Xbox Live Coming to iOS and Android

When people say “Xbox Live,” chances are you’re thinking of an Xbox console, right? While that might be the case now, Microsoft is slowly bridging its online platform to other devices, and the next step is to bring it to iOS and Android!

Microsoft has released an SDK (Software Development Kit) that will allow iOS and Android developers to tinker with the Xbox Live platform. This means developers will gain access to cross-platform integration, the Achievements system, Gamertags, and more.

With this move, Microsoft is dropping the shackles associated with the online platform with the company’s console. Who knows, we might be playing on Xbox Live using our iPhones really soon, which can then sync up with our consoles, and whatnot.

Mortal Kombat 11 Story Mode “Looking to Be Around 8 Hours Long”

While fighting games aren’t exactly known for a gripping single-player campaign, that’s not the case with the Mortal Kombat franchise. With characters and lore dating back to the ’90s, franchise fans are almost always keen to know what’s happening in each game’s story mode.

If you’re wondering how long the Mortal Kombat 11 story mode is, we now have our answer! Speaking to GameReactor, Dominic Cianciolo, Story Director at NetherRealm Studios, have pegged the Mortal Kombat 11 story mode to be at around eight hours long.

mortal kombat 11 story mode

I can roughly estimate how long the cinematics and everything are but I can’t tell you exactly how long the story mode will be.” We did however learn from a representative that the story is looking to be around eight hours long. – Dominic Cianciolo, Story Director at NetherRealm Studios

Given this is a fighting game that focuses on multiplayer, eight hours seems like a perfectly good amount of time, no? Of course, there are cutscenes and whatnot, but even so, fans will be pleased to know that NetherRealm won’t be skimping on the game’s story.

Speaking of story, check out the latest time-bending trailer right here where we also see the reveal of Cassie Cage, Erron Black and more! If you’d rather know more about the roster, check out this leaked screenshot that shows us the full list of fighters.

The Division 2 Keychain Locations Guide

With The Division 2, Ubisoft has ramped up the customization features for characters, which now includes keychains for our characters’ backpacks. Those who played the beta, you’ll be awarded one just for participating, which you can see dangle while you run and shoot about in the game.

Those not familiar with keychains in The Division 2, these are purely cosmetic items that hang at the bottom of your backpack. That’s it. They don’t give any stat buffs, but are just there for cosmetic reasons. Nonetheless, they are nice little trinkets to have and show off.

Thanks to Reddit user Awkward_Cake, listed below are The Division 2 keychain locations, which might be considered spoiler-ish for some. If you want to discover everything in the game by yourself, don’t read further! Otherwise, check out where to find each keychain in the game.

the division 2 keychain locations

  • Teddy Bear – Pre-order bonus (may be Gold Edition exclusive, may be Uplay exclusive, may be PC exclusive. Nobody really knows with 100% certainty! Information from the year 1 road map regarding editions (link on the right of the top banner) states that it’s a PC ubistore exclusive but there are reports of pre-orders from other places and on other systems that have it so seriously, who knows…)
  • Capital Building – Participate in Open Beta activities (no longer available).
  • Supply Crate – Complete Darkzone East intro mission during Open Beta (no longer available).
  • US Flag – Achieve highest Shield tier in The Division 1.
  • Space Shuttle – Air and Space Museum, when the shuttle crashes through the roof, search the cockpit.
  • Skeleton – The Skeleton keychain is located during the main mission DCD Headquarters. You can find it in the morgue, after you jump down the elevator shaft. Instead of going up the steps to continue the missions, explore the area to your left and you’ll find a human skeleton model. That’s where the collectible is
  • Plushie Hippo – Upgrade the Theatre Settlement twice, it comes with a new raised area up on the roof. The hippo is in a box on the new roof area.
  • Gavel – Play through the main missions, you get it after rescuing President Ellis.
  • Plushie Flower – Upgrade the Campus settlement twice. Its on a raised area above the Stage. Small little walkway with a flower bed at the end.
  • Gold Bar – Comes from the Bank Vault mission, in the vault, inside a deposit box.
  • Blood Vial – In the outcast stronghold, it is in a dresser before you drop down to a underground tunnel.
  • Hunters Axe – Kill hunter NPCs and collect 8 keys to open the Ivory Chest in The White House. You get a weapon, shader and keychain
  • Ice Hockey Player – From /u/RoadSign5 I found a Ice Hockey player bobble head during the missions inside of the Basketball/Ice Hockey Stadium. I only noticed it after I was checking over the loot at the end of the mission so I can’t tell you exactly where inside of the building it was found.
  • Flag and Dogtags – From /u/Wombatinncombat From the True Sons stronghold, possibly from killing the end boss.
  • Lincoln Bust – From /u/nickel_WHAT In the Lincoln Memorial mission, about halfway through in a giftshop
  • Jefferson – TBD

