Report: Destiny 2 F2P Version Coming, Moving From Battle.net to Steam & More Details Leak

Just yesterday, we reported that cross-save was coming to Destiny 2, which will be revealed in a livestream set to happen later today. Well, thanks to tech site Engadget, we now know the majority — if not all — the announcements set to come later today, with the big one that a Destiny 2 F2P version is indeed coming.

While the article has been pulled, Reddit and ResetEra members have managed to get a summary of what’s sett to be announced. First off, Destiny 2 is going free-to-play! Not only that, but there won’t be any platform-exclusive content moving forward. Here’s a quick summary of what’s going to happen to Destiny 2 moving forward.

  • The game is being renamed to Destiny 2: New Light
  • Once Shadowkeep launches on September 17th, the base game will go free-to-play and include “all year one content, including “foundational modes, activities and rewards.”” So you’ll be able to play the base game, as well as the content added as part of the Curse of Osiris and Warmind expansions, for free
  • “This represents a change for the Destiny franchise as it seeks to lure gamers away from popular free titles like Fortnite. Previously, players paid upfront for the game and bought big expansions to gain access to new raids, missions and in-game items, either separately or as an annual pass subscription. Now, the core game will stay free, while additional content will be made available in the form of paid “à la carte” offerings like Shadowkeep.”
  • Going forward, no more content will be made exclusive to one platform over others. All platforms will have the same access to all new content at the same time
  • Cross-save will be added for Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. No PS4 support for now
  • Soon, the game will move from Battle.net to Steam on PC. Existing Battle.net players will be able to migrate all characters and purchases over to the Steam version once this happens

Man, that’s a ton of stuff planned for Destiny 2! Will this kickstart the player base? I assume it will. Stay tuned for the Bungie livestream set to happen later today at 1 p.m. EST.

The Division 2 Next Big Update Patch Notes Listed, New Gunner Specialization & More Detailed

While we just had a The Division 2 patch earlier this week, that one was mostly for bug fixes and other quality of life changes that were needed. If you’re looking forward to the next big The Division 2 title update and what changes it’ll bring to the table, look no further! Below, you’ll see The Division 2 next big update patch notes straight from the PTS (Private Test Server) being tested right now.

The Division 2 next big update patch notes from the PTS  and this includes the new Gunner Specialization notes (via Reddit):

New specialization: Gunner
Introducing the first post-launch Specialization! The Gunner is equipped with a powerful minigun and all players on the PTS will be able to test this new vanguard!

Special Field Research

  • To unlock the Specialization when Title Update 4 hits the live servers, you’ll be tasked to complete five stages of in-game challenges!
  • Year One Pass owners will unlock the Specialization immediately but will also be able to go on a Special Field Research, unlocking unique cosmetic rewards!
  • On the PTS you will be able to test the Special Field Research.

Mods

  • Generic Protocol Mod and Generic System Mod can no longer be equipped in High-End, Gear Set and Exotic items.
    • You will still be able to equip them in lower quality items.
    • All other mods can be equipped in slots matching their type (Offense, Defense, Utility).

Developer comment: Generic mods could be stacked in unhealthy ways and the gear mod eco system has not been in a place we are happy with and it had led to some unwanted behavior such as low-level farming for generic mods.

Missions

  • Roosevelt Island
    • Shipping containers containing virus samples will now be easier to spot.

NPCs

  • Removed “bulletproof” backpacks from NPCs that would block all incoming damage.
  • Decreased acceleration of NPCs when repositioning in cover.
  • Enabled Engineer archetype NPCs to setup Turrets on the ground if no valid cover position exists.
  • Fixed various issues with Controller archetype NPCs getting stuck or being unresponsive in certain situations.
  • NPCs can’t be suppressed when deploying a Drone.

UI

  • Removed redundant “!” for new items shown in Cache Content in Proficiency Caches.
  • Apparel Caches should now only display a “!” in the UI when a key is acquired and once the key has been seen should disappear.
  • There’s now a timer that shows the cooldown before being able to kick a player from a group.

