Outriders References the 2021 DC Mob Riot; Protagonist at the Event

If you haven’t seen it yet, People Can Fly has snuck in quite a number of Easter eggs in Outriders that included some for Bulletstorm, and even one for Final Fantasy 7. However, aside from Easter eggs, the devs seem have to referenced real-life events as well, since Outriders references the Jan. 6, 2021 DC mob that made waves worldwide.

This reference occurs during the second part of Reunion mission in which the character must carve a path to the Solar Tower. Roughly midway through, after eliminating a group of enemies the main character will begin to chatting with another character who goes by the name of Jakub. It’s a brief discussion about a mission they ran when they were back on Earth, but if you pay attention to the lines exchange there is a reference to the recent mob that stormed the capital recently. We’ve included the image where players can hear it, as well as the transcript as well, which indicates that your character, the protagonist of the game, was in the event as well.

Here’s the full transcript:

Outrider: I’m getting major Deja-vu in this place, reminds me of that mission in Damascus where we rescued those diplomats

Jakub: I had to save you ass from that machete-wielding mob

Outrider: Ha! More like that time I had to save your sorry ass from that red neck mob storming D.C.

Jakub: Those missions. Felt like we were fighting for a reason. But this shit hole… it’s never been worth fighting for.

Outrider: So what’s it all about for you then?

Jakub: Just trying to live another day. Boss… We’re barely holding on.

Outrider: Sounds like I chose a good day to wake up then

Could there be more real-life references in the game from actual historic events? I wouldn’t bet against it.

In other Outriders news, the game has been announced as coming to Xbox Game Pass and will be available on day one!

Outriders shoots its way out this April 1 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

DOOM Eternal Gets G Fuel Drinks “Sour Demon’ade” & “Spicy Demon’ade Reskin”

While DOOM Eternal fans might be looking for the latest info regarding The Ancient Gods Part 2 DLC reveal happening later this week, it looks like there’s more DOOM Eternal stuff on the way, though this one is something that you can actually ingest! In a press release, the DOOM Eternal G Fuel tie-in has been announced, which might be just the thing demon slayers need to get their energy up while killing the scourge of the underworld.

Would-be buyers can pre-order the DOOM Eternal G Fuel-inspired drinks (called Spicy Demon’ade and Sour Demon’ade) tomorrow, with the items shipping out on May 15, 2021. There’s even a neat extra if you buy both tubs!

The G FUEL Spicy Demon’ade Reskin tub features the DOOM Slayer wielding the Sentinel Hammer, with the Betrayer and an entire Sentinel army at his back. Both are ready for battle against the armies of Hell. The G FUEL Sour Demon’ade tub boasts the other side of the battle: a titan led by an evil enemy wielding a mighty Crucible sword and meeting the DOOM Slayer head on.

Place both tubs side-by-side, and you’ll create the key art from the DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods Part 2 DLC, a face-off that fans will love to see and add to their G FUEL collection. Both the reskin and new G FUEL flavor will be available in the following forms:

  • G FUEL Spicy Demon’ade Reskin

    • 40-serving Spicy Demon’ade tub
    • Bundle with Spicy Demon’ade Reskin tub and Slayers Club Shaker Cup
  • G FUEL Sour Demon’ade

    • 40-serving Sour Demon’ade tub

    • Bundle with Sour Demon’ade tub and Slayers Club Shaker Cup

    • Bundle with Sour Demon’ade tub, Spicy Demon’ade Reskin tub, and Slayers Club Shaker Cup

If you’d rather hear about the upcoming DLC, Bethesda will give us the full reveal on March 17. Check out the screenshots and more leaked info right here.

Instinction Dev: DualSense Utilization Will Let Players Recognize Weapons Even With Eyes Closed

Announced just this year, Hasbane Interactive has a mammoth of a project on their hands, as the studio is working on what they call a spritual successor to the Dino Crisis franchise with “Instinction.”

While no official gameplay footage has been revealed just yet, the studio talked to MP1st about the project’s inception, and how development is shaping up, With the game confirmed to be coming to next-gen consoles, we asked the devs whether there’s any plans to put the DualSense’s haptic feedback to good use. Hashbane studio co-founder Jade Saunders, and Lead Developer Richard Gold weighed in on it.