In other The Division 2 news, go check out the latest patch released today. You should also check out the endgame details to know more about what’s to come once you’ve hit level 30.

Left 4 Dead Creator Turtle Rock Announces Co-Op Zombie FPS “Back 4 Blood”

Remember Evolve? No? What about Left 4 Dead? Of course you do. Turtle Rock Studios, which is the studio behind both titles, have partnered with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and have announced “Back 4 Blood.”

While there’s no trailer or official screenshots, the press release mentions that Back 4 Blood will be an original, designed from the ground-up, premium title that marries the best of what made Left 4 Dead so successful with new features, and state-of-the-art technology.

The official website of the game is live, and there’s also an FAQ posted by the studio.

FAQ

What is Back 4 Blood?

  • Back 4 Blood is a co-op zombie FPS with new features we aren’t ready to talk about just yet, but keep your eyes peeled for all news on our official Discord 272.

How are you planning to succeed against recent and upcoming AAA zombie and co-op shooters?

  • We are going back to our roots and at the same time innovating on them. We know we have some big shoes to fill, but we’re going all out to surpass everything we’ve done before

What’s the story / lore surrounding this game?

  • We will release more information on that as time goes on. Right now we are just excited to tell our community what we have been working on!

What platforms will Back 4 Blood be on?

  • We are currently focusing on PC, XBOX One and PlayStation 4. More possibilities aren’t out of the question though.

What happened to your other game / partnership?

  • We can’t get into details but both parties decided to move on.

How much is it going to cost?

  • We haven’t locked down a price point yet, but the game will be a premium, AAA title.

Will this game have microtransactions?

  • Right now, we’re focusing on making the best, most fun and exciting game we can. We’ll figure out the post-launch stuff later, but if we do have paid post-launch content, like microtransactions, we want to do something that the community feels good about.

Is this Left 4 Dead 3?!

  • No. Back 4 Blood is our own brand new, original IP. You’ll be able to shoot up a lot of zombies like in Left 4 Dead, but there’s a whole lot of new stuff in Back 4 Blood which makes it unique.

When is the release date?

Is this game going to be a Battle Royale game?

  • No.

Will there be PVP?

  • Yes!

Will there be a campaign?

  • Yes!

Where is Evolve 2? How dare you!

  • 2K owns the rights to Evolve and our contract to work on the game expired back in 2016. Please contact 2K for all Evolve related questions.

Will there be founders packs or pre-order deals?

  • It’s still early in development and our number one goal is to make a great, complete, fun game so we are focusing on that.

When will the community get to play?

With so little to tell us, why are you announcing now?

  • Back 4 Blood is a hugely ambitious project and we need the best of the best to come join us. As an independent studio, we have to announce early to let our industry know we’re up to something big. If you are in the video game business and you are looking to make real contributions to a brand new AAA IP developed in Southern California, check us out. Our job listings are here with more to come in the next year: https://www.turtlerockstudios.com/careers 185.
We also want to hear from you all about what you think about the games we’ve made in the past and what you are looking forward to in the future. We love getting to know and interact with our community and the sooner we can do that, the better!