Skills

  • Further improved the Reviver Hive which should result in it more reliably reviving downed agents.
  • Assault Drone
    • After killing its current target, the Assault Drone will now attack the enemy the player is currently shooting. If no target is being shot, it will attack the closest enemy to its owner instead.

Talents

  • Rooted
    • The talent description now states the intended cooldown of 60 seconds.

Commendations

  • Further improved Discovery Merits to allow loot boxes opened by other players count towards every group member’s progress.

Dark Zone

  • Players can now go Rogue in the Occupied Dark Zone. Dealing damage to other Agents (outside of your group) will cause the player to disavow The Division.
  • There is no grey Rogue in the ODZ. Damaging other Agents is the only way to go Rogue in the ODZ.
  • Additional Manhunt ranks have been added to the ODZ. Players still have to clear their bounties at SHD terminals, but additional rewards are available to players who clear (or claim) a high rank bounty.
  • Manhunt ranks are now infinite in the ODZ. Killing other Agents increases the player’s Manhunt rank, along with their Dark Zone XP rewards on a successful bounty clear. Compete on a new leaderboard for the highest ODZ Manhunt rank!

Bug fixes

  • Fixed weird lighting in some tunnels.
  • Fixed an issue where grouped players could disconnect after leaving a Classified Assignment.
  • Fixed an issue where enemy NPCs could lose track of players in Operation Dark Hours.
  • Fixed an issue where players would be unable to claim the weekly Clan Cache.
  • Fixed an issue where rails in DZ West did not appear on barriers surrounding a checkpoint.
  • Fixed an issue where Master Sergeant Quiroz in the Space Administration HQ would jump down earlier than intended. He was a bit to eager.
  • Fixed an issue where an explosion was missing in the Space Administration HQ before Master Sergeant Quiroz appears.
  • Fixed an issue where Weasel’s weapon could fly out of his hand. Sweaty palms can be a real issue for some people.
  • Fixed an issue where players could not be attacked at a certain spot in the Stadium map.
  • Fixed an issue where several collectibles would not automatically play when picked up.
  • Fixed an issue where the accuracy of a player in the Activity Summary could be negative.

  • Fixed an issue where the objective for “Return to the White House” would not complete if you skipped the cinematic.
  • Fixed an issue where players could get stuck when being revived by another player and the Control Point Officer at the same time.
  • Fixed an issue which would prevent players from opening the Strategic info when downed in Operation Dark Hours.
  • Fixed an issue which could prevent the Call for Help animation to be visible for other players.
  • Fixed an issue where inspecting a player through the social menu after being downed could cause the menu UI to persist during gameplay.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Open Cache” and “Back” buttons on the Apparel Event Cache UI would disappear, when pressing both buttons at the same time.
  • Fixed an issue where Hunters could be revived outside the radius of their Reviver Hive, as well as being revived an unlimited amount of time.
  • Fixed an issue where enemy NPC faces would not correctly target players while strafing.
  • Fixed an issue where NPCs could get stuck while spawning in DZ East.
  • Fixed an issue where players could stare into the void.

  • Fixed an exploit that allowed the Hive skill to become un-targetable and shoot at enemy players at a specific location on Fort McNair.
  • Fixed an issue where setting the difficulty level for a mission from within a Classified Assignment did not apply that difficulty level and did not reset the mission.
  • Fixed an issue where players could receive multiple Ivory Keys from the same Hunter.
  • Fixed an issue where NPC speed after turning would be incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue where NPCs would skip animations after jumping.

  • Fixed an issue where players could become unable to interact with the agent’s note in the “Investigate the Safe House” side mission.
  • Fixed an issue where players were unable to interact with the laptop and liberate a Safe House.
  • Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in the map overview after completing the Dark Zone South intro mission.
  • Fixed an issue where a player could revive multiple agents at the same time with the Reviver Hive.
  • Fixed an issue where the difficulty of a bounty would be different in the Bounties tab and the Mega Map.
  • Fixed an issue where players could be revived by the Reviver Hive after the Razorback encounter ended when the whole team was downed.
  • Fixed an issue where when placing a turret on a car the Turret would drop down to the floor.

