Black Ops Cold War Maps and New Game Modes Detailed

While the full slate of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War maps and modes haven’t been revealed today, Treyarch has given us a lot to pore over so far. It seems that in terms of locales, this will be the most varied Call of Duty game to date when it comes to multiplayer maps.

Note that the maps listed below is not the complete list that will be available at launch. This goes for the modes, too. These are just the ones spotlighted by Treyarch today.

Black Ops Cold War maps:

Deniable Operations: Meticulously Crafted Maps

In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Treyarch’s signature map design will be rooted in the game’s realistic and historical setting, all accentuated by a visual art style that immerses players into the unfolding early 1980s Cold War narrative.

This Multiplayer journey brings operators around the world from the Angolan desert (Map name: Satellite), to the frozen lakes of Uzbekistan (Crossroads), to the streets of South Beach (Miami), to frigid North Atlantic waters (Armada), and even to the heart of the U.S.S.R. (Moscow). Here’s a quick rundown of some of the maps you can expect to infiltrate into:

Armada

Based on Operation Azorian, U.S. and Soviet forces arrive in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean in search of a prototype nuclear submarine. The scale of the Cold War could be tipped in favor of whoever salvages it, whether it be the Soviets reclaiming it or the U.S. intercepting it. Zipline from ship to ship or command gunboats to turn the tide of the fight.

Crossroads

At a pivotal route to Afghanistan deep in Uzbekistan, NATO forces are mobilized to ambush a large Soviet military convoy comprised of mobile ICBM launchers. With the backdrop of a frozen Soviet Wilderness, an MI6 Squadron are ready to combat any Spetsnaz forces in order to secure the top-secret intel held on the convoy, as well as any necessary supplies for future operations. Use tanks to blow up enemy positions or snowmobiles to zip behind the enemy and break their lines.

Miami

Through hired DGI forces, Perseus ambushed and assaulted a prison transport in Miami’s famed South Beach in order to free a trusted ally. Amid the cover of night amongst vibrant art-deco architecture and neon lights, CIA special forces have been dispatched to eliminate remaining DGI forces and identify clues to Perseus’ whereabouts.

Moscow

In the heart of the U.S.S.R, a Spetsnaz squad was sent to a compromised CIA safe house in order to secure the area, capture any remaining CIA operatives, and acquire further intel on NATO’s future plans. Initial reports indicate that the area has gone hot and fighting has spilled out into the streets, prompting a second CIA-JSOC team to arrive at the scene as reinforcements.

Satellite

Deep in the deserts of Angola, Central Africa, a top-secret, American-made reconnaissance satellite known as the KH-9 has been grounded, potentially by Perseus. Hired DGI forces are searching for the sensitive intel it holds, while NATO’s MI6 Squadron have been dispatched to secure the site and eliminate DGI stragglers.

Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer modes:

Declassified Intel: Multiplayer Modes Overview

Expect to see familiar core modes, such as Team Deathmatch, Search & Destroy, Domination, and Kill Confirmed brought back alongside new ways to play like VIP Escort, Combined Arms, and Fireteam. Black Ops 4’s fan-favorite competitive Control mode makes a return, as well!

VIP Escort

In this new 6v6 objective core game mode, teams either protect or subdue a randomly selected player who becomes a VIP. This Very Important Player only gets a kitted-out pistol, a smoke grenade, a UAV for team intel, and the satisfaction of having up to five other squadmates defend them.

These protectors must escort the VIP to an extraction point as they fend off the attacking team, whose goal is to neutralize the VIP before they escape. A non-VIP who dies during the round is out until the next one, but a downed player at zero health can defend themselves in Last Stand or be revived by a teammate to get back into the fight.

Combined Arms

A 12v12 battle that combines infantry and vehicular gameplay, Combined Arms is a larger-scale mode where the action is tailed to the environment it takes place within.

Depending on the map, vehicles such as Tanks, Snowmobiles, Attack Helicopters or Wakerunners will amplify and advance the action alongside traditional gunfights, allowing for jaw-dropping moments right in the middle of an intense engagement.

At launch, expect to play multiple Combined Arms Maps across a handful of Combined Arms Modes, including Domination, which places multiple flags around a given map for teams to capture and defend.

Fireteam

Fireteam is a new 40-player category of Black Ops Multiplayer with up to 10 teams of four, where the action is centered around not just the operators in the field, but also the environment they battle in. The first available Fireteam game type is called Dirty Bomb, which we’ll have more information on as we get closer to launch!