Battlefield V Firestorm Release Date Set for March 25, Watch the Action-Packed Trailer Now

As expected, DICE has released a brand new Battlefield V Firestorm trailer that shows off the game’s battle royale mode in dramatic fashion. Not only that, but the publisher has also announced the Battlefield 5 Firestorm release date for March 25!

Firestorm is Battle Royale re-imagined for Battlefield and carries the franchise’s signature best-in-class gunplay, stunning visuals, devastating combat, vehicles and destructible environments. Firestorm introduces Battlefield’s biggest map ever, Halvoy, with an expansive terrain that ranges from snow-covered mountains to open waterfronts and everything in between. On top of that, the mode includes the ability to jump in Solo or play as a Squad, unlock stronger vehicles with Breakouts, and even drive a tractor right through the battlefield. Put simply, Firestorm is a 64-player fight for survival across air, land and sea.

Firestorm will be free for everyone who owns Batttlefield V. We’ll likely get more details as we get nearer to the release date. In the meantime, check out this quick leaked Battlefield V Firestorm tutorial, as well as info obtained via datamining the game’s files.

Apex Legends Datamined Files Mention Rocket Launches and Titans

With Apex Legends set in the Titanfall universe, some might be wondering whether we’ll ever see actual Titans in the game. Well, it seems that might be happening soon, or it was an idea scrapped by Respawn before launching the game.

Spotted by GamingINTEL, datamined files reveal via audio references for an Apex Legends new weapon, and even actual Titans! You know that AI voice that tells you when the ring is closing in or a care package has dropped? There’s a recording of her voice in the game saying, “Caution: Titanfall approaching battlefield.” This is for when an enemy Titan is called in. Now, if you’re the one who called the Titan in, the in-game announcer will utter the familiar words of “Standby for Titanfall,” which should be super familiar for Titanfall players.

If you think that the current loadouts for Legends are ill-equipped to deal with Titans, you’d be right. Also found in the files is a rocket launcher weapon. Check  the image below, and it’s next to “energy_ar,” which stands for Energy bullets Assault Rifle, which we all know now as the Havoc.

While these could be for a new game mode or something, remember that Respawn has already addressed datamined info earlier this week, claiming that some of the stuff found are from an old build, or were features/ideas Respawn took out.

Would you want to see actual Titans in Apex Legends? Or would that mess up the game too much?

Anthem Legendary Item Drops Behind Force Field and Can’t Be Picked Up, BioWare Apologizes for Issue

Have you been playing Anthem? Have you gotten Masterwork or Legendary item drops? If you’re a fan of loot shooters, you won’t want to see what happens to Darthchrisshaw.

After playing Anthem for over 80 hours, his first Anthem Legendary drop was locked behind a force field! Yes, this meant he couldn’t get to it. You can watch this Anthem item bug happen horribly in real time below.

Darthchrisshaw’s predicament didn’t go unnoticed by BioWare, though. Lead Producer Ben Irving apologized for this issue, and has posted a lengthy explanation on what they’re doing moving forward so people don’t encounter these issues in Strongholds.

Here’s Ben Irving’s message in full:

Dear /u/Darthchrisshaw I just wanted to pop in here and apologize for a terrible player experience that I am directly responsible for. As the Stronghold lead the buck stops with me. I can offer explanations but at the end of the day, that doesn’t change the experience.

What I really want to do is come in here and explain what we are doing about this so you don’t continue to suffer these situations in the Strongholds.

  1. We’ve disabled every “backtracking” fog wall in the Temple of Scar and Heart of Rage. So as of the next patch, forgive me for not having the exact dates as I’m at home, it should be the next scheduled patch in March. Internally it’s called 1.0.4. So once that patch lands you should never run into this situation again in either of those strongholds. (This is different from forward-blocking fog walls which are necessary, those remain in place.) I’m not currently aware of any back-tracking issues in Tyrant Mine, but please call me on it if I’m missing an issue.
  2. Going forward we won’t be using these types of setups unless they are for some reason mission critical to the mission. I’ve yet to see a mission-critical backtracking fog wall so my expectation is that you’ll almost never run into this again. And if you do it’s likely a bug.
  3. We will continue to strip these out of the existing content as we move forward with continued bug fixing and quality of life improvements. I can’t offer specific timelines for when we’ll have a complete pass on the game at this time.
  4. Until the patch lands, if you end up in this situation bring up your map and hold down LS (Left Stick) on the controller or Y on your keyboard, this will respawn you and should put you on the correct side of the fog wall. I have yet to see this fail to respawn you in the correct location.

