No Man’s Sky Patch Overhauls Save System & Targets Space Bugs

A new No Man’s Sky patch is live on PC and PlayStation 4. It introduces an overhauled save system, a lot of bug fixes, as well as a bunch of general improvements.

The new save system gives players five save slots. If you select a new slot, you’ll be launched into a new game. Within the game you’ll be allocated two sub-slots, giving you the option to save manually as well as your automatic slot.

Find the full list of patch notes below:

New save system

  • You will now be presented with 5 save-game slots (each of which can be used for any game mode). Your existing saves will be mapped into these slots
  • Selecting an empty slot will start a new game, allowing you to then pick which game mode to play from the mode select menu
  • There are now two sub-slots for each save-game – one for automatic saves and one for manual saves.
    • Automatic saves occur when exiting your ship, dying, purchasing a Freighter or claiming a base
    • Manual saves occur when interacting with a save point (these can be built from the build menu), or a beacon found on planet surfaces
  • Starting a new game with no existing saves will take you directly to mode select

Improvements & changes

  • Made the temperature range of dead planets more varied
  • In-flight weather effects now vary in strength based on height
  • The Analysis Visor can now be used to scan farm plants and see the remaining growth time
  • Analysis Visor can scan ships to determine their class, type and value at a distance
  • The Analysis Visor can be used to see the approximate distance of resources discovered with the Scanner
  • Added error message when no outpost is found by the economy scanner
  • Added the ability to skip black bars when discovering a planet or solar system
  • Prevented the cursor being reset to the center of the page as you switch between pause menus
  • Trade outposts now provide hazard protection
  • Added a chance for pirates to spawn earlier than usual when a player warps into a certain systems, to add more variety to exploration and trading
  • Galactic map now respects user mouse sensitivity settings
  • Galactic map now respects user control inversion settings
  • Prevented trade terminals having a negative quantity of stock
  • Made trading terminal stock values replenish over time
  • Separated stock levels for trading posts and space stations in the same system
  • Lush biomes in survival mode now occasionally exist without an aggressive sentinel presence
  • Reduced cursor UI slowdown when using a pad
  • Improved NPC ship target selection in space battles, prevented them reacting to accidental player fire
  • Added exotic ship audio for AI and NPC ships
  • Added ability to transfer items to and from containers in your base or freighter
  • Added tooltip text to explain the planet icons on the discovery page
  • Added ability to sell items from ship cargo slots at terminals
  • Storms on humid/lush planets are no longer toxic; humid/lush planets now have a chance of their rain being very hot. Note: no new storms have been added, and the frequency of storms has not been adjusted. Humid planets that previously had freezing rain storms in 1.3 have had that storm type changes to heated rain.
  • Added ability to transfer items from cargo slots during maintenance interactions
  • Improved trading by giving NPCs independent stock levels
  • Made NPCs who give directions refer to a wider spread of locations
  • Added ability to rebind the discard key

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where some delivery missions would continuously tell players to visit other systems
  • Fixed an issue where the requirements to complete some missions could change as you spoke to NPCs
  • Fixed scaling issues with creature feeding icons
  • Fixed an issue where mining units would occasionally incorrectly produce Heridium
  • Prevented mining units being placed inside each other
  • Fixed an issue where base parts, including storage containers, built outside the base building radius in unlimited building mode would not be transferred when the player moved to a new base
  • Fixed an issue where storm-prone planets could be labelled as ‘Mild’. Storm frequency has not been adjusted – the text should now more accurately describe weather conditions.
  • Fixed an issue where the terrain manipulator audio would occasionally continue after terrain editing completed
  • Fixed an issue where the terrain manipulator hologram would remain in one location after subtracting from the terrain
  • Fixed an issue where the terrain manipulator would occasionally create longer lines than intended
  • Fixed an issue where the ship crosshair would appear at incorrect times
  • Fixed the Upload All button on the discovery page not deactivating after being used
  • Corrected button prompts in the ship combat wiki
  • Restored Spectral Class to the galaxy map text
  • Prevented users occasionally falling outside the trading post platform when exiting their ship
  • Prevented traders from attacking pirates which are far out of their range
  • Fixed an issue where NPC ships would stop outside the entrance of freighters and space stations in systems with no trade routes
  • Fixed an issue where smaller freighters and containers could not be destroyed
Corrected Roamer and Rover inventories appearing incorrectly in the transfer window
  • Added protection to allow the Mind Arc step of the Artemis story to be completed even if a player deletes their base
  • Fixed issue where a blue eye icon would occasionally appear over the crosshair
  • Fixed an issue where the Space Anomaly could remain in the player’s home system indefinitely
  • Fixed an issue with dismantling tech on ship compare screens not correctly destroying the tech
  • Fixed an issue where unbinding a key would exit the control menu
  • Fixed an issue where selecting a new key binding could accidentally result in it being set to a mouse button
  • Fixed an issue where the Space Anomaly mission had no objective text in the log.
  • Fixed an issue where some players who should have been able to restart distant missions were unable to do so
  • Fixed an issue which could cause excess stacked inventory items to be lost