For the official open beta schedule, head on over here. We’ll have more Black Ops Cold War info on the site within the day so stay tuned.

PUBG Update 8.3 Patch Notes & Release Date Revealed

With PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Season 8 coming to a close, PUBG Corp. has now revealed the next update hitting the battle royale game. The PUBG update 8.3 patch notes and release date has been revealed today and we have the details!

PUBG update 8.3 patch notes & release date:

Release date:

  • September 16 on PC
  • September 24 on consoles

New Feature: Erangel Ferries

For those of you wondering what the new docks on Erangel were all about since we added them last update, your ship has come in!

Two new Ferry lines will now carry passengers across the water from Southern Erangel to Sosnovka Island and back. There’s a total of 4 ferries that make round trips throughout the game for those of you not feeling lucky enough to yolo it across the bridge.

  • Four Ferries have been added to Erangel
  • Ferries allow players to board and travel via two set routes between the Erangel Mainland and Sosnovka Island
    • Each route has two Ferries
  • Each Ferry will depart from the docks with the first phase of the Blue Zone
  • Once arriving at a dock, ferries will stay docked for approximately 20 seconds before taking to the sea en route to their destination
    • Ferries will sound a horn 7 secs prior to arrival and departure. Hop aboard!
  • Ferries are not available in Ranked Mode or Esports Mode in Custom Matches

New Item: Jammer Pack

We’ve been teasing the Jammer Pack for a while, and it’s finally making its Battlegrounds debut! The Jammer Pack allows you to prevent Blue Zone damage for a short time at the expense of level 3 bag space. For now, the Jammer Pack will only spawn rarely on Sanhok and Karakin in Normal and Custom Matches.

  • The Jammer Pack uses its energy to temporarily prevent players from taking damage from the Blue Zone
    • An new energy bar for the Jammer Pack will be displayed on screen once equipped
  • Once all energy has been depleted, the Jammer Pack will function only a regular backpack, not giving any protection against the Blue Zone
    • Energy depletes more quickly as the Blue Zone deals more damage
  • Available in Normal and Custom Matches as rare world loot spawn on Karakin and Sanhok
    • Also obtainable from the Sanhok Loot Truck

Gameplay

General

  • Decoy Grenades have been added Karakin and Training Mode
  • Miramar haystacks are now destructible (much like their Erangel counterparts)
  • Added Pai Nan and Bootcamp to Team Deathmatch
  • Added additional natural cover in the form of trees and rocks outside Bootcamp, Sanhok on both the North and West sides
  • Since the recent sound improvements to the Kar98k and SKS, we’ve received feedback that the overall volume of the sounds are too loud. We’ve heard your feedback and have lowered the volume when firing both the Kar98k and SKS
  • Destructible wooden shacks have been re-added to Erangel
    • These were temporarily replaced with concrete shacks in Update 8.2 due to a technical issue

Sanhok Loot Truck

  • Added Jammer Pack to available loot pool
  • Greatly reduced the number of Level 3 Helmets and Ghillie suits drops
  • Limited the number of duplicate item drops from Loot Trucks, to prevent situations where excessive loot of the same type is dropped from one Loot Truck

Assist System

Up until now, assists were only tracked during the recap of Ranked Mode matches. Now we’re expanding upon it’s visibility and adding it to Normal Matches as well, with new UI elements added to show when your assists happen.

Assist UI and messaging has been added to Ranked Mode, Normal Matches in Duos/Squads and team modes in Battle Royale Custom Matches. The current assist system for TDM will remain unchanged.

  • Assists are earned after dealing at least 25 damage to an enemy who is then killed soon after by a teammate
    • You’ll be granted an assist for enemies knocked within 60 seconds of you dealing the minimum damage, who are then later killed by one of your teammate, without being revived beforehand
    • Assists also apply when these conditions are met in situations where an enemy dies instantly, due to being the last member alive in their team or squad

Teammate Combat Indicators

We’ve added a visual indication for when your squad mates are attacked by enemy players. This will help teams react more quickly to allies under fire, especially those not using voice comms.