Again I want to reinforce none of this is an excuse and I truly do apologize that we weren’t able to correct this prior to launch or until now. I can only promise we will do better by you and the community in the future and try to win your trust back.

It’s been assumed that non-picked up items will automatically get mailed to the player who earned them. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case! Or if it is, it doesn’t work 100 percent of the time. User Revenant_Sniper mentioned how this exact same thing happened to him, and he didn’t get his loot at all even after checking every javelin he has.

Hopefully, BioWare rectifies this soon, or there’s going to be a lot more angry Anthem players out there. Heck, some got so upset, they’re rounding up other players to boycott the game for a week!

In other Anthem news, go read up on the unannounced changes that BioWare included in patch 1.05.

The Division 2 Update 1.03 Is Now Out, Here’s the Full Patch Notes

Update:

Networking crashing issue has been fixed according to Ubisoft! Story updated accordingly.

Original Story:

While The Division 2 is still undergoing maintenance as we speak, that hasn’t stopped Ubisoft from deploying The Division 2 update 1.03! Out now on all platforms, it’s at a modest 582MB on PS4.

Full patch notes will be revealed within the day, though don’t expect anything major. For now, though, here’s what we know that got changed/fixed (via The Division forums):

Weapons

  • We removed a work in progress weapon that was not properly named and balanced.
  • Crossbows now deal explosive damage to multiple objects as intended
  • Exotic weapons equipped with silencers will now produce the sound they’re intended to make.
  • NPCs engaged in combat will now react to grenades as intended.

Missions

  • The ropes will now deploy properly to allow for extraction at the end of the Beekeeper Jeff side mission.
  • Players should no longer be able to unlock Castle prematurely. This issue would block progression in some instances.
  • Fixed a loot exploit that involved repeatedly killing bosses in some Invaded missions.
  • In Jefferson Plaza, the NPC scene can no longer be interrupted during a boss fight.

PC specific

  • PC players playing together while connected to the same network were meeting a number of issues when interacting with each other. This has now been fixed.
  • On PC, FreeSync 2 HDR can now properly be selected in game regardless of your PC’s configuration.

Other

  • Stopped “SHD CPU V.2” and “Cyclone Magazine” skill mods from dropping as loot. Player’s who already have the items can use them once they unlock the corresponding specialization perk.
  • Players will no longer get stuck on black screens after watching introduction cinematics.
  • We have updated XP rewards for all end game activities, so that they will scale to the player’s level, instead of being flat values.
  • Several corrupted audio issues have been fixed.

Are there any other bugs included that should be stamped out ASAP? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Anthem Player Posts Long Message Asking BioWare “What’s Going On” With Anthem, BioWare Replies

With the Anthem community banding together to boycott the game for a week, you can tell that that people are testy when it comes to the game. One Reddit user by the name of harishcs has posted a long message asking BioWare what’s going on with Anthem.

Not only that, but the poster also gives examples on what the studio did wrong, how it’s connected to Mass Effect Andromeda, and lots more. Without further ado, go read it up now.

Ok Bioware, what’s going on?
byu/harishcs inAnthemTheGame

Related Reading: Anthem Legendary Item Drops Behind Force Field and Can’t Be Picked Up, BioWare Apologizes for Issue

As of press time, harishcs’ post has close to 4,000 upvotes. This long message didn’t go unnoticed by BioWare, as Community Manager Jesse Andreson has posted a lengthy reply of his own, and surprisingly, it wasn’t PR fluff answers, either!

Check out the screenshot below (in case it gets altered or pulled), as well as the text version.