Has the update given you the bug to start playing again?

Destiny 2 Recovery Stat Is Super Useful, Here’s How Powerful It Is

The Recovery, Resilience and Mobility statistics in Destiny 2 are something that many players often ignore. With such a huge focus placed on boosting Power, it’s common to see them left unoptimized. This is a mistake.

Take a look at the GIF below, and witness the impact that a better Recovery stat has.

That is a significant reduction in recovery time, and could make the difference between life and death in both PVE and PVP!

The GIF is made using the video embedded below. It’s by FalloutPlays and goes in-depth on the Recovery, Resilience and Mobility stats. Give it a watch for a better understanding on how everything works and compares.

FalloutPlays provided an additional comment, giving further information on why Recovery is the best stat to focus on:

IMO right now, Recovery is absolutely the top stat choice because you can really see and feel the difference. When I’m doing Trials carries, or just rolling in PvP wearing my Tryhard pants, my go-to is Devour Voidwalker with 10 Recovery. You just have this seemingly bottomless well of health – take some damage? take cover for a second, I’ll be fine. Take damage and I’m being pushed? Just eat my grenade real quick, good to go. Healing rift also helps a bunch, obviously. Basically my PvP strat right now in the simplest terms, is ‘be as difficult to kill / annoying as possible’.

Armed with this knowledge, I’ll definitely be concentrating on boosting my Destiny 2 Recovery stat. Will you be doing the same?

Destiny 2 Sea Monster Strikes Again, Glitch Provides a Closer Look

A couple hundred miles north of where I live are the Scottish Highlands. Located there is a large, deep, freshwater lake called Loch Ness. The myth goes that this loch is home to a sea monster, referred to as “Nessie” or “The Loch Ness Monster.”

Well, it seems that Destiny 2 has its own sea monster, but instead of freshwater, this creature has chosen a methane ocean as its home!

You can get a clear look at the monster’s silhouette in the following video by JB3:

For more on the Destiny 2 sea monster, I’d highly recommend giving this video by My Name is Byf a watch. He offers an explanation of what the creature could be, mixing lore and possible theories which make for a compelling watch.

What do you think of the Destiny 2 sea monster? Think it’ll pop up in some future content? Perhaps we’ll get to fight it in a future expansion!

Fortnite Patch for Battle Royale Mode Tweaks Weapons

It seems just after a day of pushing out a game update for Fortnite, Epic Games is dishing out another one today, but it’s just for Fortnite Battle Royale, and it’s just for the weapons. The official Fortnite forums mentions that there will be no down time expected, nor is there a need to update the game client.

Check out the full Fortnite patch notes for October 6 below.

Battle Royale Update – Oct 6th

  • Increased Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle damage by 50%.
    • This weapon was often passed up because of its lower damage. This increase will put it closer in line with its intended effectiveness.
  • Decreased Scoped Assault Rifle damage by 33%.
    • This weapon was too effective at its current role and needed to be scaled back slightly.
  • Decreased Grenade, Grenade Launcher, and Rocket Launcher environmental damage to 375 (was 450).
    • Metal forts will now require two explosive blasts (instead of one). Late-game bases are too easily destroyed and we want to promote building diversity.
  • Increased Rocket Launcher reload time by 20%.
    • It’s a little too easy to spam rockets. We want the Rocket Launcher to be a powerful weapon, but it’s a little too good right now.
  • Increased Submachine Gun damage by 10%.
    • The Submachine Gun is underperforming at close to medium range combat. This damage increase will improve its effectiveness slightly. We’ll continue to keep an eye on it.