  • Fixed an issue where players would be able to see through the map when looking at a window in DZ-West.
  • Fixed an issue where the dialogue audio could switch to English when playing with a different language setting.

  • Fixed an issue where players would be unable to inspect apparel within the Apparel Event Cache UI.
  • Fixed an issue where pressing the “Inspect” and “View Stats” buttons at the same time would cause the text from the two pages to overlap in the UI.
  • Fixed some weird stairs.
  • Fixed an issue where extra ammunition from mods would not properly be added to Skills.
  • Fixed an issue where Manny would repeatedly thank agents for saving hostages in a Classified Assignment. He’s really thankful, ok?
  • Fixed an issue where Conflict Caches could reward loot below the player’s World Tier when playing with lower level agents in a party.
  • Fixed an issue that didn’t allow player to see previous Distinctions of the Week in the Clan Quarters.
  • Fixed an issue where killed NPCs could clip through objects they fell on.
  • Fixed an issue where notifications toasts were missing when completing an activity, after abandoning several projects in a row.
  • Fixed an issue where Inaya al-Khaliq would stay in an A-Pose after being recruited. She has now relaxed.

  • Fixed an issue where reloading while using a Shield would play the wrong animation.
  • Fixed an issue where the debriefing audio after completing a mission could play several times.
  • Fixed icons on Auxiliary Skill Mods which should now show the icon of the Skill they can be equipped in

Speaking of the Gunner Specialization, these and more topics were discussed in today’s State of the Game. Here’s a summary below via Reddit’s BlooBuckaroo:

Changes to Signature Ammo and how you will receive it.

  • Removal of RNG element – There will be a meter on the left side of your hud which will fill when you or your team performs an action that will give ammo. When the meter is full, the signature ammo will drop.

=>Black bar at the side that fills

In PTS, Generic Mod Changes

  • The generic mods will only fit on generic slots; they won’t work in high end gear.- To offset this, there is the removal of System & Protocol division of slot types (if your mod is red, it will fit in any red slot).

Skill Builds – Still working on something, not for TU4

Changes to the Dark Zone in the PTS

  • Adding Rogue to the Occupied Dark Zone

Changes to ALL Specializations

  • Increase Specialization Points from 160 to 165 – Players will need to farm the extra 5 points if they have already maxed out to 160.
  • Ability to spec into all weapons – Any specialization can pick any weapons to spec into, but they can’t spec into all of them. Specialization weapon mods will be awarded if you spec into the weapon that is associated with that specialization.
  • Buff to Tach-50 and Crossbow – Not in the PTS yet, but significant increase to Tach-50 damage and buff to Crossbows ability to crack armor.

New Specialization the “Gunner” on the PTS

  • On the PTS, you have to do Field Research to unlock the “Gunner”, but soon, you will not have to and will auto unlock.
  • Year 1 pass owners to unlock the “Gunner” right away, but will also be able to do special research to unlock special cosmetic items.
  • Detailed discussion of the Skill Tree – Riot Foam Granade and Banshee Pulse. A cone like pulse that will cause the confuse status effect on NPCs (similar to tear gas effect) to get them to stand out of cover so you can “mow ’em down”. In PvP, the status effect will be disrupt, so skills cannot be used.

    =>Gunner Specialization Tree

    =>Weapon

    • please note – photo taken in WT1, your weapon damage will vary.

Note that changes being tested in the PTS are not guaranteed to be implemented in the final version. That said, they usually are tested, and implemented in a patch as long as it doesn’t break anything.

Stay tuned for the latest The Division 2 news here on MP1st.

