Black Ops 7 & Warzone Receives Minor Update on February 13

Update: Patch notes for today’s update is now live!

GLOBAL

Weapons: Multiplayer and Zombies

Season 02 weapon tuning brings Sniper Rifle and LMG adjustments, improvements to a handful of individual weapons and their Prestige Attachments, and a slew of other general attachment changes.

One frequent change in these notes is a recoil reduction to a large chunk of the Damage Barrels in the portfolio as well as several Rapid Fire improvements. Steam Now Lets You Add Your Hardware Specs to Reviews

Even though Steam holds a dominant position in the PC market, Valve continues to improve it. Less than a week ago, the company surprised users with an interesting change for early access games.

Now, it is preparing one of the most needed updates to the platform’s review system.

Steam Improves Reviews by Letting Players Share Their PC Specs

steam hardware reviews

In the Steam beta version, Valve has added a new feature that allows users to attach their hardware specifications to a game review. This means that other players will be able to see what kind of PC was used when someone reports performance problems or, on the other hand, says the game runs smoothly.

Although it may seem like a small change, it could have a big impact. Performance issues are one of the most common reasons for negative reviews on Steam. However, these problems often depend on the hardware being used. Seeing the specs of a player who had a bad experience — or those of someone who had no issues — helps people understand how the game might run on their PC before buying it.

This feature could also reduce dishonest reviews where users claim to have better hardware than they actually do.

It is important to note that this function is not yet available in the live version of Steam. To use it, players must join the platform’s beta program, which is open to everyone. To do this, users need to open “Settings,” go to the “Interface” tab, and select “Client Beta Participation.” However, unless someone wants to test new features early or help Valve with feedback, this is more of a feature worth waiting for rather than something essential right now.

That said, Valve still has work to do on its review system. While it has taken steps to stop review bombing, reviews today have lost some credibility due to trolling and low-quality posts. Fixing these problems will take more careful changes.

In other news, over 18,000 games were released on Steam in 2025, but nearly half of them received fewer than 10 player reviews, showing just how hard it has become for new titles to gain visibility.

SEGA Plans to Release Four Major Games From Mainstay IPs Before March 2027

2026 is not just any year for SEGA, and for two major reasons. First, the company celebrates its 65th anniversary. Second, Sonic the Hedgehog turns 35, just ahead of the fourth Sonic movie, set to premiere in early 2027. It feels like the perfect time for a new game starring the blue hedgehog.

SEGA SAMMY, SEGA’s parent company, has presented its Q3 financial report for fiscal year 2025–2026, which ends on March 31, alongside its overall financial results for 2025.

SEGA Focuses on Its Key Franchises for the Next Fiscal Year

Beyond the numbers, the most interesting part is SEGA’s forecast for the next fiscal year, running from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. And there could be big surprises ahead.

The Japanese company has confirmed that it plans to launch four new games based on major IPs during the next fiscal year. While no specific franchises were named, many believe Sonic will be among them.

That expectation makes sense, given that it has been more than three years since Sonic Frontiers, and Sonic x Shadow Generations was merely an enhanced remaster of the 2011 classic. As a result, a completely new 3D Sonic game feels overdue.

Between April 2026 and March 2027, SEGA will release “four major new titles for mainstay IPs.” While Sonic seems like a strong candidate, other possible franchises include Persona, Yakuza/Like a Dragon, and even classic series such as Golden Axe or Crazy Taxi.

Alongside a possible new Sonic game, fans are also waiting for news about the rumored Persona 6 or the already announced Persona 4 Revival.

It is also worth remembering that Alien Isolation 2 is currently in development at Creative Assembly, as well as new Total War projects including Total War: Warhammer 40,000 and Total War: Medieval 3.

As for Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, after Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties, the next logical step could be a ninth main entry in the series. There is also the possibility of new projects related to Virtua Fighter or Stranger Than Heaven.

On top of that, some of SEGA’s previously announced reboots could arrive this year or in early 2027. The list includes Crazy Taxi, Streets of Rage, Jet Set Radio, and Golden Axe.

The report also states that SEGA will continue expanding its franchises into other media, following the success of Sonic and the Like a Dragon series in film and television.

Do you think a new Sonic game will arrive in the coming months? With the hedgehog’s 35th anniversary, expectations are high. At the same time, it could also be the perfect moment to officially reveal Persona 6, Metaphor: ReFantazio 2, or show more of the horror experience in Alien Isolation 2.