MP1: Are there plans to use the DualSense’s haptic feedback to good use? Like, say, if a dinosaur takes a bite out of the player and such?

Jade Saunder: If you were to close your eyes and play with different guns you’d soon start to recognise different weapons, even with your eyes closed.

Richard: We don’t want the focus of the game play experience to be central around just those features, but they are utilised for PS5 in the game. We want to focus on the experience of the game first and have the Dualsense features complement the experience.

Jade: I personally love the adaptive triggers for shooter games, and while some think they are just a gimmick, I think the controller as a whole really adds to the game.

Stay tuned for our full interview with the studio which should hit the site soon.

Apex Legends Update 1.61 March 15 Jumps Out (Update)

While legends just got the big Apex Legends Chaos Theory update last week, Respawn Entertainment has released the Apex Legends update 1.61 March 15 patch, and this is a relatively minor title update that’s been rolled out for fixes.

Apex Legends Update 1.61 March 15 Patch Notes:

Update: Respawn has released today’s patch notes!

Fixed Heat Shield audio bug and a rare exploit
Heat Shields removed from crafting pool
Fixed some bugs with Loba’s tactical
Fixed issues with several event skins missing textures
Several Switch fixes

While Respawn has not issued the full patch notes just yet, Apex Legends Game Director Chad Grenier has shared a peek at some of the fixes incoming on “Monday” (which is today):

The community has confirmed that the “woosh” ring flare noise (that might have drove some players batty) has finally been fixed too!

Respawn has also rolled out a server-side hotfix on March 13, which included the following fixes:

Matches will be limited to 2 “no-fill” players per game. This is a temporary measure while we solve a problem that was causing games to start with fewer than 60 players

The Heat Shield will be disabled in ranked and private matches until further notice. We’re also aiming to fix some bugs with it by early next week, for those using it in the Ring Fury Takeover playlist. Stay tuned!

Also: Ring Fury Stage 2 will be extended until Monday.

Once Respawn releases the full patch notes, we’ll update the post. If you notice any changes, let us know what you find down in the comments below.

Update: We’ve updated the post to reflect the full patch notes by Respawn.

Outriders Xbox Game Pass Refund, Pre-Order Bonuses & More Answered in FAQ

Following today’s huge news that Outriders will be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one of the game’s availability, some Xbox gamers who pre-ordered the game might be wondering what will happen to their advance puchase, or whether they’ll still get the pre-order bonuses if they play the Xbox Game Pass version.

Fortunately, People Can Fly posted an in-depth FAQ! This should answer your questions regarding an Outriders refund and more.

We’ve posted the entire FAQ in full below:

  • Will I get the Hell’s Rangers content pack if I play with Game Pass?
    • The Hell’s Rangers content pack is our way of saying thank you to the early adopters and players who pre-order the game. If you have pre-ordered the game on Xbox, you will receive the Hell’s Rangers content pack. If you access the game exclusively with Game Pass (without purchasing or pre-ordering it), you will not receive the Hell’s Rangers content pack (although you will be able to purchase it separately for up to 10% off with your member discount if you want to pick up the content pack!).
    • We’ve talked more about what the Hell’s Rangers content pack actually is in a previous Broadcast.
  • Will my progress transfer if I change to Xbox from another Platform?
    • Your progress will follow you if you switch between Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One (and vice versa).
    • Your progress will not follow you if you switch to Xbox from another platform like PC or PlayStation. Similarly, your progress will not follow you if you switch from Xbox to another platform.
    • If you own multiple platforms and plan to now play Outriders with Game Pass, we would recommend ensuring that you play the demo on Xbox in order to have your progress waiting for you when Outriders launches with Game Pass.
  • I’ve already pre-ordered Outriders but I would like to cancel my Xbox pre-order in light of the Game Pass news.
  • No problem, we absolutely get it! We’ve worked hard with Xbox to make things as easy as possible for you. So, below are the steps you can take to cancel your pre-order if you have pre-ordered directly from Xbox:
    • Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    • Look for the pre-order in your order history – this will be dated from when you originally placed the pre-order, not when Outriders will be releasing
    • Once found, you will see an option to Cancel the pre-order listed under the release date
      • a. If you’ve paid with a credit card, then it’ll cancel with no charge
      • b. If you’ve paid using Microsoft account credit (either fully or partially) then your credit will be returned to you, with no charge on the card
    • If for any reason you don’t see the option to cancel, or if you’re trying to cancel within 10 days from launch, you’ll need to get in touch with the Xbox team via https://xbox.com/refund
  • If you have pre-ordered via a local retailer (Amazon, Gamestop, GAME etc.) you will need to contact them directly regarding your order.