First, I want to thank you for writing this up. I appreciate the honesty of how you (and others) feel about the current state of things. I also want to say that I can’t talk about everything, simply because it is not my area of expertise, or because I don’t have the information you’re looking for. I stand by our statement of being transparent though and will continue to do so here and on other channels.

Now, I want to address some of your points that I can:

Communication –

Pre-game release vs Post game release –

To start, things used to be a lot friendlier here for dev team members who normally don’t talk on social channels or forums. They could answer questions, give information and know that they aren’t going to have people getting upset at them. Why would a dev team member take time away from working on the next update to post when they know it’s likely to be met with hostile replies, or they get flamed because can’t answer other questions that players are asking? I don’t mind posting here when things aren’t so nice, but that’s because it’s my job. For the devs it isn’t their job, and I’d like to ask that people remember that when replying to them. When some people say “be nice or the devs will stop posting” it’s 100% true. Be respectful and constructive with your feedback and more team members will likely reply.

Aggravating the community by acknowledging trivial things over major issues –

I have been acknowledging issues that aren’t the major ones you mentioned, but that’s because I can quickly check in on those and work with the team to see how fast we can get them fixed. I also report major issues, but until I get word back on them there is nothing else I can say. Issues like the Masterwork Embers not dropping I can quickly bring to the attention of the team and we can get fixed. I think it’s better that I address the things I can as quickly as I can instead of nothing at all. Also, I try to avoid saying “thanks for the feedback, I’ll share with the team” too many times in reply to posts ????

Loot though? All I can do is point out what studio leadership shares on channels. They are very aware of all the conversation going on around loot and when they have more details to share, they will.

Now for the EA Help Tweet about Quickplay. The reason we asked for this information is to help us track down the remaining issues players are experiencing in Quickplay in one location, and to get more specifics on what they were doing when they encountered the issue. Having all of that information helps the team track down the bugs faster, which means they’re more likely to be fixed in the next update, which means they can move on to other parts of the patch sooner (other bugs, content, etc.).

Being confidential about the patch notes –

I said this before, but nothing was hidden on purpose in the patch notes. The truth is patch notes come together late in the update process and I do everything I can to ensure they are accurate, but sometimes things slip by with all the moving pieces. I’d much rather put together patch notes even if they are missing a few things instead of doing generic ones that just say “various bug fixes and improvements”. I’ll work with the team to get this process better, but we still may miss something from time to time, especially if it is something that gets added to an update late in the process. We will never hide a nerf or change in the patch notes on purpose, even if it’s something we know the community won’t like. And if we do put in something that the community doesn’t like we’ll do our best to explain why that particular change was made.

Not Learning from previous mistakes –

I’m not going to comment on the first two points because I didn’t work on Andromeda and I know how some players feel about EA, but I do want to talk about you addressing how we’re handling feedback.

For feedback, we’ve made a large number of changes based on what players have told us. Not wanting to run to the Forge every time to launch an expedition? We added the ability to launch anywhere in Fort Tarsis, that was because of player feedback. Wanted to visually see loot drop from bosses in Strongholds? Added because of player feedback. If you are talking about feedback on loot in general (and I’m pretty sure you are) I’ve already said that the team is discussing and that more will be likely be shared in the coming days. I know everyone wants to know when, but I don’t have that answer. We do not ignore any feedback from players, sometimes it just takes a bit longer as things need to be discussed for a longer time. We don’t want to say something we can’t do or give incorrect information. Like Chad Robertson said in a Tweet, we aren’t happy with where loot is either, so know that it’s high on our priority list.

Discarding Feedback –

Honestly, reading this stings a bit because I never discard feedback. I love this community and am very thankful for everything that has been brought up such as feedback, bug reports, funny posts (༼ つ ◕◕ ༽つ Summon the loot update༼ つ ◕◕ ༽つ) and everything in between. I’m open to feedback on what you’d like to see the community team do to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. We do our livestreams, blog posts (like the inscriptions write up), patch notes, helping out with issues when we have the info and more. I am always listening and willing to make changes so please, let us know.