Called “Temporal Diver” mode, the horror game’s easier mode should be something horror fans embrace, especially for those who find the lack of ammo and bullet-sponge enemies to be a tad too much sometimes.

Cronos: The New Dawn Temporal Diver Mode Makes Thing Easier for Players

The announcement from Bloober Team states, “Travelers! The Temporal Diver Mode (Easier Difficulty Option) is now available in Cronos: The New Dawn!”

The dev team adds, “It’s designed for players who want to discover the mysteries of the game’s intricate time travel story and experience its survival horror mechanics with less demanding combat. The update is free and available for download RIGHT NOW!”

Finally, the studio explains that “Temporal Diver Mode is only selectable when starting a new game, alongside the game’s other difficulty modes, which we’ve renamed to be more in line with the atmosphere of New Dawn.”

Temporal Diver Mode increases the player’s base health, as it also nerfs enemy healthy by about 50%.

After the update, players will now see the folloing modes for Cronos:

ALL GAME MODES

  • TEMPORAL DIVER (EASY DIFFICULTY)
    enjoy the twisted time-travel story
  • ANVIL OF THE COLLECTIVE (STANDARD DIFFICULTY)
our survival horror experience in its original form
  • FORGED IN FIRE( HARD DIFFICULTY)
unlockable after completing the game for the first time, for those seeking a bigger challenge
  • NEW GAME+ MODE
start a new game with all of your upgrades and equipment on any difficulty

Alongside the new difficulty mode, Bloober Team has also released a new free skin to all players to celebrate the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year) with the Iron Rider skin.

Bloober mentions, “Our Temporal Diver mode release also aligns with the celebration of the Lunar New Year For this occasion, we’ve prepared a brand-new skin: the Iron Rider Traveler with its flaming horse-inspired design.”

If you haven’t played Cronos, now might be the best time to jump, as it’s on a 30% discount on Steam and other storefronts. You can read our review to get an idea if it’s your kind of horror game or not.

In other related news to Bloober, the dev team has trademarked “Onyx: The Dark Grip,” which should be another horror game from the studio.

Konami Confirms “Numerous” Castlevania Projects Are in the Works as Belmont’s Curse Whips Out Later This Year

While Konami just announced Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse as a new title continuing the franchise’s 2D formula, there are more games set to be released around the franchise in the future.

This was something Konami confirmed as it celebrated the Castlevania IP’s 40th anniversary with a message and video, as well as our first info on Belmont’s Curse.

This is definitely good news for Castlevania fans who cannot wait to sink their fans into more games in the franchise.

More Castlevania Games Are on the Way Konami Confirms

Konami’s message reads:

The doors of Castlevania open once more.

This year marks the 40th anniversary since the original ‘Akumajō Dracula’ first saw the light of day.
In this commemorative year, “Castlevania” will be revived.

First up is this title: ‘Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse’.
We couldn’t think in other studios to work together rather than Evil Empire and Motion Twin, studios brimming with talent and passion, to deliver a new exploration-based 2D action game that captures the essence of Castlevania while bringing fresh innovation.

This is the beginning of numerous new products around Castlevania.

Look forward to the return of the magnificent “nightmare” lurking in the darkness.

You can’t confirm it harder than that, right?

Alongside that bit of good news, our first look at Belmont’s Curse has been lifted too, and along with it, the first game details.

Set to launch later this year on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is being developed by Evil Empire Studios and Motion Twin. It’s another 2D action-exploration entry in the franchise, which introduces a new cast of characters and expansive locations.

Some of the game’s features players can expect include:

Crimson Curse – Will Your Fate Bloom in Despair or Salvation –

Over two decades after the events of Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse and the recent animated show, it is in the streets of 15th century Paris that a new chapter of the legendary House Belmont is about to be written in bloody red ink. Armed with a legendary holy whip, the Vampire Killer, Trevor Belmont’s successor – and the game’s protagonist – must descend into the city attacked by monstrous creatures and a looming mystical castle to hunt down the beasts and save the Parisians from eternal darkness.

Long-time fans and newcomers to the franchise will have to master different weapons and spells to arm themselves against foes. Plus, a sense of exploration will favor the bold and those who dare explore every inch of the sinister castle.