In other Fortnite Battle Royale news, Epic Games has confirmed that account progression will be happening in the game soon. For those who can’t get enough battle royale action, check out our latest video where we list down the five things Fortnite can learn from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrrounds.

Gears of War 4 Double XP, Golden Gear and More Rolling Out for GOW4’s 1st Birthday

In case you didn’t know, this month (October 11 to be exact) marks the first birthday of Gears of War 4! To mark this occasion, The Coalition is rolling out a bunch of stuff, and one of them is global Gears of War 4 double XP for an entire week!

Aside from Gears of War 4 double XP, there’s commemorative “Golden Gear,” and few more surprises to be announced next week.

GLOBAL DOUBLE XP

We’re kicking off the celebrations with OVER a week of Double XP! Until October 16th, enjoy Double XP in Horde and Versus (which will be super helpful if you’re chasing your Seriously Year One emblem!)

COMMEMORATIVE GOLDEN GEAR

Collect the commemorative Golden Gear and Golden Gear weapon skins this month! This 400 Credit Pack will only be available this month as a celebration of our 1st Birthday – only those who were there and collected him will ever have this character. The Golden Gear Pack will be available until October 13th, and then again from October 20th for a short time.

GOLDEN GUN RETURNS

By popular demand, the hip-fire only madness of Golden Gun is back! If you haven’t played Golden Gun, it’s an intense game mode of cat and mouse – you have one bullet in the chamber and no aiming down sights. Mis your shot and you’ll have a long (LONG) reload before you can take your next shot. Land it, and you’ll instantly gib your opponent and get a bullet back in the chamber. It’s crazy, it’s fun and it’s great for insane clips. Have fun out there.

MORE SURPRISES NEXT WEEK

On October 11th, one year after Gears of War 4, we’ll have a couple of little surprises in store. Keep your calendars open and stay tuned for even more surprises coming soon.

Not a bad way to celebrate a birthday! Once we know more details about the surprise, we’ll be sure to let our Gears of War 4 readers know.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare “Special Announcement” Happening Monday, Gesture Warfare Back for Weekend

While this year’s Call of Duty title, Call of Duty: WWII, is due for release in a few weeks, there’s still a surprise or two left for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. According to the official Call of Duty Twitter account, there’s a “special announcement” due Monday.

In that same tweet, it has been announced that “Gesture Warfare” — that insane mode that was made public a few weeks ago, is coming back for the weekend! Will the “special announcement” be about Gesture Warfare being a permanent mode available all the time? Is it even connected to Infinite Warfare or for COD: WWII? I guess we’ll have to tune in Monday to find out.

What are you expecting this announcement to be? And if it’s for Infinite Warfare, what should it be?

Top 5 Lessons PUBG Could Learn From Fortnite Battle Royale

Over on Pixel Enemy, I’ve posted a video in which I talk about the lessons PUBG could learn from Fortnite Battle Royale. These includes the spectator mode, crafting system, and more!

Click “play” on the video above to give it a watch, and be sure to leave any thoughts of your own in the comments below.

This is Mack, for Pixel Enemy, here to talk about PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Fornite Battle Royale. Gamers are flocking to both of these titles in droves, eager to play either the more hardcore but so, so satisfying PUBG on PC, or the fully free-to-play and console-supported Fortnite BR.

While Fortnite Battle Royale clearly takes a lot of inspiration from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds — so much so that it’s caused a lot of controversy recently — Epic Games’ attempt at a compelling last-man standing experience has some of its own unique features that I think Bluehole could learn from.

These are the top five lessons PUBG could learn from Fortnite Battle Royale.

Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid Exploit Makes the Challenge Much Easier – Here’s How

Arguably, the culmination of everything you do in Destiny 2 all leads to the Raids. These events take up a ton of time, manpower, ingenuity, and in some cases, luck. But what if you can pit the odds in your favor? What if you and the rest of the team are fine with cheating your way to the top? If so, check out this new Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid exploit that’s making the rounds.

Spotted over on the Destiny Subreddit, this makes the fight with Calus a lot easier. Check out the steps below.