  • Additional indicators will now display alongside the existing teammate UI to help you identify when teammates are engaged in combat.
  • You’ll see these indicators in the existing locations you get information on your teammate’s current status.
    • Team HUD
    • Minimap
    • On-screen 3D teammate icons
    • The notifications won’t display while spectating (including replays) or watching the Deathcam

Bot AI improvements

  • We’ve made a few improvements to bots to make them act a little more naturally

Ranked Mode

Train your skills while matchmaking

Players will now have the option to join Training Mode while waiting for their Ranked Match queue. About 30 seconds after your queue begins, you’ll be given a popup asking whether you want to stay in the lobby or join Training Mode.

This is a good, completely optional way to warm up and pass the time before getting into your Ranked Match.

  • After matchmaking for 30 seconds, you’ll be presented with the option to enter Training Mode while remaining in queue for your Ranked Match
  • You can choose to either stay in the lobby or enter Training Mode while continuing to wait for a match
    • Bear in mind, you won’t necessarily be placed into the same Training Mode instance as your teammates
  • You and your teammates will automatically be removed from Training Mode and sent into a Ranked Match once found
  • Leaving Training Mode manually will return you to the main menu, where you’ll remain in the Ranked Mode queue
    • You won’t have the option to rejoin Training Mode if you’ve manually left
  • Matchmaking will be cancelled if any teammates exit PUBG, or cancel matchmaking

Performance and Optimization

  • Reduced the chance of hitching or stuttering to occur while the game is spawning items
    • Items will be loaded in advance during the loading splash screen
    • We expect this improvement will also resolve most cases of items not being displayed upon landing and cases where throwing a melee weapon can result in the projectile visually stuttering.
  • Character Spawning Optimization
    • Reduced instances of hitching or stuttering which could occur during the loading of multiple vehicles or players at once.
  • Optimized shadow animations when exiting vehicles
  • Optimized the cost of world particle effects to ease potential overloads which could cause a decrease in performance
  • Optimized the rendering pipeline to improve performance

Custom Matches

Loot Truck Icons

  • New icons for loot trucks has been added in the observer mode.
  • Loot truck icons show two state of the truck. Live or Dead.

General

  • Player headup UI displayed in the observer mode has been slightly optimized for better experience.
  • Added Jammer Backpack (Sanhok and Karakin)

Esports Ruleset update

  • Esports Mode has been updated with the latest global S.U.P.E.R. ruleset
  • For full details, including specific spawn rate adjustments, please refer to the Global Esports Ruleset available at https://www.pubgesports.com

Social Features

In an effort to make our friend system easier to use and a better place for all things social, we’ve revamped the system into a brand new Social Page. Here you can see your friends list, people you’ve recently played with, etc.

  • Improved the friends list popout, replacing it with the new full screen Social Page.
  • The Social Page can be accessed by clicking the social widget in the lower right corner of the lobby on the main menu.
  • Team invite settings can be changed on new Social Page

Have a quick click around the Social Page next time you’re in-game to discover how it all works.

UX/UI

Store – Featured page Overhaul

Store featured page has gone through an overhaul to provide better experience. Browse and interact with the new featured page!

Other

  • The outgame background color has been changed to improve readability and quality
  • Improved some design components for consistency
  • Indicators and a message will now be displayed In situations where connectivity issues to Steam are preventing certain outgame features from working correctly

In just a few short hours, Activision will officially reveal multiplayer footage of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. While we’ve gotten footage of it from a leak last week, that was very poor in video quality. If you can’t wait for later, new Black Ops Cold War multiplayer HD footage has leaked.

Check out the five-minute footage below.

by inblackopscoldwar

Once again, it gives us a look at the VIP mode, and we see how the movement seems to be similar to Black Ops 4, though this one is more grounded.

The official reveal is happening later today at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET! It’ll be a long one, and there will be loads of gameplay footage surfacing during that time.

In other Black Ops Cold War news, the official ESRB rating has surfaced, and we also posted a huge article on each character starring in the game.

Marvel’s Avengers Game Update 1.06 September 9 Flies Out for Fixes (Update)

Crystal Dynamics has released the Marvel’s Avengers game update 1.06 September 9 patch, and it includes some much-needed fixes to the superhero looter action game. It’s a small download at just 84MB on PS4.

Marvel’s Avengers Game Update 1.06 September 9 patch notes:

Crystal Dynamics has released the official notes:

Patch fixes for V1.2.4 have been combined with V1.2.5 – the below patch notes account for both updates.