Whip of wonder

The iconic whip, a defining weapon of the Castlevania series, returns with renewed purpose. More than a weapon, it now serves as a vital tool for traversal, allowing players to swing across diverse areas to uncover hidden rooms, and reach previously inaccessible areas. Mastery of the whip’s mechanics also unlocks inventive combat possibilities, enabling players to strike enemies from unconventional positions.

Enamoring environments with lurking danger

The unique art style of Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse builds upon the series’ signature gothic aesthetic, allowing players to discover the world of Castlevania like never before. New areas are rich with secrets and puzzles to uncover, alongside deadly traps that demand constant vigilance.

While seeing a new 2D Castlevania project is nice and all, I do want to see another action-RPG in the same vein as Lords of Shadows. Sure, the second mainline game by MercurySteam didn’t exactly live up to the first game’s lofty standards, but it was an interesting premise.

Hopefully, titles that are outside the 2D realm are in the works.

Amother game recently shown off by Konami is Silent Hill: Townfall, and it’s a first-person entry in the franchise. Check out the trailer and our first gameplay details to know more about this horror game.

Resident Evil Village Update 1.231 Brings Back PS5 Pro Support

While Capcom released a minor update for Resident Evil Village earlier this month that added more voice and text display options, a new one has been released today, February 13, and this seems to be for consoles only.

We can confirm the PS5 version has received Resident Evil Village update 1.231 (complete version 1.231.000), and this is a minor update that aims to fix a specific issue.

Resident Evil Village PS5 Pro Support Finally Fixed via Patch 1.231

While Capcom, has not released any official patch notes, we know what this patch does, and it slots in the high frame rate mode back for PS5 Pro owners.

With the last patch released earlier this month, Capcom mysteriously removed the high frame rate mode that was available for PS5 Pro owners without any explanation. Funnily enough, Capcom added a menu option to purchase Resident Evil Requiem with the update and accidentally removed the PS5 Pro support for unlocked frame rates.

Thankfully, that’s now been resolved with today’s patch. It might be a minor thing, but it’st still a noteworthy bug.

We’re not expecting more patches for Resident Evil Village to be released given Requiem’s release is right around the corner. Speaking of which, a new trailer for the game was released via yesterday’s State of Play, and we think it’s worth a watch since it confirms a few things.

Resident Evil Requiem is set to be released on February 27 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The latest rumor about it claims Chris and Ada won’t make an appearance.

Stay tuned for more Resident Evil coverage here on MP1st.

Fixes and Optimizations

Heroes

1. Deadpool’s Dangerous Dash – Maximum Effort, Minimum Glitches: Wade’s Hazardous Hijinks/Healing Hijinks could have issues when being controlled during the dash. Now, Deadpool’s juggling act is as smooth as his witty banter. No more slip-ups, just pure Merc magic.

2. Daredevil’s Portal Parkour: Matt Murdock occasionally went off-script, teleporting to odd locations when using portals. We’ve fixed the radar sense; now Daredevil’s portal plays are as precise as his courtroom arguments.

3. Black Widow’s Red Room Rifle Reboot: Natasha’s Ultimate Ability had a bad habit of unexpectedly applying extra Vulnerability to some hero shields. We called in the Black Widow Program for a reboot; now her stings strictly inflict the correct amount of Vulnerability.

4. Scarlet Witch’s Spider-Tracking Chaos Magic: Wanda’s Mystic Projection unintentionally attracted Peni Parker’s Spider-Drones like a magical moth to a radioactive flame. We’ve rewritten reality; now her Phased state is Peni-proof. No more spider surprises!

Control Resonant Gameplay Reveal Looks to be a Perfect Blend of Prototype and inFamous

Remedy fans, do we have a treat for you as the studio has just dropped the first real gameplay reveal for Control Resonant, the sequel to their 2019 hit game, Control

Fans of Prototype or inFamous who have been wanting a new game, or at least something to scratch that itch, well, we may have finally found something for you.

Control Resonant Gameplay Reveal Is All Kinds of Trippy

Yeah, I definitely see the Prototype and inFamous inspiration in there, blended up with Remedy’s signature, out-of-this-world brand of “New Weird” storytelling and physics-defying combat.

Might just be my most anticipated game this year. Yes, I say this knowing full well GTA 6 is also on the horizon.

About the game (via Steam)

“After years in confinement at the hands of the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC), Dylan Faden’s former captors are deploying him at the peak of a supernatural crisis.