Lack of Content –

I’m not going to go into this too much as it’s areas that I don’t have control over, or I don’t have the exact info on how the team is addressing. Know that I relay the feedback from the community to the team on ALL of these issues. The team is aware, and they are doing a lot of work to address these concerns.

Turning a good game bad –

All I’ll say on this is that Anthem is here to stay. Do we have a lot of work to do to fix parts of the game? Yes, and the team is committed to making improvements and releasing new content.

Conclusion –

Again, I want to thank this community for everything. The team is listening to all of your feedback for Anthem on how you’d like to see the game improve, or how you’d like to see us engage with the community differently. I know that players want to see updates faster, but these things can take time to make sure they are done right. We’re very appreciative of this community and look forward to the days, weeks, months and years ahead. Strong Alone, Stronger Together.

This is honestly one of the honest answers I’ve read from a Community Manager for any game. Kudos to BioWare for answering it directly, and not relying on PR-filled quotes.

What’s your take on the whole message? Is it something you can accept as an Anthem player or have you moved on to other games?

Gearbox Teases “Another” Game for PAX East

While Gearbox Software (Borderlands, Aliens: Colonial Marines) has been busy teasing something which we assume is for Borderlands 3, it seems the studio might have more to announce before the month’s done.

Over on Twitter, the official Gearbox Software account tweeted a new image of what appears to be an operating table of sorts that has a person being experimented on with a lot of tubes!

We’ll know for sure if there’s more than one game or all these teases are just for one game this March 28 at PAX East.

The Division 2 Maintenance Happening Tomorrow, Here’s the Schedule and What Will Be Rolled Out

Update #2:

Ubisoft has shutdown The Division 2 servers for maintenance again! The studio will also roll out a new patch to fix a few things. More details here.

Update:

The Division 2 update 1.03 is live now! If you’re looking for the complete patch notes, here they are!

Original Story:

Heads up, Agents! Ubisoft will be doing a The Division 2 maintenance for the servers, and it’ll be for three hours.

Here’s The Division 2 maintenance schedule:

  • 09:00 AM CET
  • 04:00 AM ET
  • 01:00 AM PT

Duration: approximately 3 hours.

Coinciding with this server maintenance will be a new title update. While Ubisoft has not revealed the exact details so far, here are the known fixes and issues being investigated by the studio.

Patch Notes for Thursday Maintenance

  • Castle Settlement progression bug will be fixed
  • Loot Exploit will be fixed

Fixes in Progress

  • World Tier 3 to 4 progression block.
    • Avoid doing Strongholds that progress you in the next World Tier with players that are on different World Tiers.
    • The workaround that MIGHT work: Group up with someone that is on the same World Tier and about to progress into the next. Keep in mind, that all in the group also have the correct Gear Score. A fix is in progress.
  • There is a Weapon Skin Bug.When you sell a weapon with a weapon skin attached to it, that weapon skin can be lost. They are working on a fix. Deconstructing weapons with a Weapon Skin attached does not cause the skin to be lost. When that happened, use the buy-back weapon or contact Ubi-Support, when you lost a skin that you bought with your own money.

Under Investigation

  • If you are experiencing performance issues on any platform – please give feedback in the official forums. (what they are, when they happen, what you were doing and where you were)=> Official Forum

Future Patches and Changes

  • Right at this moment they are focussing on the health of the game so that the experience is the best as it possibly can – before they start adding a lot more content. (fixing bugs, exploits and progression blockers – as listed above)
  • There was already one big Netcode issue fixed, where two clients in the same network could not play together.
  • New content is of course scheduled and planned.
  • Many quality of life changes are also planned – like bald haircut options or UI changes
  • They also plan to add a Polce car into the game – (Police car that was pictured with an open door that caused some confusion) that players need to find on the map.

There’s also a known issue that happens when two players on the same network. Check out the full details of that and a workaround right here.

Those who like playing Fortnite on the Nintendo Switch, have you noticed a recent change in enemy behavior since the latest patch was rolled out? If so, it’s not just you, but Epic has seemingly changed the Fortnite Nintendo Switch matchmaking to just include mobile Fortnite players and on one else!