Ready for no enemies in the throne room

When everyone spawns in you start the encounter by shooting the cup. Five people get stomped by Calus and dies. The 6th person kills themselves in the blue flames goblet

The important part

Once the wipe timer shows that 6th person leaves to orbit when 4 seconds is under the skull. This should time that person to leave when the timer reaches 0 and wipes the run

If it has worked all the doors will be open when the 5 spawn back in. The 6th person joins and then you start as normal. Shoot the goblet amd no enemies will spawn. You’ll do the whole encounter with no enemies in the throne room.

What we did:

5 people stay in the shadow realm and one person does the throne room run and you do it as normal. We got 130 skulls and killed him in one rotation

Go get him guardian’s

The video above by theMoDfatheR gaming shows how it’s done. Make sure to coordinate with your teammates or you’ll end up looking at game over screens simultaneously.

In other Destiny 2 news, check out what Xur is selling this week; there’s also the Destiny 2 Iron Banner stuff happening, and more.

Battlefield 1 vs Call of Duty: WWII Gun Sounds – Which One Does It Better?

In terms of video game fanboys arguing which game is better, one of the recurring topics is Battlefield vs Call of Duty. And given how this year’s Call of Duty has gone back to the past, just like Battlefield 1 the year before, there’s bound to be a few people who will compare the two.

While Call of Duty: WWII hasn’t been released just yet, we did have the beta to compare it to. Of course, it wouldn’t be fair to compare the two as a whole give we’ve only tried a portion of COD: WWII’s multiplayer, but for other stuff, it’s fair game. And that’s what we have here today. YouTuber PC Gaming Videos has compiled a BF1 vs COD: WWII gun sounds comparison video where each game’s version of the same gun is fired for a whole six minutes. Which game has the better sounding guns? Watch the video above and judge for yourself.

So, which one does it better? Are there any big differences at all? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. Rest assured, we’ll be doing a ton of comparison stuff between BF1 and COD: WWII once the latter releases this November 3.

Battle.net Appear Offline, Groups, Profiles & More Tested in Beta Update

Blizzard has released an updated beta version of Battle.net, introducing new social features which can be used on the desktop app. The major additions are a new social tab, Blizzard groups, profiles and an appear offline mode.

Users are able to test all of these new features by opening the PC app, clicking on the “Beta” tab and choosing to switch to the beta version. The beta is free to try for everyone. with no invitation necessary.

Here’s what the new features do, directly from Blizzard:

Social Tab

Our new Social tab is your one-stop-shop for managing all your various social interactions. Whether you’re chatting with a friend or engaged in our new Blizzard Groups, you’ll easily be able to pick up where you left off in all of your conversations.

Blizzard Groups

Blizzard Groups are a new way for you to connect with your friends and plan your next mission. Players can create and join Groups based on their common interests. There, they can keep in touch, share strategies, and catch up on conversations they might have missed while offline.

Each Group can have multiple text and voice chat channels, and Group administrators have a variety of tools to help manage membership, send out invitation links, and more.

The Groups beta is available now in the Americas region. Head to the new Social tab to get the party started!

AppSocialFeatures_BA_Embed01-L_MB.jpg

Profiles

Let the Blizzard world know a little bit more about you by customizing your profile!

Your profile will allow you to select an avatar, share what’s on your mind with an About message, add links to where people can find you on social media, and more! You can also view profiles of other players if you’re curious about a pending friend request or what games a friend plays.

Players using the beta in the Americas region can customize their profile through the View Profile button in the app header and Friends List drop-downs.

AppSocialFeatures_BA_Embed02-S_MB.jpg

Appear Offline

Appear offline allows you to set your status to show you as “offline” to your Blizzard friends while remaining connected to Battle.net. This means you can launch the app and game away without distraction.

Appearing offline will show you as offline to everyone in your Blizzard friends list. Once you have joined a game, the experience of appearing offline might be slightly different depending on which game you are playing. In the case of World of Warcraft, your guildmates will see your character come online and enter WoW’s in-game chat channels, and anyone who has you as a character-level friend will see you online on their friends list. Everyone outside of the same game as you will not see you online or playing any games.

Do you see a friend who’s offline but you really want to send them a message while it’s on your mind? You can now send offline friends messages and they will receive them the next time they come online! While appearing offline you can still send and receive messages in the app, but it is up to you when you want to respond.

Do you plan on testing out the beta?

PUBG Player Count Reaches New Heights, 1.8 Million Concurrent Players Online

Oh look, it’s another PUBG player count post! Yeah, I’ll admit, I’m getting a little sick of writing them, but news is news!