Charged with combating a mysterious cosmic entity as it alters fundamental aspects of our reality, Dylan must harness his new-found powers to take the fight to the myriad threats overwhelming Manhattan.

Join Dylan in this sequel to the multi-award-winning CONTROL to explore the expansive zones of a city overrun by the corrupting influences of the chaotic Hiss, invasive micro-organism, the Mold, and other twisted paranatural threats.

On the path to unlocking the full potential of his supernatural abilities Dylan will also seek out his sister, FBC Director Jesse Faden, as he bids to comprehend and contain the dangers that have spilled beyond the confines of the Oldest House to tear our world apart.”

Control Resonant currently has no release beyond a 2026 window and will arrive on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer Gameplay Trailer Delivers a High-Octane Rush

In case you missed it, there’s a new Star Wars racing game coming this year! Developed by Fuse Games, here’s a fresh look at Star Wars: Galactic Racer gameplay, along with some new story details.

Now THIS is Podracing

New story details (via Press release)

“Play as Shade in an immersive campaign, choosing from a branching path of events to earn parts, tools and upgrades that will give you an edge in the championship. Try out new build strategies in different repulsorcraft – landspeeders, skim speeders, speeder bikes, and, of course, podracers – and work with mechanic Hibi to build the ultimate vehicle to suit your racing style. Race, adapt, and master new strategies as you forge alliances and takedown rivals on your path to becoming champion of the Galactic League.

Experience your own Star Wars racing adventure across a multitude of modes. Take your talents online, with up to 12 racers battling for supremacy in hard-fought races across multiple game modes where only the fastest prevail. Dive into instant action in the Arcade mode, where time trials and precision driving await those looking to secure their legacy on the leaderboards. And explore the Scenarios mode, where you’ll race under unique conditions ranging from practice runs on new tracks to hardcore races that will push your piloting skills to the limit. Look out for more details on each mode as Star Wars: Galactic Racer speeds towards release.”

This looks really good! Definitely seeing a lot of Star Wars Episode I: Racer (video game) as well as plenty of Wipeout influence. Fuse Games, the studio helming the project, was founded by former Criterion co-founders and lead developers, so if there’s anyone who knows how to make a good racing game, it’s them.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is scheduled to launch in 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Marathon Open Server Slam Test Arrives This Month

Marathon is officially releasing next month, but before gamers get their hands on the final version, Bungie is hosting an open server slam where everyone on all planned platforms can join.

To celebrate, here’s a fresh new look at the game.

You’ll Be Able to Play Marathon Right Before It Releases

The Server Slam will begin on February 26, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT and run until March 2 at 10 a.m. PT*, open to players on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

A limited selection of maps, runner shells, and contracts will be available during the server slam, and those who complete the introductory mission will receive a special emblem and banner on launch day.

A perfect opportunity to check out Marathon for those on the fence. It has certainly been quite the journey for Bungie leading up to this release, and hopefully, they can deliver. I guess we’ll all find out later this month when the server slam kicks off.

Till then, runners!

John Wick Is Back With an All-New Video Game by Saber Interactive

It’s official, John Wick is coming back, but not for another movie (yet), but for another video game, though this time, it’s a fully 3D third-person action game that puts you in the shoes of one of the deadliest assassins for some intense, gun-fu action.

It’s the John Wick game we’ve all been dreaming of.

Yeah. We’re Thinking He’s Back.

The press release reads:

“I can’t wait for fans to step into the shoes of John Wick and explore the multi-dimensional world of The High Table,” stated Jenefer Brown, President of Global Products & Experiences at Lionsgate. “We are collaborating closely with Saber’s dedicated team to develop a game that captures the unparalleled action, brand-defining fight choreography, immersive world-building, and authenticity of the films.”

John Wick is one of the most iconic characters in action film history. Saber is honored to be working alongside Chad, Keanu and the Lionsgate team in a true collaboration to bring the world of Wick to life in a AAA game,” said Matthew Karch, CEO at Saber Interactive.

Management is here to serve. Created in collaboration between Saber, Lionsgate, and Stahelski, the new “Untitled John Wick Game” video game will feature an original gameplay narrative set in the John Wick timeline years before the Impossible Task. It will expand on the franchise’s lore during that time with familiar characters fans already know and love, as well as compelling new ones created specifically for this production.