Report: Destiny 2 Cross-Save Feature to Be Implemented by Bungie, Google Stadia Port Happening

Ever wanted to bring your Destiny 2 game data to another platform to join your friends playing the game on another platform? Apparently, that will be a reality very soon. According to Kotaku, numerous sources have pointed out that Destiny 2 cross-save functionality will be an actual thing when it comes to PC and Xbox One, though it’s unsure whether the PS4 version will be part of it.

This new feature for Destiny 2 will apparently be announced tomorrow during a Bungie livestream at 1 p.m. ET. At this event, it’s also assumed that we’ll hear more about the recently-leaked Shadowkeep expansion. Aside from Kotaku’s sources, dataminers have unearthed something that mentions “cross-save” in it, which further adds to this report.

If that’s not enough of a bombshell announcement for you, more reports have come in and mention that we’ll see a Destiny 2 port come to Googla Stadia — the upcoming game streaming platform by the search engine giant.

Google will hold a press conference tomorrow to talk about Google Stadia and its game at 12 p.m. ET, and it’s expected that we’ll hear about Destiny 2 at Google’s event. If you don’t have a PC rig good enough to run Destiny 2, that won’t matter soon, though official pricing for Stadia has not been announced yet.

Once we know more details tomorrow, we’ll be sure to let our readers know.

Battlefield 5 Operation Metro Map Returning, Here’s Our First Sneak Peek

If you didn’t catch today’s big Battlefield 5 Tides of War Chapter 4 announcement trailer, not only did you miss a preview of the stuff that’s coming down the pipe for the game, but there’s even a super quick look — and confirmation — of the Battlefield 5 Operation Metro map remake!

Fortunately for you, we’re here to help you see it without any problems. Below, you’ll see the Battlefield 5 Operation Metro map screengrab, and in it, you’ll see the familiar map’s trains, and facade. Of course, it’s made to fit the setting of Battlefield 5, which is a nice touch.

We’ve added another screenshot of Operation Metro in Battlefield 5, and even a side by side throwback to the 99 Problems trailer for Battlefield 3.

Little throwback to the BF3 99 problems trailer in BF5
byu/DANNYonPC inBattlefieldV

Of course, while Operation Metro might be one of the most famous maps in Battlefield history, it’s one that has caused many arguments on whether it’s a good or bad map. Personally, I’m a big fan of the map, and used to play in those Op Metro 24/7 servers in Battlefield 3. Yes, I’m part of the problem, I know.

For more on Battlefield 5, go check out the latest patch that got released earlier this week. You should also check out the content overview that’s scheduled to drop for Tides of War Chapter 4.

Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, The Last of Us PS3 Multiplayer Offline Date Announced

If you’re still playing multiplayer on your PS3, and one of those games is Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, or The Last of Us, well, I have some bad news for you. Today, Naughty Dog announced the Uncharted 2 and 3, and The Last of Us PS3 multiplayer offline date, which is when servers for all three games will go offline.

After nearly 10 years of multiplayer operation, the servers for the three Naughty Dog games will go offline on September 3, 2019, at 5 pm. PT. Before anyone sheds any tears, there is one silver lining. From today, until the time the servers go offline, all multiplayer DLC for Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, and The Last of Us will be made free! Just head on over to the PS3 PSN Store, check the DLC bundles, and that’s it!

Of course, the sadness won’t last long as we’re all looking forward to the inevitable release of The Last of Us Part II, and based on the recent rumblings, we should know the release date very soon.

Top 5 Things Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 Is Already Doing Right

With Infinity Ward and Activision finally pulling back the curtain on this year’s Call of Duty, and confirming that it will be Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, not only are we going back to a more realistic setting, but there were also a few things confirmed that made us excited for this year’s iteration.

While we don’t have concrete details regarding multiplayer just yet, there are a bunch of stuff that we’re thankful is finally being implemented in the game in some way or another. What are these? Read on, soldier.

modern warfare 2019 campaign length

Going Back to Modern Warfare Setting

Remember when we were fed up that every publisher wanted a modern first-person shooter? Yeah, how times have changed, right? Nowadays, people can’t wait to get back into grounded territory.