Hopefully, any concerns you might have regarding the game hitting Game Pass is answered there.

Outriders Coming to Xbox Game Pass, Available on Day One

If you’re an Xbox Game Pass member and you liked what you tried with the Outriders demo, you’ll be glad to know that the shooter will be available on the subscription service on day one!

This was announced by Microsoft today over on the Xbox news wire:

We all got a taste of Outriders with the recent demo, so I’m thrilled to announce that Outriders will be available on Console and Android phones and tablets via Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) with Xbox Game Pass on day one!

Starting April 1 (not an April Fool’s joke, I assure you), Xbox Game Pass for Console and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can jump into this true genre-hybrid from Square Enix, which combines brutal combat with deep RPG systems. Outriders is set in the distant future where players attempt to colonize a planet that they believe to be a new home for humanity. Turns out, the planet doesn’t want them there. Oops. A mysterious storm called the Anomaly burnt out all the tech that’s more advanced than a lightbulb, hyper-evolved the wildlife into ferocious monsters, and colonization efforts broke down into a bitter war of attrition for the last remaining resources available to humanity.

What does this mean for those who pre-ordered the game on Xbox though? Perhaps just get a refund? Once we get more news about that, we’ll let our readers know. If you haven’t tried the demo yet, go read our impressions of it right here.

This is huge for Xbox Game Pass, and could be a precedent for more third-party games being available on the service on the day it launches.

Techland Assures Fans Dying Light 2 Isn’t Cancelled, No Release Date Announcement Planned for March 17

Just a few days ago, Techland announced that a Dying Light 2 development update will be shared by the studio this coming Wednesday, March 17. While we don’t exactly know what we’ll see from the studio, we do know a few things that won’t be announced in the show, and one of those is the game’s release date.

Techland Community Manager Uncy has posted on the game’s official Discord channel, and confirmed that there won’t be a release date announcement (which is a bummer), but also said that they aren’t going to announce that the game has been cancelled, either (which might be a cause for some given the rumors that surfaced).

Honestly, to keep the expectations in tact i can say already that there won’t be a release date announcement, but there will be more than simple “the development is going smoothly”

its a dev update after allyou as the community will have a better understanding of what’s going on and hopefully it will make the wait a little bit easier and look at this from the bright side there wont be any delay announcements either also saw some people that are worried we might announce canceling the game, wont happen either

From the looks of it, perhaps we’ll get a new gameplay video/trailer, and maybe that’s it? Whatever is it, let’s hope it’s good stuff that we can chew on given it’s been a while since we got a proper update regarding the upcoming sequel.

Halo Emblem Spotted in Justice League Snyder Cut

There’s much hype circulating around the release of Zack Snyder’s Justice League, and to help drum it up more, an exhibit at the ATT Discovery District in Dallas has begun putting up costumes and other set pieces from the film up for public viewing. However, it seems that one interesting piece has been mistakenly mistook for the symbol of a prominent foe in the Batman rogue galley, when in fact, it’s one that belongs to the Halo universe.

Visiting the exhibit, actor Geoff Reeves posted the following image of the Deathstroke’s costume, which is worn by actor Joe Manganiello during the new cut of the film.

If you pay attention to the sword hilt you will see a reddish symbol, which according Geoff Reeves, and confirmed by Joe himself, is a reference to Ra’s Al Ghul, leader of the League of Assassin’s.

Here’s the thing, while I’m not the biggest in all knowing when it comes to the DC universe, I do know that isn’t the symbol for either Ra’s Al Ghul, or the League of Shadows as they are often referenced with a Dragon head. As pointed out by many Twitter and Reddit comments, that symbol is actually from Halo. To be precise, it’s a emblem called “Rune” that has existed in the Halo verse since Halo 2. (image of Emblems from Halo 4).

Why is a Halo emblem showing up in the Justice League movie?

Honestly, the best current theory that is going around is that if you google either “ra’s al ghul symbol” or “League of Shadows symbols” it populates as the very first result. There’s a good reason why that is too. Enter Earth-5991, one of the many earths that exist in the DC multiverse. Well, at least not in actual canon as it’s completely fan fiction.