Saber’s authentic design will deliver on the signature style and unique elements fans expect from a John Wick mission, including a hard-hitting gun-fu combat system, jaw-dropping camerawork, intense driving experiences, cinematic storytelling, and a bold range of atmospherically immersive environments, all crafted to make players feel like they are in a John Wick movie, playing the role of the Baba Yaga himself.

This is the ultimate John Wick gaming experience that fans have been waiting for.”

Holy crap, does this look good.

There’s no release date, heck, the game doesn’t even have an official name yet, but we do know it will be coming to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in the near future and is being developed by Saber Interactive. Hopefully, we hear more about it soon.

God of War Trilogy Remake Announced With a Surprise Shadowdrop for God of War Sons of Sparta

While it’s been long rumored that a new 2D God of War game was in the works, it seems that Santa Monica Studio has had one more big surprise for fans, as not only did they confirm the new 2D game, which is now available, but also a remake of the original trilogy!

That’s right, God of War 1, 2, and 3 are being remade.

Kratos’ Original Voice Actor Returns for God of War Trilogy Remake

As announced during today’s State of Play, the original God of War trilogy is being remade! There aren’t many details about the project beyond it being in early development, though we do know that TC Carson, the voice actor who portrayed Kratos in the original trilogy, is returning to voice the character.

Talk about a massive surprise out of nowhere.

Now, what might not have been surprising is that Santa Monica also took the opportunity to announce God of War: Sons of Sparta, a new 2D God of War game developed by  Mega Cat Studios.

About the game (via PSBlog)

“God of War Sons of Sparta is a 2D action platformer with a canon story set in Kratos’ youth during his harsh training at the Agoge alongside his brother Deimos.

From the writing team at Santa Monica Studio that brought you God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarök, Sons of Sparta is a tale of duty, honor, and brotherhood featuring TC Carson who reprises his role the first time in over a decade as the adult version of Kratos, our story’s narrator!

God of War’s kinetic combat has found a home in a brand-new genre. Kratos will learn deadly skills using his spear and shield, as well as harness powerful divine artifacts known as the Gifts of Olympus to take on a wide array of foes. Sons of Sparta features the return of iconic classics recreated in 2D with stunning hand-drawn pixel animation, as well as a host of new creatures to the franchise inspired by the rich, untapped facets of Greek mythology brought to life by the retro experts at Mega Cat Studios. ”

The best part? It’s available, right now!

God of War fans, we are eating well tonight!

Konami Officially Reveals First-Person Silent Hill Game, Silent Hill: Townfall

It’s been nearly four years since it was first announced, but today, Konami has officially revealed Silent Hill: Townfall, a new chapter in the Silent Hill franchise. Developed by Screen Burn studio and co-published by Annapurna Interactive, here’s your first look at the newest SIlent Hill.

It’s set to arrive later this year.

New Protagonist, Whole New Perspective

About the game (via Steam)

Simon Ordell is called back to the island of St. Amelia to ‘put things right’, encountering a town lying quiet beneath a heavy fog, seemingly abandoned but not at rest.

Venturing deeper, and driven to understand his connection to the place and its inhabitants, Simon begins to discover fragments of a past rising to the surface.

Experienced entirely in first person, Simon must explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including the CRTV, a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.

SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996.

Silent Hill: Townfall currently has no release date beyond a 2026 window and will be available on PS5 and PC.

Highguard New Update 1.006 Applies Balance & Technical Changes

Developer Wildlight Entertainment has released the latest patch for Highguard today, February 12, and this applies technical changes, as well as some balance adjustments as well.

Console gamers will see the download as Highguard update 1.006 (complete version 1.006.000), and this includes various gameplay-related bug fixes and whatnot too.

For the complete details, read on.

Highguard’s February 12 Update Brings Game to Version 1.006

Technical Updates

  • Desktop users may now enable “High Performance Mouse Input Polling” in the Settings menu

    • Dev note: While the engine has never performed mouse input smoothing, users may have perceived latency or frame rate dips on certain machines when using a high poll-rate mouse. This setting causes the engine to poll mouse inputs on a separate worker thread at a much faster rate and may improve performance for some systems. As this is a newer feature, we are leaving it disabled by default, as it may interfere with third-party overlays, and alt-tab/window-focusing behavior.

  • Resolved visual bugs with emotes and other animations when playing with a Low or Medium View Distance Quality settings.

  • Desktop users may now select FSR as the active anti-aliasing method.