No jetpacks, no boost jumps, no guns that fire bullets in different directions, but just solid, grounded, realism-ish warfare.

modern warfare specialists

No Specialist BS:

While initially seen as a game-changing addition to the franchise, Specialists have now become something of an annoyance to Call of Duty multiplayer purists (if there’s such a thing).

It’s been confirmed that in Modern Warfare, there will be NO Specialists of any kind. We’ll be getting Operators but these characters will not have any game-affecting abilities at all, which made us jump for joy when we heard it.

No more death by Specialist abilities, finally! We got so tired of it that we had to write about it, even.

No Season Pass:

Who’d have thought Activision would finally join the 2019 video game bandwagon by doing away with the Season Pass entirely? While we’ve already spotted DLC packs for Modern Warfare, we’re hoping it won’t be for map packs since that would fracture the player base.

At the very least, the Season Pass business model is going away inch by inch, and we’re happy Call of Duty is following suit.

Cross-Play Will Finally Be a Reality!

While Call of Duty might be one of the biggest (if not the biggest) gaming franchise in the world, the series has struggled to maintain its PC player base, which leads to people jumping ship from its multiplayer earlier than expected.

Well, that won’t be an issue anymore! Activision announced that Modern Warfare will be the first-ever Call of Duty title that will support cross-play! We have a ton of questions regarding this such as how hackers on PC will translate to consoles and so on, but for now, we’re just happy that it’s becoming a reality.

modern warfare 2019 different editions

New Game Engine (Finally!)

Who’d have thought that Call of Duty would finally have a new game engine?! I mean, we are near the tail end of this console generation, so I assume a new COD engine would be unveiled for the first next-gen Call of Duty game. But then again, maybe this is exactly why we’re seeing it used now.

Maybe Modern Warfare is being used to test how this new engine fares, so Activision can be sure that it works swimmingly for when its used next-gen.

There you have it. Do you agree with our list? Did we miss anything? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Destiny 2 Season 8 Confirmed as “Season of the Undying”

Yesterday, we reported that Destiny 2 was set to receive a brand-new expansion titled “Shadowkeep,” and while it hasn’t been 100% confirmed, the latest game update may have further hinted that the expansion is very real with the tease of season 8.

Upon checking the in-game content for the current season, Season of Opulence players can see towards the bottom of the screen the new name of next season.

Titled the “Season of the Undying” there isn’t really much known other than it may be tied to the recent expansion, Shadowkeep, which is said to have players return back to the Moon to face the hive threat.

The naming of the season may be in reference to the Vex, whom for those who don’t know are just one of the many deadly groups of enemies found within both Destiny 1 and 2. In Destiny 1 the title featured a Strike mission called “The Undying Mind,” which took place on the Moon. However, at this time this is just pure speculation.

Bungie is set to reveal the next chapter in Destiny 2 this Thursday, be sure to visit back when the announcement is live!

PS4 Next Major Update Preview Program Sign-Ups Now Live, Focuses on Party Chat Features

Sony has opened yet another PlayStation Preview Program sign-up, which is a program that offers an early sneak peak at some of the new PlayStation 4 features planned to come in a future update. This time to test will focus mainly on some party chat features with the biggest change being 16 party chat lobbies!

As detailed on the official PlayStation Blog, down below are just some of the changes coming to the Party chat system on the PS4.

  • Increased maximum Party participants from 8 to 16
  • Improved audio quality for voice chat
  • Improved network connectivity

Another cool feature to also come in with this update is the Chat Transcription, which is used with the PS4 Second Screen app on supported iOS and Android devices. This new feature will translate voice chat into text dialogue so you can read it on the Second Screen App and it works the other way around meaning you can type in the app and it’ll be read out load in the voice chat by what we assume will be a computerized voice.