So what number has Bluehole’s unstoppable early access game hit this time? Why, it’s 1.8 million. That is, 1.8 million concurrent players. That is a ridiculous number of players, all online at the same time, playing a paid-for early access game!

I’ve been playing more Fortnite Battle Royale than I have this title, but even the competition from Epic Games isn’t enough to stop PUBG reaching new milestones.

In other PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds news, Bluehole is in “talks” with Sony regarding a PS4 version, a creative chap has managed to get PUBG running on a Game Boy, and Bluehole is now valued at $4 billion

If you’re still waiting for a PUBG console release, check out our list of the top 5 PUBG console alternatives.

Will you be playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds this weekend?

Call of Duty: WWII will ship out this November 3 on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

PSA: Star Wars Batlefront II Beta Now Open to Everyone, Here’s the Direct Download Link

While we detailed a way for players to get in the early access phase of the Star Wars Battlefront II beta yesterday, that’s not needed today as the beta client is now open for everyone! Yep, regardless of platform, whether you pre-ordered or not, the Star Wars Battlefront II beta is now live!

If you’re playing on the PlayStation 4, you can use this link to initiate the download from your web browser. Xbox One users can download it here, and PC gamers can access it via Origin. Don’t forget, Star Wars Battlefront II beta participants will get a little reward that will carry over to the final game.

We already ran a lot of Battlefront II content based on the beta this week; like what improvements DICE has made compared to the 2015 original we dug the most, a look at the available classes and Heroes in the beta, and even a loot crate opening video.

Stay tuned for our Star Wars Battlefont II beta impressions later this week to see what we make of it so far.

Are you playing the Star Wars Battelfront II beta? What class do you prefer and why?

For Honor Patch 1.14 Is Out Now, Attempts to Restore Balance

For Honor patch 1.14.1 has now gone live for Xbox One,  PlayStation 4 and PC.

Update 1.14.1 makes a huge number of changes, all of which can be caught up on here

If you’re only interested in the main tweaks and improvements, however, then read on for the biggest changes and the developer’s comments.

Unlock Tech Fixes

  • Unlocked Attacks can no longer become unparryable.

Players were able to elect to launch attacks without having a target locked, and if they performed this in a particular way, the attack would still be aimed at you, but you could not parry it.

We fixed this by forcing the system to aim directly at the nearby target.

Developer Comments: This will significantly reduce the unlock exploit as it makes it impossible to move away from a target and attack in 1v1 situations. From now on, out of lock attacks always snap towards a target if in range. As a consequence, we’ve updated rotation speeds on some character’s Zone Attacks (Conqueror, Highlander, Shinobi and Shugoki).

(Note: We do acknowledge that there still exist very specific situations in which your opponent may be unable to parry – but these situations should be extremely rare in actual gameplay. We will continue to address those scenarios as well in the long-term – but for now, at least this will no longer be something that negatively affect the game as it did before.)

Guardbreak

  • [Bug Fix] Resolved an issue causing Guardbreak not to connect when both heroes are fighting on certain stairs in “The Forge” and “The Sentinel” maps.

Warlord

  • Headbutt timing reverted to pre patch 1.13 values.
    • This means Dodge Forward into Headbutt timing now starts at 100ms again (was 300ms).
  • Dodge recovery duration shortened from 700ms to 600ms.
  • Light Side Attacks damage increased to 13 from 12.
  • Counter Stab damage increased to 12 from 10.

Developer Comments: The Headbutt and Dodge changes from our last update did not get the expected results. Those nerfs were too strong so we are reverting the Headbutt timing change and we are shortening the Dodge recovery by 100ms after increasing it by 200ms in our latest update. The damage buff on Side Lights and Counter Stab, while minimal, will help the Warlord kill enemies in critical state.

Centurion

  • Charged Heavy Attack range decreased to 4.25m (from 5m).
  • Charged Heavy Finisher range decreased to 4.75m (from 5.75m).
  • Uncharged Heavy Finisher link into Jab delayed by 100ms.
  • Jabs do not stagger on wall anymore.
  • Normal Jab Stamina drain decreased to 30 (from 40).
  • Normal Jab Miss recovery shortened to 700ms (from 800ms).
  • “Legion Kick” does not stun anymore.
  • “Eagle Talon” stamina cost increased to 20 (from 12).
  • [Bug Fix] Jab stamina cost of 12 now works correctly.