When the young Matt Murdock witnesses his parents being killed in front of him by a mugger, he vows to never allow such thing to happen with the innocent. Departing from his home of Gotham City, Murdock masters both his body and mind across the world, returning to avenge his parents and his city by waging a one-man war against crime as Batman, the Man Without Fear.

In case you didn’t catch it, Matt Murdock is a character from the Marvel Universe, with this fanfic being a crossover between the two. Without getting into too much details behind the rest of the story, this version of Earth’s League of Shadows symbol is well, the one from Halo.

Halo Emblem in Justice League Snyder Cut

Unfortunately with how Google works with SEO keywords, this is the very first image that the search engine decided would be the most accurate result. Still, if this is indeed how the symbol did end up being in the film, you would think there would be more research into this before deciding to include.

What Does Bungie Think?

Well since the posting the the image, Christopher Barret, director over at Bungie and original creator of the emblem commented on it, also noting that it’s of the very same design he made two decades ago.

https://twitter.com/cgbarrett/status/1370935990978670596?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1370935990978670596%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gamespot.com%2Farticles%2Fzack-snyders-justice-league-appears-to-accidentally-use-halo-icon%2F1100-6488795%2F

Pretty crazy if you ask us, but it does unfortunately happen.

Do you think this is an intentional Halo Easter egg or just an honest mistake? Maybe someone got confused? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Marvel’s Avengers MCU Skins “Very Possible,” Says Crystal Dynamics

While it’s pretty obvious now that Crystal Dynamics’ Marvel’s Avengers is not connected to the super successful and hugely popular MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) films, it’s understandable if players would want to see those familiar character designs make it into the game. Well, it looks like Marvel’s Avengers MCU skins could very well be on the way based on Crystal Dynamics’ latest comments.

In the latest Marvel’s Avengers devstream where Hawkeye was showcased, the studio held a Q&A portion via Twitch chat, and one of the questions raised was the possibility of Marvel’s Avengers MCU skins being released. Here are screenshots of questions and answers:

When another fan asked about it again, Crystal Dynamics answered that fans should “stay tuned,” though they have nothing to announce at this time.

Based on Crystal Dynamics’ answers, it looks like it’s an inevitablity, which should be good for Marvel fans, right? I know that I’d be interested in purchasing some MCU skins for the game just so I can see the MCU version of Cap, Iron Man and the rest tear it up. Granted these would be cosmetic changes only, but even still, fans should appreciate it — provided they don’t cost a ton, of course.

Would you buy MCU skins for the game if ever some get released? What price point would you want it to be? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

Report: Rainbow Six Quarantine Coming to Xbox Series Consoles as Technical Test Listing Appears

It would appear that Rainbow Six Quarantine is possibly heading to next-gen consoles as a new store listing for the technical test has appeared.

Last month we broke the news that Ubisoft was potentially changing the name of Rainbow Six Quarantine to Rainbow Six Parasite. While not 100% accurate, Ubisoft did confirm the name’s legitimacy, and that it was only an internal one that they were using during their testing. Well, it seems that they have updated the name to reflect that with the word “codename” as a new Microsoft store listing confirms a technical test on Xbox.

Rainbow Six Quarantine Xbox Series PS5

What’s more the store listing also lists not only the Xbox One, but also the Xbox Series X and S as available platforms. To date, the only confirmed platforms are the PS4, PC, ands Xbox One, given that next-gen consoles (PS5& Xbox Series) are already out, it’s probably not out of the question Quarantine will make the next-gen jump. Though, it’s possible the the newer Xbox consoles are only listed due to backwards compatibility. Additional information on the store listing also states there is single-player, three-player co-op, cross-platform play between the Xbox family, and that it’s been rated “T” by the ESRB.

We aren’t entirely sure about that T rating as that could just be a placeholder for the technical test. We can’t imagine a Rainbow Six game to get away with a T rating, though it is odd it just doesn’t list RP for rating pending. Either way, here’s hoping as more leaks begin to surface that Ubisoft announces something more relating to the game, like a release date.

Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris Taken Offline Yet Again, Might Not Be Back Until Next, Next Week

While we posted this week’s Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris  rewards yesterday, it looks like the mode is once again a cause of concern for the developers, as Bungie has announced that it has taken the Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris offline this weekend due to an issue with rejoining.

