
We have made some improvements to the Crowd Control and Debuff effects.

● Improved an issue where debuffs and crowd control effects were intermittently not applying as intended.
● Improved an issue where certain debuffs and crowd control effects were not displaying correctly.
● Improved an issue where characters who were under the effect of certain crowd control skills would not be where they were intended to be.

● Increased the Warrior’s damage ratio by around 3.1%

World of Tanks Update 1.59 July 21 Patch Brings Crossplay & 5.0 Content

Wargaming has released the big World of Tanks 5.0 patch on PS4 and Xbox One as part of the July 21 eight-hour maintenance period! Players will see this as the World of Tanks update 1.59 July 21 patch that brings crossplay into the fold and more! Read on below for the patch notes.

World of Tanks Update 1.59 July 21 patch notes:

5.0 Update Sizes:

  • Xbox One: ~9.7GB
  • PS4: ~9.7GB

World of Tanks Update 1.59 July 21 Features / Improvements / Changes

The time has come to say farewell to the Xbox 360 version of the game. Xbox 360 players will no longer be able to access the game; instead, they’ll be greeted with a farewell message any time they load the game.

As they say, however, every ending is always a new beginning. The same holds true here, starting with a new IPX (Initial Player Experience)!

The new IPX we’re introducing is designed to create a better flow for players entering the game for the first time. It will teach new players the basics, show them around the game and its features, and award bigger and better rewards than ever before!

For players who aren’t new to the game? Don’t worry—we have plenty of changes for existing tankers to enjoy, too!

Players will find fresh, exciting features and improvements throughout the game, such as Crew Portrait swap, in-game vehicle restoration, an updated Store, and Maps. They’ll even find new opponents on the battlefield with the introduction of cross-platform matchmaking, platoons, clans, and voice chat!

Modern Warfare Season 5 Start Date Teased, Suggests Nuke Will Go Off Very Soon in Warzone

While Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players might be grinding out camos and rewards in Season 4, it looks like the Modern Warfare Season 5 start date is nearer than we thought, and it’s in the first week of August!

Twitch streamer NICKMERCS has been given the first teaser for Season 5, and it suggests a big change is coming to Call of Duty:Warzone! The clip below shows what seems to be a a train entering Verdansk. What’s more the video has the date of August 5 at the top, which seems to be the Modern Warfare Season 5 start date.

If that wasn’t enough teasing, Streamer Teep (via ModernWarzone) has also gotten a clip from Infinity Ward and this one features the same August 5 date. The video ends with some sort of explosion, which suggests that the nuke found in Verdansk is finally going off! Check it out below.

Could this mean a map-altering event for Call of Duty: Warzone players? That seems to be it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see if this nuke brings about the reveal for Call of Duty 2020 as previously rumored. Heck, Activision themselves have mentioned how Warzone will be the Call of Duty game that “connects” the different sub franchises. And, y’know, there’s a very juicy Treyarch Easter egg in Warzone too.

The wait won’t be that long, as we’ll probably be getting an announcement from Infinity Ward soon regarding the next season. It’s a toss up just how much Verdansk will be affected, and whether Activision will finally announce this year’s Call of Duty officially.

Plus, search for successive kills in the Cranked playlist where you’ll have a short amount of time to get your next kill (or assist) or boom, you’ll explode.

  • 3v3 Gunfight Snipers Onlu
  • Reinfected Ground War
  • Duos Stimulus (Warzone)
  • Plunder Quads (Warzone)

Aside from shaking the playlists up, there’s a bunch of cosmetic items out as well. You can read all about that here. If this includes any stealth weapon or gameplay-related changes, we’ll let our readers know. If you spot any, share ’em in the comments below.

Rocket League F2P Version Announced, Out This Summer

If you still haven’t played Psyonix’s fantastic sports-arcade game Rocket League, now you don’t have a reason not to. The studio announced that Rocket League is going free-to-play! The Rocket League F2P version will be out this summer, and will be the complete game as the ones players purchased when it launched back in 2015!

No exact release date has been given yet, but Psyonix has detailed some of the plans for the Epic Games Store and Steam version releases, as well as what players can expect.

What does this mean for the Rocket League gameplay you know and love? The core gameplay will remain the same, but we are refining the main menus to make exploring the game easier. Plus, we’re revamping and improving major features like Tournaments and Challenges, and introducing cross-platform progression! Rocket League action on the field will still be the same core, high-octane hybrid of sports and action you love today, and soon, even more players will share that love. That begins with Rocket League’s release on its newest platform: the Epic Games Store.

Rocket League will release on the Epic Games Store on PC the same time it goes free to play. This version of the game will be identical to the version found on other platforms, and will feature cross-platform play anywhere you play Rocket League, including between the Epic Games Store and Steam.

Those who bought and played Rocket League before launch, you’ll be rewarded with a “Legacy” status and get the following freebies:

  • All Rocket League-branded DLC released before free to play

  • “Est. 20XX” title that displays the first year you played Rocket League

  • 200+ Common items upgraded to “Legacy” quality

  • Golden Cosmos Boost

  • Dieci-Oro Wheels

  • Huntress Player Banner

For those who’ve played online before this announcement, you’ll also get a Faded Cosmost Boost. The freebies for the Legacy players will be awarded once the Rocket League F2P version is released this summer.

The inventory of current players aren’t going anywhere, as it’ll still be there once the game goes F2P. Psyonix has more announce which includes cross-platform progression, new features, content and more.