    • Dev note: Previously, only NVIDIA users had the option to switch AA methods between TSR and DLSS. Now, all desktop users can also opt into FSR. AMD GPU users with supported cards will automatically leverage FSR4 when this option is selected. When selected, the FSR Quality Mode setting supersedes the internal resolution setting, and a new FSR Sharpness option can be tuned to add additional sharpening as desired.

  • During matches, the frame rate is no longer throttled to 30 FPS when the game is in the background.

    • Dev note: On Windows, it’s not uncommon for applications or the OS itself to steal focus from the game (popups, notifications, etc.). This could happen in a subtle way that would cause the throttle to “stick” because the game never regained focus. We’ve opted to just remove this throttle altogether since it’s rare to actually want to throttle the game while mid-match. The Max FPS setting can still be changed at any point.

  • Match load times were significantly optimized on all platforms.

  • Additional crash fixes and optimizations.

Gameplay Updates:

Gear Up Phase

Dev note: All of these changes are aiming to bring players to loot and fight at the Shieldbreaker site, with a quicker time to shoot.

  • Gear Up Phase shortened to 90 seconds from 120 seconds
  • The PoI waypoints at the start of the phase now only show on the location the Shieldbreaker will be forming. It never fades away until the forming phase starts.
  • Masterwork Weapons and Ultimate Chargers now only appear at the PoI where the Shieldbreaker is forming
  • Reduced respawn times to 15 seconds from 20 seconds during the Gear Up and Shieldbreaker Forming phases

Raids

  • Raid will now end after one generator explodes, teleporting attackers back home and resetting the match to the next Gear Up phase.

    • Dev note: This change aims to give losing players another chance at success and create tighter games. Games can still be won in 1 Raid by destroying the Anchor Stone.

Quality of Life

  • Added Assist and Damage to the end of match podium stats

  • We’ve increased rejoin times so players that disconnect from a match will have an easier time getting back in

  • The Stats screen “Success Rates” has been reformatted to not be a decimal

Ranked Updates

  • Increased kills/assists points for Bronze and Silver

Character Balance Updates:

  • Ekon:

    • Dread (Passive) now triggers at <50% enemy health instead of <100% enemy health

      • Dev Note: We’ve heard everyone’s feedback about being scanned too frequently. This feels like a particularly important numerical threshold because it prevents a revived ally from being instantly scanned.

  • Kai:

    • Increased the health of his Ice Wall from 300 to 400 and health of individual chunks from 40 to 50

  • Mara:

    • Increasing Sacrifice (Passive) range from 8 meters to 10 meters

  • Atticus:

    • Shockspear (Tactical) cooldown reduced from 60 to 45 sec

    • Shockspear charges reduced from 3 to 2

  • Condor:

    • Increase passive detection range from 40 meters to 60 meters

    • Soaring Guardian (Ultimate) updates

      • Transitions quicker to bird form

      • Increased lateral move speed

      • Smoke projectiles travel faster

    • Enemies in Condor smoke sphere get a “position revealed” HUD indicator

    • Condor will now say “baddies” less.

  • Redmane

    • Pounce (Tactical) updates

      • Cooldown reduced from 60 to 45 seconds

      • Pounce reduced from 3 to 2 charges

      • Increased weapon raise time after a leap

      • Increased travel speed while using ranged leap

  • Una

    • Forest Wisps (Tactical) will now target enemies twice as fast and more reliably

    • Increasing projectile speed on both Forest Wisps and Tree Walker (Ultimate)

    • Reducing the duration of the Tree Walker’s cast animation.

    • Limiting Una to 2 Tree Walkers at a time

Firing Range Updates

  • More Character abilities work against Firing Range dummies

    • Condor Ultimate highlights dummies in smoke spheres

    • Redmane abilities now hit target dummies

Bug Fixes:

  • Improved the UI with Reporting and Blocking players
  • Fix for bug where multiple players on a single invisible zipline would cause them to become visible
  • Fix for Barghast emote VFX on low settings
  • Fixed basebreaker trails having distorted effects
  • Addressed some hitches that could be caused by rapid mouse movement
  • Fixed issue that would sometimes cause weapons skins to not appear correctly on a weapon
  • Fix for Redmane sometimes getting stuck in geo when performing a leap
  • Fixed animation bugs at low view distance quality settings
  • Fix for messaging overlaps in some UI menus

In related news, the studio has laid off a ton of staff members mere weeks after Highguard’s release, which doesn’t bode well for the game.