The announcement was made today over on Twitter, with Bungie going a little more in-depth on when players can expect its return:

When Will Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris Return?

While the Bungie support account didn’t say whether we’ll see Trials return this coming week, Bungie’s dmg04 said that the studio is “digging deeper,” and set expectations by stating that there might not be a full fix until the Statis tuning patch (which we’ve outlined here) scheduled on March 23.

To compensate players somewhat, Bungie is re-enabling The Lighthouse for those who went Flawless in this week’s Trials, and they’ll also be able to redeem any earned Trials tokens at Saint-14 via the weekly reset.

Finally, it look like based on the Trials report Twitter, it seems some sort of match rigging or win-trading is happening yet again — something that made Bungie pull the mode in the first place!

Once we get more details and wether it’s back this Friday, we’ll be sure to let guardians around the world know. Can Bungie find a way to fix win-trading or prevent players from cheating to earn the best Trials rewards? Your guess is as good as mine at this point.

Thanks, Reddit!

Evil Controllers Interview – Developing Custom Controllers for Next-Gen

With more and more players jumping into online shooters, some gamers might want to have a bit of an advantage without resorting to cheats, and that’s where controllers with back buttons/paddles come in! In this Evil Controller interivew, MP1st talks with Adam Coe, founder of Evil Controllers about custom controllers, why we didn’t see back buttons default on next-gen controllers and more.

Can you introduce yourself to our readers and what Evil Controllers does in the gaming space?

My name is Adam Coe and I am the Founder and CEO of Evil Controllers. Our gaming controllers are customizable with enhancements designed to improve your gaming experience. Within our controller creator, gamers can customize nearly every aspect of their controllers performance and looks. Featuring eSports enhancements such as reassignable paddles or buttons, these ergonomically located inputs allow you to maintain thumbstick control. Additional features like our Tactile Triggers, Shoulders, and Buttons are designed to initiate with less than 1mm of travel distance, increasing reaction time significantly. Additionally, you can highly customize your controllers aesthetics with a range of colors and printing options, such as adding your own name to your controller.

Why do you think Sony didn’t add paddles or back buttons to the DualSense by default? Is it to protect third-party controller makers?

AC: I believe additional inputs were not added to the controller because not all gamers prefer a competitively designed controller. With a lot of casual gamers out there, I think it’s best to provide a platform that works for everyone and can be further enhanced for competitive gaming.

Has Sony talked or discussed controller options and whatnot with manufacturers like Evil?

AC: While we have had discussions with Sony, we primarily were focused on Accessible Gaming and how we could offer more products for gamers. Accessible gaming requires extensive controller modifications and the ability to adapt to all types of physical limitations, so naturally they reached out to us. We hope to bring accessible gaming more mainstream and the PS5 is a great platform to do so.

Why do you think the official PlayStation back button attachment wasn’t made to be compatible with the DualSense?

AC: I believe the ergonomics of the housing are not identical and it would require an entirely new product. Being that the product itself had a short testing period with PS4, perhaps they’ll bring out a new design for the PS5.

What challenges has Evil encountered so far when integrating back buttons on the DaulSense?

AC: Our biggest challenge is the length of time it takes to develop a new product, especially without getting the controllers prior to launch date. Since we have to wait, it puts pressure on the time factor.

Does Evil have plans to release PSVR-related peripherals?

AC: If the demand is there, we’d be happy to offer customization to virtual reality peripherals.

Has Evil considered releasing a Xbox/PS controller hybrid of sorts that will work on both consoles?

AC: We primarily focus on the controller itself and how to improve it, rather than creating a cross platform compatible device which has different technical challenges. I wouldn’t rule it out, but it isn’t on our radar for now.

Have you ever thought of making a backbutton attachment of your own for the DualSense?

AC: We’ve thought of all types of different concepts but who knows, we may have one in the future.

Is the controller and videogame peripheral market big enough now that there are Evil, SCUF and other controller makers out there?

AC: Absolutely, the market continues to grow daily and with the increase in gaming during 2020, I expect gaming to only continue to grow.

What other products can gamers expect from Evil in the future?

AC: Gamers can expect us to continue to advance the controllers capabilities and provide the best gaming experience possible. With that, we plan to create products that make a larger impact on accessible gaming so that we can bring gaming to all, regardless of abilities.