Patch V1.2.5 resolves a number of playthroughs stoppers. Our next patch – V1.3.0 – will be our largest yet and will resolve bad states for bugs fixed in 1.2.5, as well as address hundreds of smaller quality of life issues. We are rigorously testing V1.3.0. to ensure it is ready for deployment, and will update you when we have a timeline to share!

Patch V1.2.5:

  • Resolved an infrequent bug where players are unable to progress with the campaign due to an infinite loading screen.
    • This patch does not resolve the fix for those who have already encountered it – bad save states will be resolved in V1.3.0.
  • Addressed majority of instances of a partially loaded Helicarrier which resulted in characters infinitely falling out of world when trying to access the Avengers Initiative.
    • There are rare instances where this could happen still, but the patch ensures that loading back into the main menu and then returning to the Avengers Initiative will resolve it. We are still working to eliminate this bug entirely.
  • Campaign Mission reward outfits will no longer disappear from Cosmetics Inventory UI. This presented as costumes that were previously unlocked through campaign progress – such as the Stark Tech outfits – reverting to a locked state.
    • We prevented this from happening in V1.2.5, but the patch does not return outfits for those who have already encountered it – bad save states will be resolved In V1.3.0.
  • Marketplace and Challenge Card outfits will be restored and no longer become re-locked in the Cosmetics Inventory UI. This presented as costumes that were previously unlocked through online play – such as Hero Challenge Card rewards, pattern drops, and faction vendors – reverting to a locked state
  • Updated Community Challenge UI that now reflects current community progress.
  • Backup Save UI improvements
  • Load time optimizations
  • Xbox Only: Achievements should now unlock and increment properly. We are still investigating if all Achievements will be granted retroactively – our current theory is that story-based will, but challenge-based will not.

In other Marvel’s Avengers news, check out our endgame build called Worldbreaker Hulk, and one for Captain America that can give you unlimited Brooklyn Brawler power.

Stay tuned to our official review of Marvel’s Avengers hitting the site soon.

Update: Official patch notes have been added.

Iron Harvest Roadmap for September Revealed

Get those mechanical mechs ready as the weekly Iron Harvest roadmap has officially been revealed.

Down below you’ll find the full breakdown of the content that is dropping this month for King Art’s nearly released RTS (real-time strategy), Iron Harvest. All of this content will be introduced as free updates throughout the week of their releases.

Iron Harvest Roadmap for September

  • Week Two: New 3v3 map, Co-op for campaign
  • Week Three: New 2v2 map, Glossary
  • Week Four: Rank mode, Auto cast abilities
  • Week Five: New 1v1 map

Co-op campaign will probably be the biggest feature for many, and thankfully the wait won’t be as long as the rest of the content. New multiplayer maps, however, will no doubt please the PvP audience. This of course is just the content coming in September, so be sure to check back next month when the roadmap drops for that!

Iron Harvest is now available on Steam and GOG for $49.99. If you are interested in reading what we thought about this dieselpunk RTS, be sure to read our official Iron Harvest review here to see why we thought highly of it.

Marvel’s Avengers Game Captain America Build – The Infinite Brooklyn Brawler

If you’ve played through Marvel’s Avengers (or just have a lick of common sense), you probably know Captain America isn’t really dead. While we won’t spoil what happens to Steve Rogers, we’re here to help players with a Marvel’s Avengers game Captain America build called The Infinite Brooklyn Brawler!

Gamer TrixRidiculous crafted a Captain America build that lets you deal insane amounts of damage by constantly triggering Cap’s “Brooklyn Brawler” ultimate heroic!

Marvel’s Avengers Game Captain America build – The Infinite Brooklyn Brawler:

Mandatory Skills:

Ultimate Heroic tree –

CQC Specialist – While Brooklyn Brawler is active, you can perform takedowns on Critically Wounded enemies.

Note: This skill is absolutely insane, and will allow you to perform takedowns on any enemy at low health (<40% I think, but might me more like <30%, hard to tell) regardless of stun bar. You will be performing takedowns nonstop, sometimes up to three times back to back on the same enemy. Also important to note, that you will be the only one on the team who can do takedowns this way, so you won’t be fighting with your teammates over takedowns, which is important for the rest of the build.

Adrenaline Rush– Takedowns extend Brooklyn Brawler by three seconds.