Yes, that means PS4 and Xbox One players won’t be able to play against Nintendo Switch gamers when it comes to Fortnite. According to Epic Games, this was done for a better per-game experience for both mobile and Switch players.

Given how the PS4 and Xbox One have better performance compared to the Switch version of Fortnite, which affects the actual gameplay, this might not be a bad move on Epic’s part. And if you’re a Nintendo Switch Fortnite player, maybe just salivate at the thought of gobbling up all those kills against players who don’t even have actual physical buttons to play the game.

Will this affect your decision to play Fortnite and on which platform? If you’re a Switch Fortnite user, did you notice the matchmaking change?

Report: Call of Duty Franchise Spots Being Sold at $25 Million Per Team

With Activision pushing for Call of Duty to be a bigger part of the eSports scene more and more each year, it’s not surprising that the publisher wants the game to have “home” teams competing — a fact it revealed during the publisher’s earnings call last month.

If the new rumors that have come up today are legit in anyway, it seems those who want to have their own official Call of Duty eSports team is going to need to shell out a ton of money for it. In a new report by ESPN, it mentions that sources have leaked that a city-based Call of Duty eSports franchise is being sold by Activision for $25 million per team!

It’s expected that the geolocated franchise league will start sometime in 2020, which is the same year that the Overwatch League teams aim to move their home locations. No plans yet on where these teams will play in the first season of the restructured Call of Duty league has been confirmed so far.

Do you think this price is too high for a Call of Duty team or priced right given how much money these events rake in?

If you want to hone up your skills to become a pro and earn tons of money while playing Call of Duty, don’t forget, League Play is live now in Black Ops 4! So get practicing!

Battlefield V Vehicle Feedback Asked by DICE, Here’s Your Chance to Be Heard

Just last week, DICE asked the Battlefield V community for feedback regarding the game’s gadgets, equipment and grenades. For this week, it’s the vehicles’ turn!

DICE Community Manager Jeff Braddock has posted on Reddit seeking Battlefield 5 vehicle feedback! And yes, this includes tanks, planes, and emplacements, even.

From the iconic Tiger tanks and Panzers to the Spitefires and Ju-87 Stuka, there’s a wide variety for playstyles in Battlefield V.

Since launch, we’ve worked to balance the vehicular warfare versus infantry, increase the viability of planes and emplacements, and overall improve the usability and fun of vehicles in Battlefield V.

For this thread, I want us to focus on what vehicles (planes, tanks, transports, and emplacements) are ‘damn near perfect’, and what makes them so. And I want to hear what vehicles make you want to pull out your hair – and why?
Finally, what vehicles – not yet in Battlefield V – would you want to bring? (No time-traveling DeLoreans)

As always, it’s critical for a great discussion to keep it friendly, keep it constructive, and feel free to disagree with someone without being disagreeable or abusive.

Turn the key, pop the clutch, and let’s roll.

You can share your feedback — be it good or bad — right here.

In other Battlefield V news, a new trailer for the game’s battle royale mode called Firestorm is scheduled for tomorrow! Let’s hope it’s not the leaked trailer we ran last week.

Gearbox Teasing Something for March 28 and It’s Seems Like It’s for Borderlands 3

Just two weeks ago, we mentioned how Gearbox Software (Aliens: Colonial Marines, Battleborn) has seemingly teased a Borderlands 3 reveal/announcement at PAX East. Well, if thought that was for Borderlands 3 rather than for Battleborn 2, I wouldn’t blame you.

Now, though, the studio seems to be dropping the hints as the Gearbox official Twitter dropped a tweet that really, really seems like it’s connected to Borderlands 3.

As you can see, the date of March 28 is the same date where the studio will supposedly show “never-before-seen” reveals. And if you check the “Exit” sign of the image in the upper right corner, it clearly shows a “3” there, which could totally be random, but we all know it’s for Borderlands 3, right?

Given how big of a success the Borderlands franchise is for the studio, it’s time we finally get a true sequel. What do you hope to see in Borderlands 3 aside from a ton of loot and crazy characters?