Developer Comments: With his Charged Heavies, the Centurion has the ability to engage in group fight from far away. We think his ability to pin you from long distances in 4v4 was too strong and we reduced the range of both Charged Heavies to allow you to better anticipate and react to the incoming threat.

The Jab had multiple issues that made him very frustrating:

  • If an Uncharged Heavy Finisher hit, it used to guarantee a Jab.
  • Jabs that staggers against a wall could lead to devastating and nearly infinite combo.

We are addressing these issues to make the Jab a fair tool. In addition, to compensate for this we are making the Jab safer on Miss Recovery.

On top of that, the stamina drain reduction on normal Jab and stun removal on Legion Kick should improve the group fight experience when facing 1 or more Centurions.

Known issue: Moveset still says “Legion Kick” Stuns. We will address this in a future update.

Shinobi

  • Double Dodge stamina cost decreased to 24 (from 29).
  • Double Dodge Kick stamina cost decreased to 10 (from 20).
  • Back Flip stamina cost decreased to 12 (from 17).
  • Front Roll stamina cost decreased to 12 (from 17).
  • Reflex Guard duration increased to 800ms (from 600ms).

Developer comments: We have noticed some players have difficulty blocking with the Shinobi. We have increased the timing of the reflex guard to facilitate the block but the duration is still shorter than other assassins such as the Peacekeeper or the Orochi. We would like the playstyle of the Shinobi to focus on dodge and repositioning instead of block. The stamina reduction on some dodge moves is meant to promote this playstyle.

What do you think to the updated fighters? Let us know below.

Destiny 2 Iron Banner Gear & Schedule, Prestige Raid Details & More Revealed

This week’s update from Bungie offers details on the first Destiny 2 Iron Banner gear and schedule, the upcoming Prestige Raid, and “Seasons”.

First up, is the Iron Banner, which will will begin on October 10 and end a week later on October 17. (2 a.m. PT is the start time, like all other game events.)

Here’s the full list of details:

The game is Control.

As the first Faction Rally comes to an end, the Iron Lords are hosting the next ritual. Their special event has undergone some changes. The Iron Banner is still your chance to stand and be proven in the fires of friendly competition.

What’s different?
  • Combat will be between two teams of four players
  • Your fighting abilities, not your power levels, will decide the outcome
  • Bounties and Ranks have been replaced with an Iron Banner Engram

How can you compete?
  • Complete the Destiny 2 campaign – the only way to reach the Tower
  • Visit Lord Saladin in the Tower to begin the Iron Banner Quest
  • Fight in the Iron Banner playlist with Quickplay modes and matchmaking
What’s in it for you?
  • Earn Iron Banner Tokens in every match (earn more if you win)
  • Daily and Season* Milestones that track your progress to glory
  • Claim brand new armor wrought in the forges of the Iron Lords

Above you can you see the Destiny 2 Iron Banner gear that’s on offer. It’s not yet clear what Power Level these armor sets will boast, but here’s hoping it’s high and worth grinding for!

Next up is the Prestige Raid, which is aimed at those players whose Power Level has reach 300. It is “the ultimate test of might and mettle,” where “enemies are stronger and smarter, and new mechanics will require new strategies.

Here’s the small amount of info we’ve been given:

You’re the Best… Around!

Combat against other Guardians not your thing? The ultimate PVE challenge also arrives in your Director on Tuesday at 10AM Pacific. The morning after the weekly reset begins a new invitation from Calus to join him for the Prestige Raid.

We do not expect everyone to be successful in completing this activity. Mechanical changes to the encounters are minimal, but they are there. The Prestige Raid is about mastering a more punishing sandbox. Our goal is not to provide a boon to your character progression, but there are unique rewards to help you shine. Consider this your invitation to prove to the world that you are among the very best of the Raiders who overlook the City.

And finally, Bungie teased that information about “Seasons” will be unveiled at this year’s TwitchCon. The Bungie panel will take place on October 20 at 4:30 p.m. PT. During the presentation, we’ll learn what Seasons mean in Destiny 2, what will change from season to season, how many seasons there will be, and when the second season will begin.

That’s all for this week’s update.

If you’ve not yet seen what Xur is offering for the weekend, click here.

Will you be taking part in the Iron Banner? What about that Prestige Raid?