Note: An important note here, is that during the takedown, the timer is paused, so it doesnt simply replace the time spend on the takedown but rather adds to it. If you can continuously do takedowns on enemies with low health, you can keep adding to the duration. I’ve gotten it as high as a minute during tough fights.

Mastery Skills:

Takedown Specialization  – Heroic Takedown Mastery – Takedowns spawn a heroic orb.

Note: Very Straightforward, every hero has this. Get a heroic orb every takedown, which, combined with our ability to spam takedowns will drastically reduce all our cooldowns.

With these three skills alone, you will be able to extend your Ultimate out to multiple minutes, while also collecting orbs cooling down your Rally Cry / Steamroller as well as your Ult itself.

If and when your Ultimate eventually runs out, or when you enter a new area, you should have collected enough orbs to have it off cooldown, therefore keeping it up indefinitely.

Added info: That’s really it. Other useful skills would just be anything that spawns heroic orbs, but are just gravy to the primary strategy. For equipment, the campaign artifact with +4 to damage buffs works with Brooklyn Brawler, and there is also a Cap chest piece from his iconic missions that gives +2 to Brooklyn Brawler. Otherwise, look for light attack finisher perks since Brooklyn Brawler doesn’t use heavy attacks. Shock and Pym Damage are best. Avoid Cryo, Plasma, and Cosmic as lifesteal and enemy staggers/slows aren’t necessary. Gear that have % chance to spawn orbs on takedowns also get a lot of use here.

I will update when I have a more thorough min/max, but I just wanted to share my thoughts right now. I hope folks find this helpful, definitely give this build a try.

To make this even more busted. Use captain’s call (R2 + Triangle) during BB to auto block all non-reds. We assume it’s a glitch.

If you want to see it in action, check out gameplay of it below.

Currently, this is the build I use for my Captain America, and it is INSANE. You can go one-on-one with any enemy and just pummel them with shield slams from the Brooklyn Brawler. Add in the each takedown gives you back some health (which you can even upgrade to give you more after each takedown), and well, you won’t run out of health anytime soon.

Check out this Worldbreaker Hulk build guide to see the Boneshaker ability used to great effect and make Hulk a tank!

Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer Teaser Released Ahead of Official Reveal Tomorrow

In case you didn’t know, the official reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War multiplayer is happening tomorrow! To help drum up hype (as if the game needed it), Activision has released a Black Ops Cold War multiplayer teaser.

https://twitter.com/CallofDuty/status/1303377564690345984

As the tweet states, expect the multiplayer reveal to happen at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET/1 a.m. HKT. Fans can watch it on the official Call of Duty Twitch channel, or just tune in here on MP1st as we’ll have a stream up once we’re close to it.

Of course, if you can’t wait, you can watch footage of the multplayer now, though it’s not high-res and doesn’t do the game justice.

Also of note, the embargo for those who attended the multiplayer event will lift tomorrow, so expect tons of gameplay footage and info to make their way out. We’re assuming that we’ll know most of the details like scorestreaks, perks, weapons and more revealed tomorrow. We’ll be posting the latest news as it happens, so make sure to check back here on MP1st regularly.

Modern Warfare & Warzone Playlist Update September 8 Released

It’s Tuesday, and that means Infinity Ward has rolled out a new playlist update! Aside from new game modes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer and Warzone, This Modern Warfare & Warzone playlist update September 8 roll out also includes a fix!

This is a server-side refresh so you won’t need to download anything.

Modern Warfare & Warzone Playlist Update September 8 changes:

Here’s what’s new per Infinity Ward:

Today’s playlist update is now live across all platforms!
#ModernWarfare
– Ground War
– Gunfight OSP

– Shoot the Ship
#Warzone
– Removing Plunder: Blood Money

Remember when just a few days ago that vehicles were taken out of Warzone? While Infinity Ward didn’t announce it, it was to prevent players from doing a game-breaking exploit. Thankfully, that has since been resolved.

TLOU2 Update 1.07 September 8 Patch Sneaks Out

Naughty Dog has released a new The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2) patch and it’s live now! Now before anyone gets excited with this TLOU2 update 1.07 September 8 patch, it’s purely for fixes and doesn’t deliver anything new.

Clocking in at just 132MB, head on below for the full details.

TLOU2 Update 1.07 September 8 patch notes:

Here’s what Naughty Dog had to say about the latest patch:

Happy Tuesday, everyone! We’ve just launched an update to #TheLastofUsPartII that includes minor bug fixes and improvements. You should get a notification the next time you launch the game.