You can register for the Preview Program using this link here, and if you are one of the lucky few to get into the program and are feeling a bit generous you can actually share the preview code with up to 20 different accounts.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 New Weapons in Latest Patch Are Locked Behind Loot Boxes With No Sure Way to Get ‘Em

With today’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 patch, Treyarch released a lot of new stuff in the game for free as part of the “Days of Summer” in-game event. While that usually would have been appreciated by the community, it sadly got overshadowed due to majority (all but one) of Black Ops 4 new weapons being only accessible by Reserves (a.k.a loot boxes).

In today’s title update, Treyarch rolled out a new Contraband stream, and once you reach level 50, you’ll get the Vendetta sniper rifle as a reward. While that sounds all fine and dandy, the rest of the new weapons: S6 Stingray (tactical rifle), Peacekeeper (assault rifle), Locus (sniper rifle). and the Ballistic Knife Karambit are all only accessible via the game’s Reserves mechanic! For every 25th Reserve, the player will earn a “Weapon Bribe” that is random, which might contain a MK11 weapon variant (of the current gun pool available in the game), or possibly one of the weapons. Given how hard it is to earn Reserves in the game, the chances of someone getting all four new weapons is super tough, especially if you factor in how many MK11 weapon variants you can earn as well.

Needless to say, the Black Ops 4 community is very, very upset with this. Here’s the front page of the Black Ops 4 subreddit currently:

black ops 4 new weapons

Yep, every trending thread on the front page is dedicated to how disgusted players are, and how they’re disappointed with Treyarch’s latest microtransaction-fueled move.

Will Treyarch cave and change how these new weapons can be earned via a patch or a server-side update? Let’s hope so. In the meantime, get that Vendetta gun from the Contraband stream, and unless you’re ready to drop some serious cash, good luck in getting the other weapons!

For Black Ops 3 players, this scenario should be very familiar as this is what Treyarch did with the weapons and Supply Drops then. Let’s hope that we won’t see these same new weapon “unlock” method in this year’s Modern Warfare.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 Campaign Length Will Be “Traditional” Says Infinity Ward, Footage Was Running on Base PS4

In this year’s Call of Duty — Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — we see the return of a single-player campaign, which was a mode that was missing — for the first time, ever — in last year’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. And while this new Call of Duty is set to bring a large number of changes to the series, such as a new engine and cross-play, the Modern Warfare 2019 campaign length, for the most part, appears to be maintaining the average game time of previous entries according to Infinity Ward.

Speaking with Gamereactor in a recent interview, Studio Narrative Director over at Infinity Ward, Taylor Kurosaki stated that players can expect the “traditional” Call of Duty campaign length when it comes to Modern Warfare.

“We’re still working on it, and every single tweak we make to it of the difficult or anything like that can really effect the gameplay time. So we’re not actually explaining what the gameplay length is. I’ll just put it this way, its traditional Call of Duty campaign length.

This of course is subjective as each person takes a different amount of time when completing any given title campaign, but if we to gander a guess this should be putting it on average somewhere between 6 to 9 hours if we look at the last few titles before Black Ops 4. This may seem short to many, but as long as its’ a well crafted and written story, and has likable characters like the first Modern Warfare, I don’t see much of an issue here.

In another subject concerning the debut footage of Modern Warfare, many were under the impression that the footage shown was running off a PlayStation 4 Pro since it looked impressive.

Nope, those graphics are from a standard PS4! To clarify, Taylor Kurosaki tweeted that everything shown to the press has been on the base model of the PS4.

This only makes it even more impressive and makes me more excited to see how the Ps4 Pro and even how the Xbox One X version of the game might look like.

Sandbox

Weapons

Ace of Spades

        • This change results in precision shots dealing approximately the same damage as before, but you are punished less for landing non-precision shots.

Sturm and Drang
    • Storm and Stress max overcharge rounds increased to 99.
    • “Sturm Overcharge” buff text now displays the number of overcharge rounds.
    • Overcharge damage increased by 100% in PvE.
    • Fixed an issue where a 10% precision damage bonus remained on Sturm when it had used all its overcharge rounds.