We’d like to thank Adam for taking time out of his busy schedule to talk to MP1st. You can check out Evil’s lineup of modded controllers here,

PS4 Jailbreak 7.50 Released, Here’s What You Can Expect

Seems that the PlayStation hacking scene has made some major strides, as the PS4 Jailbreak 7.50 exploit (up to 7.55) has been released, opening a new batch of possibilities.

News broke out last night about the PS4 7.50 jailbreak as scene hacker Sleirsgoevy published his release. The release is based on the disclosed information from TheFlow submitted to Sony via HackerOne program

While released, much like the last recent PS4 6.72 Jailbreak, don’t expect to see a whole lot of success or stability.

https://twitter.com/opoisso893/status/1370741879222980609

Expect to see plenty of tools and exploit hosts to be updated in the coming days to support the new jailbroken firmware. In the meantime, read up below on some of the things possible with a jailbroken PS4.

What Does PS4 7.50 Jailbreak mean?

Note, we do not promote piracy nor recommend it. While the hacking scene is heavily guided by users wanting to pirate titles, we will not be providing any method of it here. We always suggest you buy your own copy and back it up yourself, which is completely legal. Please support your game developers as they have poured and immense amount of hard work into creating a video game You wouldn’t like people stealing from you so why should you do it to others?

Instead we will focus on some of the cool effects we have seen coming from jailbroken PS4 consoles. For example, recently Lance McDonald, aka manfightdragon released a unofficial Bloodborne patch that enabled 60fps on PS4 and PS4 Pro. A long requested feature from the fans that Sony and From Software have yet to officially release. While yes, it is only for a limited amount of users, it does at least tell us that it is very much possible to achieve. Please, seeing the game in it’s 60fps glory is certainly exciting. Have a watch of it down below!

Lance isn’t the only user to dabble in game improvements either, as a dedicated modder who goes by the name of illusion0001 also manage to create a custom patch to fix an old crash bug in The Last of Us

And of course, last but not least a Jailbroken PS4 also allows users to create some really cool custom mods. Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 has seen some custom costumes, including a venom suit and even Miles Morales Spider-Man suit!

There’s a God of War Mod that allows users to freely explore levels, with a hidden Easter egg even being discovered with this method.

For the more complex side of things, newer jailbroken revisions also allow researchers to better understand the PS4. Emulators for example can be improved upon, helping to keep retro gaming preserved.

Linux is also functional should a user choose to install it on their PS4.

With PS4 7.50 Jailbreak now out in the wild, expect to see some really cool mods appear for say The last of Us Part 2 and Ghost of Tsushima. We’ll be sure to cover them here when someone posts them

Crystal Dynamics Is Committed to Marvel’s Avengers for “Years to Come,” Roadmap Being Worked On

Marvel’s Avengers next-gen versions are launching next week along with the new Hawkeye DLC, and while fans are getting geared up to run through it, some might have wondered what exactly is next for the title. While nothing has officially been outlined, Crystal Dynamic has assured its fans that they plan on supporting Marvel’s Avengers for “years to come.”

In the latest developer stream showcasing Hawkeye, Crystal Dynamic took to the Twitch chat to answer some fan questions, in which many of them revolved around the future support of the game. While they didn’t reveal exactly what was in store (we assume the DLC will,) Crystal Dynamic did take this opportunity to clear the air, and confirm that they will continue working on Avengers for the coming years.

We understand, but rest assured we’re committed to the future of Marvel’s Avengers for years to come, and have been working on a whole lot of things, which we’re excited to reveal! Looking forward to seeing you there in next-gen!

For those wondering when we might see the reveal of this content, well, there is the Square Enix event set next week where the publisher has mentioned that something Marvel’s Avengers-related will be shown. The team didn’t say exactly what, but did say that fans should be excited to watch it.

Nonetheless, Crystal Dynamics did at least confirm that they have been working on a roadmap for Marvel’s Avengers, but sadly aren’t ready to show it just yet. When they do though, it should hopefully please the community by better providing them with the long requested insight they have wanted since the launch of the game.

Don’t forget, Crystal Dynamics did say that the upcoming Future Imperfect DLC is “just the beginning,” which could mean that there’s a ton more Marvel’s Avengers content headed our way.