Yep, that’s basically it. If you haven’t picked the game up yet, head on over to our review where we state, “Ultimately though, The Last of Us Part 2 is a title that every PS4 owner (or gamer, even) must play, since it does push the narrative-driven, single-player action genre forward in more ways than one. This is one title that will cause a divide among gamers long after its finished, and I don’t think Naughty Dog would have it any other way.”

If we spot any gameplay-related changes, we’ll update the post. If there’s anything you notice, feel free to leave a comment or send us an email about it.

New Destiny 2 Update 1.58 September 8 Deployed for Update 2.9.2

As expected given the previous announcement, Bungie has released the new Destiny 2 update 1.58 September 8 patch or what the studio calls update 2.9.2! Clocking in at just 420MB, head on below for the patch notes.

New Destiny 2 Update 1.58 September 8 patch notes:

ACTIVITIES

Gambit
  • Fixed an issue that caused players to freeze when spawning into Gambit.

Prophecy Dungeon
  • Fixed an issue where enemies could stop spawning in Hexahedron area, blocking players from progressing.

Nightfall
  • Fixed an issue where enemies would stop responding to players if they carried motes from a Contact event into the Savathun’s Song or Festering Core Nightfall.

GAMEPLAY AND INVESTMENT

Investment

  • Fixed an issue where players who completed Tommy’s Matchbook catalyst pursuit were re-awarded it.
  • Fixed an issue where the Trials vendor engram advertised rewards at zero Power level.
      • Note: This was simply a display error; the actual Power you would receive was not affected.
  • Fixed an issue where the Cold Denial ornament ADS view looked very different from the base weapon.
  • Prestige Eater of Worlds and Spire of Stars ornaments can be viewed in collections.
  • The “Become Legend” step of the New Light quest incorrectly asked players to reach Power level 950.
      • It now correctly ask players to reach Power level 1000.
  • Redrix’s Broadsword will now be available to reclaim from Collections.
      • Note: This will be locked to the first roll rewarded when completing the Broadsword quest.
  • Made improvements to Sleeper Node RNG on Mars.
      • When combining Resonate Stems, it is very unlikely that the resulting Override Frequency will unlock a node in your current area. For example, if you need to unlock a node in Heatsink, you should leave Heatsink before creating an Override Frequency.
      • Destiny 2 has an internal checklist of nodes you have unlocked. This checklist is separate from the count you see in game, and prior to this fix, the checklist would frequently be cleared. Clearing this checklist is the reason duplicates were so common. Going forward, the checklist will never be cleared.
      • Note: If you create an Override Frequency for a node that you have opened in the past, you should open the node again instead of deleting the Override Frequency. This will allow the internal checklist to be updated, and help prevent future duplicates.
  • Spider will begin offering three weekly Wanted bounties, up from one.
      • Note: These bounties will now award 10k Glimmer, down from 15k.
  • Fixed an issue where the Guardian Games quest was still present in some players’ inventories.
      • Seriously, if this Quest isn’t fully removed this time, we’re going to need to talk to Zavala about how Titans are rubbing their win in everyone’s faces.
          • It’s not very nice of them to do that.
              • Please stop reminding me that Hunters lost.
  • Fixed an issue where players could block quest progress by acquiring Calcified Light without the quest active.
  • Reduced amount of Shader drops from Umbral Engrams.

Weapons

  • Exotics
      • Ruinous Effigy:
          • Transmutation Spheres can no longer be picked up by players with active Super abilities.
      • Perks that provide ability energy on Super activation (Apotheosis Veil, Radiant Largesse) now activate after Super energy is consumed.
          • These perks used to activate during the Super’s warmup, but that allowed players to cancel their Super during warmup to gain ability energy without consuming their Super energy.
          • This change will prevent activating these perks for “free.”
      • Fixed an issue affecting the perks on Jade Rabbit and Merciless.
          • Perks that activate “on hit” weren’t triggering properly when projectiles over-penetrated their target.

Armor

  • Solstice of Heroes:
      • When in first person view, most of the Gauntlets are invisible except for the gold trim and hands.
      • Fixed a misaligned solstice glow on Hunter Solstice leg arrangement.
      • Increased glow intensity.

General

  • Fixed an issue on Steam where certain player persona names could cause Weasel errors.

Don’t forget to check out this week’s reset of activities, here.