Submachine Guns
    • Minor adjustment to idle pose for SMG archetype to help set it apart from the rifle archetypes.
    • Updated firing animations to better reflect the shooting experience of an SMG.

Dev Commentary: These changes apply to hipfire only, and do not impact accuracy. The goal of this change was to enhance the feeling of shooting an SMG. We’ve added a random fire pose that will add variation and make the gun feel a little more unstable and lively in your hands. Report: Destiny 2 New Expansion “Shadowkeep” Leaks

Bungie announced last week that they would be revealing their next big chapter in Destiny 2 this coming Thursday, but it would appear that the reveal has leaked online and confirms that we will be returning back to the Moon, which was absent from Destiny 2.

Titled “Shadowkeep,” this Destiny 2 expansion is set to release this coming fall on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The information that was datamined suggests that we will be getting the “Bad Juju Catalyst” as a new weapon, along with some new Hive enemy variants found on the Moon.

We expect to hear a lot more, including a debut trailer and some gameplay come this Thursday. Shadowkeep marks the first major expansion from Bungie after its split from Activision.

Dreams Upcoming Update Out on June 6, Promises More Game Updates Going Forward

The ambitious Play, Create, and Share title by Media Molecule, Dreams, will get its first update since it launched on early access earlier this year.  In this Dreams upcoming update, we get a couple of brand-new games officially by Media Molecules themselves along with some new community kits and features.

Down below you can see just some of the highlights included in the patch

  • Two New Games: Combo Crush, a coin-collecting frenzy that you can remix and make your own, and fan-favorite Comic Sands, created by four Mm jammers on a train during Train Jam 2018.
  • New Art Kit Called “Ancient Times”
  • “Whats New” feature tab added to the main dreamiverse menu to catch up on the latest new content
  • More Autosurf options
  • Ability to block other users, list or un-list creations from search
  • Replay the intro levels in the Mm Showcase
  • Customize the time before prompts appear

Along with these we can expect a number of fixes to show up once the patch notes goes live on June 6. We can also expect to see an onslaught of new user-generated content to drop on June 11, as this is when the community jam event goes live and the theme will be around the soon to be released art kit “Ancient Times.”

In addition to this news, Media Molecules also acknowledge the lack of updates, and having to wait a full month for one , and promises that they will release more frequent, smaller updates that’ll address tweaks and other changes between their bigger major content updates.

Dreams is currently available on early access for $30, which is due to increase once the game is fully released so jump on the discounted price while you still can. Dreams will be launching out of early access on the PS4 exclusively sometimes in the future.

Report: Watch Dogs 3 to Be Called “Watch Dogs Legion, ” Takes Place In London

Seems that one of the biggest surprises from Ubisoft at this years E3 has already leaked ahead of event! While we poste the rumors of Watch Dogs 3’s existence before, we finally have an name and some details.

First spotted by TheNergMag a listing on Amazon UK lists Watch Dogs 3’s title as “Watch Dogs Legion” and will indeed take place in London as previous leaks have suggested. One big change up though is that it appears we will be able to play as any NPC in the game as suggested by the games listing.

Watch_Dogs Legion is set in a near-future, dystopian version of London. It’s a post-Brexit world in which society, politics and technology have changed and altered London’s fortunes. London is one of the most iconic cities in the world and has had a massive influence on all of Western Culture for centuries… London makes total sense for WD, as the city has one of the highest surveillce levels in the world making this the perfect playground.

Play as anyone, Every individual you meet in the open world, has a full set of animations, voice over, character traits and visuals that are generated & guided by gameplay systems

This certainly doesn’t sound like the traditional Watch Dogs game we have grown to with the last few entries, so it’ll be interesting to see how this turns out. No further details are supplied though we do expect to hear it very soon at this year’s E3.
